We've paid our annual fees by the due date every time for campsite, doc for pontoon, and fee for golf cart. This Spring I was diagnosed with Small Cell Carcinoma and have been in extensive treatment ever since. We pulled our 5th wheel out yesterday after paying $3,500 and not camping one day. KOA refunded the golf cart fee. This used to be a family campground, not an overcrowded moneymaker for KOA

All good. Bathrooms/showers serviceable but not at the quality we’ve come to expect for Koa. Pool and lazy River very nice.

Excellent facility with a wide range of activities for family. The only negatives were hours office/store were open during the week days and bad gate on dog park.

Nice stay & amenities but the golf cart traffic and the amount of RVs ruined the experience a bit. It felt like city camping due to traffic and congestion

Great Kampground! Kamp Kabins by Pool are exceptional! Great activities for family. Lake Beach water toys Excellent. Staff response to needs Exceptional. Fees Reasonable and Competitive. Will stay again!

Very nice layout and feel to the campground, and well-managed. However, we didn’t like the very loud truck noise on the nearby highway, as well as the airplane noise (and smell of exhaust fuel) from the airport across the street. I suggest building a noise barrier along the road front. The procession of golf carts is very annoying as well, some blowing strong exhaust fumes into our campsite.

Love it here very clean and well kept. Staff very helpful. Only complaint would be pool restroom was very dirty.

We stopped in quickly for one night. The staff checked us in quickly and our spot was an easy pull thru. It was a hot day and the pool was refreshing., lazy river was cool.

we are very unhappy, our site was right across from the dock!!! we had people ALL weekend long walking right through our site, they'd walk right in front of us while we sitting in our chairs, when we were eating not trying to walk the property line by the hook ups at all I mean right in the middle of our camp site we got no privacy at ALL!! these were kids as well as adults, NO pathway was marked

Very disappointed that we asked to be placed next to each other only to find out upon arrival that there were people place between us. It was a major inconvenience, we had children that napped & we had to keep walking back and forth to check on them. Booked in Jan. so this shouldn't have been an issue The price for the pontoon boat was outrageous for a boat that was falling apart & very unsafe.

Inflatables in lake could be safer with requirement of a life jacket or life jacket availability at the beach. Also, cleaning out the swimming area to rid of seaweed etc.

Staff is very friendly and there are many planned activities. Several playgrounds that also have horseshoe and other games. The pool is beautiful and has a lazy river. The only negative is all of the golf carts, many playing loud music. We were sitting out at 1130 at night and they were still circling the campground. They certainly took away some of the relaxation of camping.

Very friendly staff. Clean and well kept. Fun water inflatables that the kids spend all day on. A bigger pool would be a little better, but it is nice to go around the lazy river.

We had a very nice pull through with a great view of a large green area in the park… this is a well run resort with plenty of family activities…

Did not appreciate not having the Pool Hours posted. Went up to pool to swim and was told pool would be closing at 7:00 pm and not 8:00 pm as was originally told to us. Bingo needs to be played more fairly with more games instead of 8 games you should be playing 10 to 12. Regular games of Bingo would have been n Ashamed that this KOA promotes the use of alcohol by playing "Boozy Bingo"!

Short, HOT. The gate key didn't work; needed help from a Good Samaritan camper. Narrow roads especially at intersections. Directions to campsite didn't advise taking a gravel road off the paved road. Reservation desk is also the sales desk for the store; It was overloaded with customers; Those with ice cream product had significant melting to contend with as they waited to pay.

Love the crew and it was packed but peaceful. Only thing I would highly recommend that doesn’t cost much is too Rake the beach every night. Looks so much better and when kids dig holes and then adults turn a ankle in one. Everything else is so nice and I heard others complaining about the same thing. It’s a safety hazard that can be prevented. I really like it there and I will be back

We always enjoy our time spent at ANGOLA/HOGBACK LAKE KOA. The only difference with this time is have one employee, he was an older gentleman, flying around on a red golf kart hauling a trailer. He would even come up to people stopped at stop signs and fly around them because he didn't want to stop. Very dangerous an scary. Especially with people walking and kids out and about.

Clean, organized. Friendly staff. Clean restrooms and shower stalls, accommodating laundry facility within same area. Very very relaxing, we will come back.

Absolutely amazing campground. The management was phenomenal. We accidentally forgot an adapter for our griddle and they went above and beyond for us and let us borrow the necessary item. Over all my kids had a blast. We will definitely be back.

Park staff are always friendly and helpful, always quick to respond when needed. The entire park grounds are always clean and well manicured. The additions to the beach are fantastic and the pool with the lazy river is my families favorite!

Our stay was fine, we park along the fish pond because our family likes along there, but the pond looks disgusting and needs cleaned up, also on lot 230 along the fish pond should not be cut down and made part of it into a public access. Some of the changes that was made to the park with putting the big rocks throughout the park was ridiculous.

Loved the patio furniture, grill, and fire pit. Nice that we didn't have to get ours out of the RV storage compartments. And the lazy river was awesome! Still don't like the 11:00 check out time. Was told the time is needed to clean the fire pits. More time camping would be more appreciated than a fire pit with no ashes in it.

You felt like one big family at this KOA, every worker was very helpful & always smiling. We will for sure be back soon � very clean & kid friendly!

Our cabin was perfect! I wish the store was open a little later to get ice cream, and fresh donuts would be awesome too! Also wish you offered day passes to use pool.

Disappointed that we couldn’t stay on site for the rest of the day of checkout to enjoy amenities. Was willing to pay a fee to do so. Visitors came to visit for dinner one evening and required to purchase a two day visitor pass.

We have not stayed here for a couple of years so the pool and lazy river are great upgrades. We were very disappointed in the RV spots as they are all in terrible shape, with tall grass, weeds, busted picnic tables, the place is a mess as the garbage was overflowing the day we got there and they came to pick it up the day we left.WIFI is NONE this is unacceptable and employees now this as we kept
