The people there where awsome!! They helped make it romantic and was on the ball. The only problem I can say is the TV didn't work and there was no wifi even after talking to them so we couldn't just relax had to figure out things to do

Very disappointed with the campground overall. The accommodations in the deluxe cabin we nice but the fact the whole campground has four total charcoal grills was very inconvenient. I realize things have changed due to the pandemic, but the fact that the office was never open during our visit added to the disappointment.

Everything was great. Disappointed about the pool not in use, but completely understand. The staff was very courteous and the cabin was very nice.

We were allowed early check in so that was nice. However, the cabin had issues. WiFi and cable did not work in the cabin. Cabin head s bad smell and there were mice. Grounds around the Cabin needed attention. We emailed twice about the cable and never received a response. Definitely not worth what we paid.

The staff is wonderful, Kelsey was a joy and very helpful! We had trouble with the WiFi and television and the staff did everything they could to correct!

I discussed with staff at time on stay. AC did not work properly, refrigerator did not keep food cold. A few advertised items were missing from cabin (TV, Coffee maker) We brought supplies to watch TV and make coffee , but had to request those items. We did not hold it against the camp since they just opened due to the current pandemic. Overall it was a clean camp. Friendly Staff. We will be back.

Although the accommodations were nice the visitors across the way we're playing music very loudly, swearing, driving a golf cart while drinking alcohol. When I called, I was ignored nobody even bothered to call me or stop by, and ask me what the problem was, or to tell them to be quiet. They kept us up the first night we were there and part of the second night .

The cabin was difficult for my parents to open the door. I asked for someone th o look at it but none did. The headlights on golf cart that they rented were not functional and dangerous at night. Very disappointed and will not return, maybe not any KOA at this point.

The grounds look so much better than in the past. Amazing within the last couple of years, it’s turned around so beautifully. We were lucky enough to be there during the Halloween celebration, and it was really so nice. The haunted cabin was amazing. Good job!

All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our cabin that we originally reserved had no heat and they promptly gave us an upgrade.Everything was neat and clean, the Halloween festivities were very cute

Was supposed to have handicap cabin, was told " but it only has 3 steps". Tell that to my hubbies hip that nerds replaced! Noise level of music out of hand, neighbors inconsiderate, kids out after 11 pm screaming. I was very upset, plus the handicap cabin was empty during our entire stay!

I had a 2 day stay in one of the camping cabins. It was the nicest cabin I have had the pleasure of staying in since we have been going to Koas the past 30 years. The attendants were real nice and professional, My wife and dog and I plan to come back to the pymatuming koa very soon, Thank you all for a great time and stay. Bruce Anthony

It was amazing. The staff was perfect and friendly and the manager was very aware and professional, everyone was amazing. The resort was well kept and the cabins were very clean and cozy. Beautiful area, I will definitely be back

Staff was amazing. They interact with everyone in the campground from kids to adults and make you feel like family. Although it rained most of my stay it was still a great time & all scheduled activities still went on. Cabins and the sites were clean and well maintained.

I stayed from Sunday to Sunday...had a great time as always!!!!! Had a little mix up with the pizza but we survived! Staff always cordial and helpful! Cabins always clean.

Refuse to recommend KOA. Have had some nice experiences in the past, but the way you screwed us over on Kids for Cancer weekend was utterly pathetic. Pymatuning KOA. Cabin C6. No heat, no TV, no wifi... for our ENTIRE STAY!!! Each morning woke up to 53 degree cabin. What the heck? We reported it a half dozen times. No one cared. No one followed up. 0.5 stars out of 5.

Halloween events were great. Kids loved the trick or treat. Weekend started off really poor when we found our cabin wide open- we killed nearly 20 flies and swept them up ourselves despite asking for help from desk staff. Not sure we will come back, despite family belonging to that camground for 15+ years

We were there with other family members and requested a cabin near them. I called and asked and they said no problem and put us in a cabin right next door. But when we show up we are at a different cabin then they had said, almost as far away as we could get.Heat in the cabin was bad. Would be freezing in the front room and super hot in the bedroom.Haunted house was closed early for no good reason

Had many issues. Furnace in cabin didn't work, was an existing issue from prior week. Was 40 degrees, and had no heat. Not sure why I was placed there to begin with. Friend asked for nearby cabin and was assigned in another cluster. Asked at check out for call from manager, have yet to receive.
