Cabin was very good for our needs. The WiFi reception was non existent, the television reception needs improvement. The water smelled very bad, would not want to drink or bathe with it. We brought our own water for drinking and cooking. Overall the facility was okay but could use some TLC and improvement.

Nice stay. Weather was good. The only issue was the Wi-fi was somewhat slow but usable. Roads where we were parked were a little narrow but once in, a good time. Would stay again.

This was one of the cleaner and nicer KOA’s we’ve stayed at. The staff at the gate were very friendly when we checked in. We got to our site and it didn’t quite work for our camper due to the location of the power box and the lay of the land our steps wouldn’t work. We let the staff know and they let us love to the site that I had personally picked. Lots of great activities for the kids.

This was our first stay at this KOA. Overall the sites where nice and everyone was quite friendly making for an enjoyable stay. My only suggestion is to try to get sites towards the front of the campground. The lower number sites in the back will prove to be quite challenging to back into if you have a larger size camper.

I had planned to get away and do some work for the weekend. My work relies on the internet to perform. Although very friendly, and repeted conversations; I had no WIFI service. I value that service equal to electric. I can provide my own water and sewer. WIFI, I have no options. That was my learning lesson. QUALITY WIFI is a must They really should refund me some money for goodwill! Ken

Nice roomy spots. Staff were all really phenomenal. Don let me borrow additional electric cord and was very helpful.

Very nice, clean park. The sites were wide and deep. The roads were wide to navigate through and the staff was very accommodating to assist in getting us into our site. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back here again.

Our first time at Pymatuning KOA on 9/25/2020. The check in was fine and the staff was pleasant. We really liked the wide open grass sites that are very, very well kept. The disappointment came after quiet time @ 11. There was a party going strong until after midnight at the Seasonal Hampxxx Park Model. This KOA's Rules: "Disturbances after quiet hours will not be tolerated." For Transients....

We stayed at the campgrounds for a week. Lovely campground. We are already making plans to go back next year, possibly more than once. All the staff we met were great, especially Lindsey and Danielle.

No trash pickup at your site, no cable/internet, no patio sites, all sites are standard, hookups are pretty run down, poor water pressure. A plus-sites are large, but, few trees/shrubs for privacy. We had a nice time relaxing. I've stayed at better KOAs. It's an average KOA. I wouldn't discourage a stay, but I can't brag about the KOA (keep in mind the time of year and COVID - no activities).

Thank you for your feedback, we understand the disappointment in our trees. We lost a high quantity of mature trees due to a tornado that hit our park. We have replanted in some area but it will take time for the effort to show.

Their sites are back in only and it was very hard to do this as the people across the road from us had 2 vehicles in front of their rv so not enough room to swing vehicle to back trailer into driveway of our site (small ditches on both sides of our driveway, so you had just a particular area to drive on). Hookups were on opposite side of trailer & luckily borrowed xtra electric line from camper.

We were greeted by a nice young lady at the entrance and unfortunately it went downhill from there. Driving to our site, a KOA crew blocked the roadway, rudely waving their hands screaming at us to slow down but we we already going slow. Then we were a accosted by a bunch seasonal guests who blocked us giving us directions on how to park. We’ve never been treated this way at any campground...eve

Great visit from driving up and being greeted by a fantastic host, (whom I found out later was the park manager), to being escorted to cabin I was staying in. I have to say, I was treated as if the 'RED CARPET' was laid specifically for me. This park/cabin overall was very clean and noticed they had folks who you can tell care about park. I definitely will be back.

We always have a great time. We will be back. We stayed in c-5 a very nice cabin out of the way. We would like to try c-6 next time.

I understand that there is Covid but you guys seem to be the only campground around the area not doing any activities. Which is fine just wish we would of known that ahead of time. Dead zone for service and internet so it was hard to keep the kids entertained. The girls in the gate house were very nice though and gave us some crafts to do with them. This was our second stay there and last. :(

VERY NICE, LARGE SPOTS. EVERYONE IS SPREAD OUT. MOST SITES HAVE NICE TREES FOR SHADE. COULD USE MORE GRAVEL AT SITES.

Each and every time I stay at this K.O.A. is the same. The manager's and the entire staff is fantastic. The cabin was clean and very accommodating. Very friendly and very professional !! Definitely will stay again.
