Our first stay at this place started out a bit bumpy. An older gentleman in a golf cart stopped us to say we were going over 5miles an hour trying to get to the site. We were not because we had just made a stop at a corner. It seems like the people that have preminent sites have more say so then the owners. Dont believe I will be back

Only 1 night - the site had grass (rather than dead spots from mats) but the drive was narrow.

Athough many of the amenities were closed for Covid we enjoyed our stay at Andover/Pymatuning. Our only problem was the rough terrain at our camp site. There were dips and holes on the grass that made it difficult to walk and set up.

The sites were very spacious. I didn't feel crammed in like I have at other campgrounds. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location was close to many area attractions. This is one of my favorites. I would like to visit again when the COVID restrictions are lifted so we can enjoy more campground ammenities.

We had a great time! The sites are huge and we like the location. Our dogs enjoyed the dog park and the water that was less than a 5 minute drive. This was our second time and we will be back!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in, accessible sites. The campground could use a few upgrades, but we had a great time and will return.

We had a wonderful stay at this KOA! The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. (Especially Larry, and Noah at the pool). Our site was spacious, level and peaceful. The only downside was the poor Wi-fi service. However, we will definitely be back and extend our stay! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly. Due to the virus, our plans to have family come visit were curtailed. No day visitors so we had to pay for each person as if they were an overnight camper. It got expensive quickly. Other than that, it was a great stay and an enjoyable weekend.

The people were very friendly and helpful, the playground and pool were nice and well maintained. Would have liked a little shade or plants (our site was in a flat open field like setting), but for an overnight stop, it was very nice.

Had another great weekend, wished the live music would have been allowed to come. I think there was more then enough room for social distancing plus the sites that border the pavilion could have listened from there site. The staff and grounds were great. Perfect location, close to everything. The lower field sites that we were in could use some more trees, but it was overall nice.

The KOA has very spacious and clean campsites. Most of everything was closed due to COVID so it made our visit a bit challenging is having something for the kids. The dog park is HUGE which is great. We didn’t exactly agree or understand some of their COVID rules, such as we couldn’t have a ball with us in the pool. But yet the small playground was open with a lot of small children on it.

Great campground with very large sites. My only issue with the place is the power and water hook up’s. You have to run your power and water along ways to get to the box.

Only suggestion.... the store should be open all seven days, not just 5. Needed some items on Monday but had to go and find a store to get them.

The sites are big enough. The electric boxes need updated. The trees in the sites need greener up for bigger unites. The trees need trimmed of dead limbs so your units are not getting scratched up.

We stayed Sat and Sunday. Very spacious lots, easy hookups, very friendly staff! We will be back next year for a longer stay!

Everything was great. Smooth check in, very friendly staff, and very helpful. We had a medical emergency at home and had to leave, Response was quick and very professional. Can't wait to return and enjoy our stay longer.

The camp store didn't open till noon with very limited hours. The swimming pool opened at 11 am to 7:30 pm and closed several times during the open hours. The Wifi was very weak. No cable access. The sites were in a field; no gravel driveways or paved parking spots, and you had to go over a ditch to get into the sites.Gravel roads made it difficult for bicycles and scooters. One bathhouse!

We had a back in spot that had a lot of space. Backing in was a little difficult due to the ditch on both sides but other than that campground was great and clean.

Signage poor at entry, pulled over to investigate where we should go. Apparently my registration did not go through. Greeted with abrupt rudeness to tell us what we had done wrong! No receipt was given and when I had to go back to ask for it. Customer service attitude needs great attention!!

It was awesome. Only downfall we didnt get to spend our second night as my husband got called into work.. Otherwise it was a pretty amazing place.

Never had a campsite so big. A little hard to back into due to the ditches at the end of your site. Workers are extremely friendly and helpful. It could use some updating, but very well kept

We weren’t taken to our site and neither was everyone else we came with. But other people were taken to theirs. It was Christmas in July wknd and there was no decorations or even Santa riding around. I understand there are limits due to corona but there are ways to Social distance and still Enjoy functions. Especially since you advertise themed wknds

Giving the covid19 pandemic staff did great! Place was clean and refreshing from other camp grounds!! Recommend and told friends!! We will be back!!

Nice sites, but bring plenty of hose and cable to reach connections.Guidance to your site would be nice and trash pickup at your site.

tent sites are WAY too far from the bath house which makes NO sense at all. Area around the RV site that we rented was full of holes in the ground that would be very easy to break an ankle in. Bath house door not easy to open with arthritic hands, after the trek up the hill. Then no hot water in the bath house. Definitely not tenter friendly.

Enjoyed the campground .... Workers are all nice and pleasant .... Felt safe, comfortable and relaxed.... Due to the virus attractions are down which was the only downside to the weekend.

The store was closed every time we tried to go. Some days it’s closed the entire day. Other days it closed by 2:30pm. I realize that it’s due to covid but we stayed at a different campground the weekend before in the same county and everything was open.

Our store hours are on your check in packet as well as all websites. We do have our gatehouse open and offer delivery to your site. The only day we close at 2:00pm is Sunday and our gatehouse is open til 5:00pm.
