We stayed for the weekend and had a great time. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. All the spots are long and wide. All back ins and they need to have about 4' more piping at the road ditches to make it easier to back in and get out. Its just so tight with the longer units. It can be done but better not be your first time. They are working on changing sites to be angled to make it better.

Staff was amazing !!!!! So kind so accommodating . WiFi wasn’t good and no cable . With three kids it’s always nice to have wind down time after showers and watch some tv if we comeback we would for sure bring DVD’s . Loved the staff !

So happy to hear our staff was a hit. We are working on upgrading our Wi-Fi, we plan to have it complete but the end of July, make your plans to head our way and test it out .

Only had 2 experiences that were not to favorable. When we were checking in, the 1 teen, stuck their head out of the hut and literally yelled that if we didn’t clean up our site when we left we would be charged a fee. Also we were told about bringing wood into camp. I am well aware of not crossing state lines with wood. I purchased the wood right down from camp in Ohio. Not give chance to explai

The weather did not cooperate! but the camp staff did the best they could with the weather we were given! The sites are large and the reminder to bring longer extension cords and hoses is a valid one. We like to kick off our summer with a stop here - hike in Pymatuning State Park, see Deer Park - and join in with Hay Rides and activities in the campground. We will keep coming back!

This campground is not big rig friendly. All sites are back-in and you have to avoid ditches when you back in and pull back out. Also when we went out and came back in we waited at least 15 minutes at the entrance for someone to check in at the gate, instead of going into the office like we did.

Sites are uneven and grassy. Ditch in front of site was a pain to park rv and leave as it was deep. lack of water at sites is inconvienient. $63 per night did not offer us much-we didn’t need entertainment, just a comfortable site.

All you need is a little bit of gravel on the roads and it would be perfect. Very nice place, friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Activities were great! Very spacious sites which they help you back in to when you arrive. A lot of updates being made. Can't wait to come back!

Surprised that you charge a fee to stay a little extra on last day. Most places are a 2:00 check out time ...

Our Check in time is 1 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. This gives us 2 hours to reset the site for our next guests arrival.

We understand its always hard to leave when youre having fun! We need the time between stays to get the site ready for our next guest. We do offer a late check out if we do not have an arrival on coming in on the site, we are only able to answer this on the day of check out. Hope to see you soon!

We arrived following a day of rain. We were originally given a campsite which resembled a marsh. After being stuck in mud, we were able to move to a different site, but nearly everywhere there was standing water and gulleys filled with rain water.

Very friendly staff large rv sites lots of grass picnic tables need updated and all hook ups were far away had to buy an 30 amp ext. They could have moved me over 1 spot there were a lot of spots open

This was our second trip to this campground and we do plan to return. We've experienced nothing but polite and very helpful people. They have gone above and beyond helpful especially to first time visitors. The sites are very large compared to other places we've stayed. We're planning to make this stop a yearly visit maybe even more depending on our jouneys.

Wonderful stay at the Andover KOA. The sites are clean and large. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They had a very visible presence during our stay. We will definitely be back.

Loved the help backing in! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly! I needed a strong internet connection for a work event and they came through immediately! We will definitely be back! The grounds were extremely clean too!

We like this KOA, This time, we were put in a pretty difficult space to back in a large rig. The people here are great, very nice and helpful. I was curious that there was quite a bit of open spaces yet we were all clustered together...

The hosts were very nice. the camp sites need improvement ie. Leveling/grading and gravel. They were putting in new sites or improving them with gravel and concrete.

It was our first test run in our camper. Unfortunately when we got there there was no city water so we had to fill up our freshwater tank. Other than that all went well. the ladies at the front desk were very personable and very pleasant

We had a great stay and enjoyed our time there. Except when we arrived we were told that the water would not be on and we had paid for a full hook-up site it was an inconvenience and we had to fill up our water again because we ran out. We were also not offered anything in return ( discount on our site).

The water was completely shut-off.It could of been on during the day.Owners were rude and very unprepared for the upcoming season. The opening date was April 1, 2021. Nothing was prepared for opening.All the building were locked and unprepared.Game room was not ready.The property was still under major repairs as a business owner it should of been done, during the off season.Wish I could write more

Awesome staff and nice campground but no running water and none of the camp extra curricular were open. I dont think they were ready to open when they did. Overall it would be a great place if everything was working.

We were seasonal campers and decided to leave this campground for the 2021 season due the cost increase. The staff here are wonderful. Unfortunately for the cost the management are not putting any money back into the campground. The pool is in dire need of repair and the electric lines are not reliable. The cabins are old and frankly scary. Hope they put some $$ back into the campground.

We were very disappointed how this campground handled last summer. We paid full price and nothing was open most of the year.

We reviewed your account to ensure you received the prorated discount we offered to our seasonal family for government mandated shutdown and guidelines. Good sized, mostly level sites, friendly, helpful employees. Only problem was wi-fi was non existant. Nothing on 2 phones, one tablet and 2 laptops. We'll be back. Was nice to be away from election and covid news for a couple days
