Horrible. Cabin wasn’t what we were told we were getting. Infested with ants. Pool was closed when it was supposed to be open. Basically paid nearly $400 for a glorified rundown motel.

We have a pop up camper no toilet. Our lot was J-1. Which we loved very shady. But no bathroom close by. Also. It states heated pool but the pool was very cold. Other than that we enjoyed it very much.

Stayed at site 64 for 2 days. Pros: shaded and large site, clean bathrooms/pool, great camp store, awesome on-site food service, short drive to the Spillway, friendly staff and fellow campers. Cons: uneven sites made parking/leveling hard for RV, all back-in sites, shared connections far from parking spots (bring 50 foot hoses/cords). A nice time overall, but not sure we will return.

We just bought a motor home two weeks ago and are new to camping. This was our maiden voyage. We learned a lot and had an awesome time. Staff at the KOA were great!

Our stay was great and everything was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. The thing i would change is I felt 11am checkout time was to early and had a struggle to be packed up and rolling by then. Alot of places we stay are 1pm.

Ratings have no real comment on the camp ground, we were there only for the weekend and spent the majority of the weekend sitting in the RV out of the rain. If not for the weather we may have been able to avail ourselves of the activities and campsite fires, outdoor eating and visiting with neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay. Even though we had a lot of rain we still had a great time. Met some really nice campers. Employees were extremely friendly. Campground is well kept. Only disappointment was the water pressure and lack of water in the shower houses. We will definitely return.

We booked but when we got there we were right by the water building. We asked to see if we could move down and it was ok. There was activities set up for the whole family we have four kids ranging in age from 2-12 and they all had fun even in the rain.

Even though we could only stay one night we had a great time! We enjoyed the pool and activities!!

The campground is nicely kept, friendly staff and activities. We were there for a week starting Sunday through Saturday, it was nice and relaxed and quite but come Friday the campers that came were ignorant to the rules and other campers. Also the fellow that helped my husband back in ended up having my husband hit the small stake with site number on it and it put quite a dent in the bumper.

Office staff is very friendly. The sites have reasonable space between them.. Some site could be hard to get into do to the ditches. Campground is kept very nice.

We're returning campers to this location. The staff is excellent, super helpful and friendly from the camp store to the lifeguards. The grounds are always clean. A few sites are a little uneven making set up slightly more time consuming but overall it's a fun, quiet, friendly environment. Can't wait to go back in July!

When the gentlemen showed us to our site, unfortunately we did not have an extension cord to use and he offered to lend us an extra one. A very nice gesture to help us out and greatly appreciated! We used the pool all 3 days as it is therapeutic and used for our water aerobics exercises. Noticed some rough patches on the bottom of the pool, but overall the campgrounds was clean. Friendly!

Woke up to a gas powered weed wackier at 8:00 in the morning. Found out he put a hole in my dump hose. The permanent sites had 4 dogs that barked constantly. Not coming back.

Very please with site 121, the pool was awesome as was the on site restaurant. The daily garbage pick up at your site was the icing on the cake.

We had one of the newly renovated sights and with the rain it got quite muddy. Our only other issue was water pressure and temperature in the shower house. Our grandchildren had a great time on their first camping trip. Overall pleasant and clean campground.

Miserable. And I don't even get enough characters to properly say just how miserable it was. We paid extra to stay at a KOA because it was a name I trusted. Not anymore. Doubt I'll ever go to another KOA again ever. Just can't trust them anymore. There were many issues but since they limit characters I'll say the biggest was no water for showers! Stay far away from this place unless.

Nice campground with great and friendly staff. Could use a little road maintenance/gravel but that will not stop us from staying again. They are a work in progress!!

We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. All the spots are long and wide. All back ins and they need to have about 4' more piping at the road ditches to make it easier to back in and get out. Its just so tight with the longer units. It can be done but better not be your first time. They are working on changing sites to be angled to make it better.

We stayed for a rifle event my daughter had in Conneaut. We didn’t get to check out surrounding areas like we’d have liked due to having to be at the event all weekend but will definitely come back for a leisure stay! Great area and great KOA. Lots of activities!

Staff was amazing !!!!! So kind so accommodating . WiFi wasn’t good and no cable . With three kids it’s always nice to have wind down time after showers and watch some tv if we comeback we would for sure bring DVD’s . Loved the staff !

So happy to hear our staff was a hit. We are working on upgrading our Wi-Fi, we plan to have it complete but the end of July, make your plans to head our way and test it out .

Only had 2 experiences that were not to favorable. When we were checking in, the 1 teen, stuck their head out of the hut and literally yelled that if we didn’t clean up our site when we left we would be charged a fee. Also we were told about bringing wood into camp. I am well aware of not crossing state lines with wood. I purchased the wood right down from camp in Ohio. Not give chance to explai

The weather did not cooperate! but the camp staff did the best they could with the weather we were given! The sites are large and the reminder to bring longer extension cords and hoses is a valid one. We like to kick off our summer with a stop here - hike in Pymatuning State Park, see Deer Park - and join in with Hay Rides and activities in the campground. We will keep coming back!

This campground is not big rig friendly. All sites are back-in and you have to avoid ditches when you back in and pull back out. Also when we went out and came back in we waited at least 15 minutes at the entrance for someone to check in at the gate, instead of going into the office like we did.

Sites are uneven and grassy. Ditch in front of site was a pain to park rv and leave as it was deep. lack of water at sites is inconvienient. $63 per night did not offer us much-we didn’t need entertainment, just a comfortable site.

We were told we would have a roku TV, wifi access and a grill grate. None of these things were true. The heat in the cabin was broken and when we called the maintenance person to tell him this, he said- oh ya we are waiting on a part to come in. Then gave us plug in heaters. He also told us the wifi hadn't been installed yet. I don't like being lied to. I understand things happen, but be honest.
