Great campground. Family oriented and pet friendly. We loved it so much we got a seasonal site.

Came to just stay a weekend and ended up getting a seasonal site! Plan on being there for awhile. Very friendly ppl and great workers!

They had stuff to do all weekend for their Halloween weekend, our son had a great time. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Looking forward to going during the summer next year.

This was our third trip to Pymatuning KOA - the first was with our travel trailer and the last two were with our current fifth wheel. The campground is nice overall however the drainage ditches around the sites should be addressed. With all back in sites, the ditches and narrow roads make it very difficult to back a large rig into your site. Filling in the ditches would allow for easier site setup

When reserving our site we were not informed that it would be Halloween and therefore we were not prepared. No one gave any "extra" info during the finalizing of the reservation. Quick to take the money but not forthcoming with any info as to festivities, bathroom locations or check out times. Not likely to stay again.

We are sorry to hear you missed the information pertaining to our camp. We do have all activities listed on KOA.com , our Facebook page, and in our check in packet .As well, as a site map to outline all restrooms, trash areas, and all key features of the resort. We do offer CamperApps which keeps you up to date for all listed information.

Ditches trying to back in sites were not ideal. Store closed early Friday. No activities for kids. Staff was friendly and enjoyed learning about Greg the snake

People are not friendly and are not very helpful. This was the second time we were there and it was the same both times .. Very disappointed in this koa as we love them for their friendly and helpful ness They just don't have it sorry to say.

Nice campground & gamerooms. However, shower heads & faucets in ladies room are terrible. They spray water everywhere except where you need it. No water coming straight down in the shower makes it difficult to rinse your hair or body. Please change. The restroom needs some kind of ventilation. It's very stuffy and hot. Had trouble with Foosball & Air Hockey. Got money back but didn't get to play.

Large sites, quiet campground, staff was amazing and facilities were very clean! Our dogs had fun at the dog park and there were plenty of activities to do.

Don was super helpful since we were first time renters of rv. I can't say enough good about Don!! What they need to approve on is having enough supplies on hand for activities. We only tried to do one activity and they had run out 15 mins after it started.

It’s a nice campground with a nice pool and things to do. The biggest problem is we have to drive through ditches to get in and out of the sites.

Poor older facility, compared to other KOA campgrounds. No cable or TV hookups. No site pads, uneven ground. Swimming pool was cold not heated. Shower house was not centrally located for the campground. No bike rentals or carts for kids.Needs improvements Nice office area, playground and the live entertainment & movie were good.

All in all an average to OK stay, sites are large but unimproved so your parking on uneven grass. One standard power drop shared between a 30 amp and 50 amp site so connections are far and can be on the wrong side. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Had another great stay, campground well maintained, clean bath houses, and there was a band at the new pavilion that we could enjoy from our campsite next to fire. Also campground close to some family members houses so we could visit and only have a 15 min trip back to camp instead of 2hour to our house. Definitely will be staying again.

Fantastic time was had by every member of the family, including the dogs! For the dogs, the largest dog park I have seen between Ohio to South Carolina - we have a lab and a double doodle, both good sized dogs and they ran and played. The dog park was gigantic! The kids (5) had a blast between the pool and kids they met from all over. Folks watched out for kid safety and proper behavior.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The grounds were extremely well kept. The pool was beautiful. No doubt we will be back.

The people working there were very nice it was the person next to us that was annoying he power washed his truck we couldn’t hear anyone talk because his machine made so much noise other than that it was nice

Nice campground, friendly staff. The main thing we dislike is the 11am checkout. No time for a final swim before having to pack up and hook up the trailer. 1pm or 2pm would be much better!

The hookups for our site were very far back and I needed and extension to reach them. There was a tree in the middle of my site that prevented me from extending my awning. There was a deep ditch on either side of the entrance to our site that had metal piping sticking out, a tire killer for sure, if you slipped off the entrance and into the ditch.

My only issue was the site was not level. I had to go out and purchase a step stool for the entry steps.

You really need to level the lots and add gravel to where the trailers should park. Set up and leveling takes over 3 hours to get a trailer level it is a little insane. You need to be escorting people to the lots you have them assigned to and look to see what someone is requesting as far as 30 or 50 amp service. They had to move us to three different lots before we found a lot that was open.

The power went out several times that weekend.....over 8 hours on Saturday in extreme heat. This power outage also resulted in no water. The campground did not offer any compensation or bottled water to myself or my sister who was staying in a rented cabin. There was no communication from the office and when we called the office their voice box was full and would not except any messages.

Staff was polite and very helpful. Found a place for us on short notice and it was a pleasant stay. very quiet and restful. Enjoyed every minute of it.

We had a family reunion with my parents and all 10 of their children. We had 3 RV sites 1 tent site and 2 cabins. At one point we had about 35 people including visiting friends and family onsite at one point. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The facilities are well maintained and plenty of activities for the kids.

Our site, 67 was very nice. The WATER is TERRIBLE, we had to buy (12) gallon jugs of water for coffee and drinking. We had 12 dogs in the surrounding area !!! Site 69 had 4 but no bother, Site 66, and they are members, had 3, 2 of which were always barking and trying to get at me. ! Need to LIMIT dog SIZE ,TYPE and NUMBER ! NO CABLE ! Vert WEAK Wi-Fi. MANY pot holes. This is NOT a resort.

Great park to visit for our first camping adventure in our new camper. Staff very friendly. Only issue we had was connecting to the WiFi. We were given the password wifisite and were unable to connect. We tried everything even adding the site number we were on. It may have been we were too far from the tower.

Nice friendly campgrounds. The only negative thing is a little tight with large pull behind with ditches on both sides of roads,but not impossible. Sites are spacious, and plenty to do!

I came to visit family and tour the area with my family. I appreciate the activities but I did not participate in them. The power and water pressure dropped when the park was completely full, but only for a little while. Park was immaculate, employees professional and helpful, very enjoyable. Thank you.
