The activities were good, and the site itself is very nice. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The camper/cabin we stayed in was okay, but the bed needs replacing perhaps to a queen mattress, one that can actually fit two adults. Also, add some more comfortable seating options, as the booth and couch were very uncomfortable to sit in.

Cabin was nice and accommodated 4 of us gals for a getaway weekend. It was nice to have the four single beds. The only thing that was a little annoying was that there was plastic coverings on the beds. It made it a little difficult to sleep. Otherwise the people in the office were great and the resort was wonderful. I plan on returning next year with my pop-up camper.

1st night the key broke in the door,after I unloaded my vehicle. I had to move all my belongings to another cabin. The tv didn't work in the cabin and when I called the office I left a message and got no response.when we checked out the worker didn't know how to print my check out paperwork.

Great as usual. Andover/Pymatuning KOA is our go to campsite for our family, wether its cabin camping or tent camping, always have a blast. Need to have barn movies more often though.

Staff was helpful and friendly.The cabin we had was met our expectations. It was clean,with a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room and AC. Beds were full but comfy. Looking forward to our next stay! It's a place in the country near a beautiful lake with lots of trees so relax be outside or play games inside and don't count on the TV to have very good reception it's a" satellite dish network".

Staff was helpful and friendly. The cabin we had was beyond our expectations. It was clean,with a fully functional kitchen and plenty of room. Looking forward to our next stay!

Used to go they as a kid with my grandparents. But the cabin was cool just the beds sucked. Was a 20 times a night because of how much noise they made. Wasn't really that much interesting to do at the camp grounds but plenty when we would leave.

We had a small cabin it was clean and comfortable ,the pool was great, the food was very good we enjoyed the band we will be back again this season.

People were very friendly, and helpful. Kelsey was great!! Alittle disappointed in cabin rental. Could of been cob web better and mouse free. Family of mice that were everywhere, kept us up all night. Even though we caoght 3) Activitys for kids were fun. Would of gave 5's but our cabin experience infectation of mice, was bad!

The condition of the cabin we stayed in left a lot to be desired it was in very poor condition inside and out there were mice in the cabin that ate some of our food we had to leave our food in our car the bottom of the pool put cuts in my son's feet. The staff didn't seem very concerned about the issues the absence of the staff around the grounds and the office and store closing at 7pm.was really

Our cabin AC was not in working order, so they were using window units to try to cool the cabins. Lots of other cabins also were using window units for cooling rather than the cabin ac units. Our cabin reached 91 degrees and we had to keep complaining in order for maintenance to bring us another unit so it could be comfortable for our 1 year old. Cabins were run down and not worth price paid.

The workers we are very polite considering they were mostly all high school kids. The cabin was pretty clean, but it was still dirty. When I say this I what I mean is the bathroom smelled of urine, there was dirt, bugs and webs all over the corners of the cabin. But it is a cabin sooo. The whole place smelled of mold. I playin a band that has gig in the Andover Ohio area once each summer. Several members of the band rent cabins at this KOA every year and we have a great time. My wife and I rented your "Honeymoon cabin" this year and loved it. We stayed two extra days and fished. The band is already booked for next year, I'll be making a reservation soon!

We were with a large group. We booked last year & this year. We wanted the cabins in B but got mixed up & ended with cabins in D circle. We had booked reservations in February. We were disappointed. We made the best if it.

The over all campground was in great condition. Our cabin however the AC unit was broken and the window air conditioner was working but again the ceiling fan and light was not working. We came back to our cabin at 7pm and the termastat read 83 degrees. 730 on a Saturday night no manager on property. Sunday morning at 11a check out no manager to speak with. We were very upset by lack of manager.

Every thing was as expected. Clean cabin, polite knowledgeable staff, WiFi could use an update (very slow) and room has an odor I can’t describe, other than it wasn’t foul like trash or garbage, but also wasn’t cleaner, mold,or chemical smelling. Aired out quickly.

I stayed in D2. While it was dog friendly, it smelled. No screen door or window to air out unless I wanted to let bugs in. Interior needed an upgrade. Bed was small. Anyone over 5'8" won't fit. Price was right. $20 for the linens was worth it. I had trouble working the tv. No good tv stations. Internet worked great. Not sure if I would stay here again.

Friendly/professional staff. Grounds nicely maintained. Cabins need separate help. We stayed in D5. Table is broken. Everything else was fine. Other cabins a/c need serious attention. Many had window units as quick fix to central air failures. Some cabins boarded up. I hope KOA can turn this place around or I see failure. Saw many RV's pass by headed to other camps nearby.

Once the broken toilet, broken air conditioner, and door lock were fixed, the stay was OK. There were a lot of nice activities going on for the kids.

You have an amazing staff. They are not fake or phony. They really seem to care about making your stay amazing. We had a problem that was quickly resolved. Jonah was especially amazing, but Danielle, Adele, Gina and Kelsey were also awesome!! Because of them I will definitely return.

We have been there many times and enjoyed our stay. This time we paid A LOT of money to stay in a cabin for 4 days. The first 2 days were great. Friday the tenters arrived and set up no more than 20-30 ft from our door. It was like a festival out there. We couldn't even enjoy the last 2 days of our stay. The loud music, screaming kids, and the naked snoring guy have made we want to never go back!!

At first we thought $140 was a bit high for 1 nite in cabin. But, it was a Saturday, the cabin had air conditioning, cable tv, shower, stove, microwave, refrigerator, table and chairs. Very nice, clean, camp store and pool. Gillian Kresila

We met a few ppl from our home area that was very nice. Great stay for 6 nights. Enjoyed very much. KOA staff very attentive to your needs. Rebooked for Labor day weekend while checking out. Looking forward to my next stay. Very relaxing.

Got to cabin at 10:30pm on 7/10. Cabin was literally 100 degrees inside. Heat was cranked and the thermostat read 99. Sofa bed was pulled out, dinette folded down in a bed, sofa cushions thrown in bunk room, open soap/dirty towels in bath. Large adhesive bandage wrapper on counter along with melted ice cube tray and full trash cans. My family utilizes KOA’s all over, but never here again.

The campground was nice and the pool staff was awesome! We had an issue with our cabin so we were offered a 30% refund, almost 4 weeks later and the money still has not been refunded. Everyone that I have talked to keeps passing the problem off to someone else. The camping experience was good but the issues with the refund ruined it for me with KOA, very unprofessional!

Great time had with friends and family, love the events that were planned every day!! Sad to see that the tornado destroyed the primitive tent sites, it was such a BEAUTIFUL place to tent camp, hoping in time it can get cleaned up and tent campers have a place to camp there again! Also it's such a beautiful campground, hoping the landscaping gets done around the place to spruce things up!

Everything was great. My only thing to change is the beds squeaked every Move you made. So much that we used air mattresses after first night.

The stay was very quiet and pleasant. The staff was very, very nice and helpful. The only reason I didn't give them a full "5", is because the cabin was a bit dated and needed a bit of repair. By no means was the cabin falling down, just a little TLC would have gone a long way.

Cabin was dirty, mice & rats everywhere. Ants also. Ants and bugs were crawling all over me. Never again, would like some sort of a refund, thanks.
