Ed, the welcome guy was great. The younger girl who I made our reservations over the phone with & who was working the store desk was great. My only complaint is that the playground had so many bees on it & in the sand, we couldn't use it.

They had my reservation messed up, after I spoke with them when I booked it and again 2 weeks prior....had 2 managers...store manager was more helpful

It was great! The tent site was nice. My boys had plenty to do. It did rain, but you can't control the weather. All in all it was a great time

Our family had a wonderful stay! We were very pleased with our cabin and how accommodating the staff was to all our needs! The pony rides were a great surprise for the kids and I appreciated they were free of charge since we have 5 children! The only disappointment we had was that the kids couldn't use the play ground on account of the bees. Thank you!

Nice campground! Clean pool with a lifeguard. Restrooms/showers near pool were also clean. All sites are grass, worrisome if it rains. We had a dry weekend, but a lot of ruts on our site from others who weren't so lucky.

My only disappointment was that I made reservations way back in December because we were camping with a large group but our sites were not together. Don't understand why. Our group would like to camp again next year and we will likely go to the Andover KOA because they have a large number of deluxe cabins, perfect for our group.

This was our first time at this campground, we had 3 sites in a row. The sites are very spacious, lots of shade, and park was very clean. Sites are grass so I don't know how the sites would be if it was raining or wet. We will definitely go back again.

Nice staff. Kids playground outdated, infested with ground bees, no rest room faciites in tent area. Staff did not know of any utility sink to wash dishes. Contrators working on bldg across road from our site. Hammering an hour before quiet time was over. No milk in store. Store did not open until 9. Since I'm in a tent, would have loved a cup of coffee earlier than 9am since contractors woke me

Very well kept property. Cabin was nice and clean. Pool was clean and inviting to use. Check in and store service was a little less than expected. More training?

Being a primitive tent camper, I was very disappointed that the campgounds did not offer more convenient water spigots for us. We like to fill up for dishwashing, etc. A lack of electric for us, and I think you should post signage down by the creek that alerts campers that the public will be walking through your site to see the creek, hiking. It was a little weird to have people walking through.

Washing machines didn't work. One wouldn't take the money. The other washed but did not rinse or spin. Mowing at 7:15 in the morning.

The campsites are HUGE,the employees were so nice, but the showers could use some attention the water pressure was at slow drip level. We tried to play in the arcade but there was no way to get change and the office was closed. Kids were sad.

The playground is unusable due to bees in the sand. The cabin had a horrible smell of natural gas that made us all sick with headaches and nausea. The attendant was unable to help us.

It was okay for a weekend trip the spots are grass and depending on where your site is you may need extra power cords and hoses,4 sites are at 1 post.

major damage to rear fiberglass panel & tore off the bottom part of our ladder on our 38' motorhome getting out of our site due to 2' deep ditches that were not very visible on each side of campsite entry. Narrow park roads, grass ONLY sites that were wet and we almost got stuck, ..this looks like a nice park for campers and RVs less than 25' but NO BIG RIGS.

The campground was nice. The lots are big and have nice shade.NOT happy that wifi is advertised and it did not work all weekend! BIG deal since It poured rain all Saturday. It's an amenity that is advertised and should be available!! Kids could not use the playground or the volleyball court. Both places were infested! Huge bee problem! Crafts and barnside movie GREAT!

They need to work on drainage. Bathroom/shower area is one of the best we have seen. Need to put stone on sites to prevent campers getting stuck.

The tent sites were far from restrooms. The well had collapsed (no fault of the KOA) but communication about what bathrooms were available was poor. The campers next to me came back after midnight and were very loud and disruptive. It is a larger KOA and there were activities for families and groups.

Enjoyed our stay in the campground. Nice, clean facility. Glad we got a site on the middle/upper end as lower sites were very wet. Pedestal position required 50 feet of hose-had to buy another hose. If CG is full, some campers might need 50/30 adapter dogbone for electrical as pedestal is shared by 4 sites. Don't plan on using WiFi for other than occasional email-spotty at best, often droppe

Although though the playground was close due to bees, the pool was awesome, the sites were large, the bathroom/shower were always clean. Staff was very friendly. Make sure you have long water hose and electric. Hookups were on opposite side of camper. Had an extension cord but had to buy a hose.

Very nice setting for campers or cabin-users. Cabins are very spacious and clean. Staff are extremely accommodating and helpful. 32 of us loved our family reunion there this past weekend. Just need to institute recycling, please.

The staff was very accommodating. My cabin had issues. Oven did not work. A/c quit working after the first night. Tried to open windows but they would not stay open. Fridge did not work well during heat of day. Cabin was hot 2nd day. Maintenance was unable to fix stove and A/c. A light over the sink would be helpful. Cabin had a musty smell. The grounds were improved since the last time we were there. It is too bad that they cannot make some of the driveway entrances to the spots without the ditches as people were running through them and getting stuck. The Wi-Fi is not very good at all. Disconnected a lot. The swimming pool was nice, however we were unable to swim the last day because it was closed due to concrete coming offthe pool

At check in all they told me was my site #. Nothing was explained about any amenities or what the gate code was. I was not impressed with the service. We were traveling with friends who has issues with the electric service and trying to get it fixed was a joke! The sites are grass and it was muddy so much that people were getting stuck. Terrible service!
