Nice place, clean cabins, but I rented two cabins a 2 person one that had a smell all weekend that would not go away and a large family cabin that had whole house air that did not work but had a small window unit that never cooled the cabin and the TV did not work called maintenance they did not fix the problems most likely will not go back there to stay

We rented a deluxe cabin , for 4 adults. Our mattress was very uncomfortable, the bunk beds were so tiny , the pull out couch was very old and had seen better days . It rained and water was coming in the bedroom, kitchen window, and when I brought this to the young girls attention, stateing my luggage got wet , her response was oh I will have to get that checked over. And ants all over

staff was very nice but the cabin was very outdated, had 2 air conditioners running on 75-80 degree day just to keep cabin at 75 degrees, tried cooking food and had to hold food in hand as if you put anything down got instantly attacked by little ants. beds was like sleeping on spring coils. had no use of swimming pool as it was all green.

A little expensive for a small cabin that had mouse poop in the kitchen sink but overall the cabin was clean. No linens was disappointing as well it made the bed very uncomfortable and we couldn't shower.

Great stay, as always. But asked for a discount if there were a lot of units still open (which there were), and was told no. I'm a vacation rental home manager and we always offer discounts to entice guests if there's lots of availability. Will have to rethink.

The site was nice, clean, and easy to get around, and our cabin was likewise. HOWEVER, KOA promised wi-fi and air-conditioning and both were disappointing. The air-conditioning was not on when we arrived and the temperature in the cabin was 92 degrees! Once it was on, it cooled one room, but not the other. Most of the time, the wi-fi did not work.

My only problem was we had a pontoon boat with us and were told to not park next to our cabin to park it in a lot. We did but there were a few boats around us that people kept in there parking areas. Mine was the only boat in the lot and I feel it should be policed better.

I was sad to see that the campground had been rocked by a tornado last November, despite that the staff was upbeat and as helpful as always. Pymatuning KOA has become my family's favorite destination for weekend vacations. Wonderful staff, wonderful cabins and tent sites, wonderful KOA.

This is our third time staying at this KOA. It was the best time we have had yet! Friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Special request to be in a quieter section was honored. Cabin was clean and well maintained for the most part (lots of spiders, and sink faucet constantly dripped). Comfy place to hang out while it rained. We will definitely be returning! Thanks KOA!

The girls were very sweet and helpful at check in. The campground was quiet. We feel the cabins needed some attention. They were older, the outside was rotting in areas, the deck boards were loose and you could see some water damage inside. The heat worked well. If this were a first experience in a KOA cabin it would more than likely be a last for many. We were disappointed with the cabin.

My stay was ruined because half of our party left due to gas leak in their cabin. Calling customer service is a joke! They are rude...i asked a lady to stop yelling at me. Then she gave me the wrong info! I brought more stuff than i needed because of that! I was charged a pet &linen fee for no reason! My porch light was out and my oven didn't work! I didnt enjoy my stay. Depressing wknd!

This was our first time at a KOA and also the first time we rented a cabin. We were very pleased with the campground and the cabin. We had 4 adults and all were very happy with the cabin and how clean it was! When calling to make the reservation, the woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and personable. She made me feel very comfortable that we picked a good place to stay!

The staff was uber friendly. My friend and I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Went to Sparkle grocery store came back and made a good ole country dinner. Had bacon and eggs w/ orange juice for breakfast on the deck. It was amazing for me a city girl to be out in the country enjoying the scenery. My doggy daughter Chloe Pepper really enjoyed herself as well. We will be back!

I rented 2 2 bedroom cabins. No air conditioning in one that i had to complain about which they eventually put in window units cause other cabins they showed us had things wrong with them too and the other cabin the air conditioner broke during our stay. They both were musty smelling and one cabins water smelled like rotten eggs. Other than that nice and roomy.

Asked for a quiet cabin when reserving, but was put in the loudest/busiest spot that constantly had people walking through our cabin site and blasting music and kids peeking in our windows and invading our privacy. We noted there were many unused/unoccupied cabins further away from the main road and sports area that would have been much much quieter.

trailers are a little tired, they are in need of new cushions in the kitchen and new mattresses in bedroom we brought a mattress topper with us as we had stayed last year and new what they were like also many are missing screens. Staff are great grounds beautiful, location is great.

Would have been a five...but the satelite tv wasnt working in our cabin and since. I dont sleep well in a strange place i use the tv to lull me to sleep so this was a big issue, although they did everything to fix the issue including manager leanding her personnel dvd and a couple of movies sat night, the fact that they wouldnt give a refund of any kind..was very disapointing...I

We hosted our 31st family reunion here. Everybody loved it, especially the ones with kids! The water wars was so much fun!! Heather is who we booked the cabins with, she made our job as host so much easier and so much less worry!! They entire staff for that weekend needs pay raises!! I hope we can come back in 2yrs, for our turn to be host again. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!

The carpet in our cabin is disgusting. I have photos. Are they pet stains? We didn't request a pet friendly room. For that price, I expect a clean room. We have stayed at Embassy suites for less. The "decor" is beyond awful. The toilet ghost-flushed every time we walk

I rented a cabin with a covered porch when we arrived with the paper stating a covered porch was told they were already rented ...refrigerator did not work properly outside outlet did not work fan in bathroom was a annoyingly loud other than that we enjoyed our stay

Our family had a wonderful stay! We were very pleased with our cabin and how accommodating the staff was to all our needs! The pony rides were a great surprise for the kids and I appreciated they were free of charge since we have 5 children! The only disappointment we had was that the kids couldn't use the play ground on account of the bees. Thank you!
