We had issues with the WiFi and the cable tv. The office was closed when we arrived and when I texted the number that i had been contacted on. I received a auto generated reply that I would have to wait until they opened the next day at 9am. I made additional test messages and did not receive any reply. No contact at all the next day. Received a reply the following day with a kiss off attitude

Stay here the same time every year for grandkids birthdays. They were my first Koa and first with camping and have never stayed anywhere else except Koa ever since. They took care of everything I needed with a smile on there face. Internet needs an overhaul as I was never able to connect.

Marianne was very pleasant, helpful, and courteous. Stopped for the night and found a very clean KOA.

Both wifi and AT&T cell service were terrible. We could not connect for a medical meeting via video and we could barely send a simple text with either wifi or cell service Maybe Verizon works?? Layout and condition of the grounds were quite good. Reasonably quiet.

Beautiful park with plenty of space for our 43 foot motorhome. Very nice people here.

It was an off-season COLD, WINTRY late March stay, but our pull-through site worked flawlessly and the staff was friendly and busy making ready for warmer days ahead. Well organized camp!

We enjoyed our cabin stay, everything was decorated cute and very clean. There was however a leak in bathroom under tub after a bath and a weak breaker that kept flipping when using hair dryer. Staff was very friendly as well. Thank you.

A great place to stay in winter when all other KOAs are closed. Perfect location too (near the interstate) if you are having work done on your RV in Elkhart, Indiana…the RV Capital of the World.

Super relaxing stay at a deluxe cabin. It was toasty warm, despite being the middle of January! Will definitely return any time of year!

We stayed in a cabin, which seemed newer and it was definitely quaint. The bathroom could definitely use more hooks for towels. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

It was just ok … Office was not open when I arrived at 3 pm check in time Cabin I stayed in was very dirty And heat did not keep cabin warm ..

Thank you for staying with us. Apparently you didnt look at the map which clearly shows the N bath house that has 3-4 showers each for women and men, and is open year round.

Our stay was absolutely awesome! We had no expectations upon arrival, but was beyond impressed. The staff was very professional and awesome to be around, grounds were always clean and we had so much fun. We loved the atmosphere and people. Can't wait to go back!

Nice campground but the neighbor (a permanent resident) started his very loud diesel pickup at 3:30 AM and warmed it up for about 30 minutes. Very inconsdiderate and made for a poor night's sleep on a long trip. .

On 10/27 spoke to Bert (manager) and all was good to return for 2022. On 11/22 we were informed that due to us not being happy we were being kicked out and had 9 days to vacate site. Really Bert? You get a bad review and you kick people out! We aren’t alone. Others who gave a bad review were told to leave also. We were happy with park, just not Bert and his merry man Tim. Needs a new management

Too bad we were only staying one night. Definitely will make a long trip to come back. Spent time talking with one of the employees and he was great. Showed us pictures of what activities they do in the summer. Great atmosphere.

What a mess! Arrived around 4pm and parked in our assigned spot only to find out later in the evening that our lot (106) was the only lot in the park without cable. Management was at a convention but the gentleman told us we could move but decided we would be okay. Also couldn’t connect to WIFI. Walked all around their building in the morning looking for rest rooms. None to be found. Etc

We arrived after office was closed so paperwork was outside. Site was easy to find and level. The concrete slab is pretty high off the ground - not so good for the new steps on many RV's. Customers may have to position their rig so the steps sit on the ground instead of the slab. Cabins look really good! We really appreciated that your campground is far enough off the interstate that it is quiet.

Very nice campground lot of things to do ( in warmer weather-there the second week of November ),kept up nice-clean, bathhouse older but clean and kept up, sites are a little small too close to the next site, problem with power from pole 30 amp circuit breaker loose in box had to use adapter (50 to 30 amp) would stay there again if in the area

Management SUCKS!! Bert is a jerk. He talks down to everyone and dismisses complaints unless you're his friend. He has 2 sets of rules (1 for friends, 1 for everyone else). Employee Tim Carmony is as rude as they come. He feels its ok for him to tell seasonal members to shut up multiple times and they shouldn't get upset with him. This campground could be great, but not with them running it.

The only bad thing I can say about our stay was the water had a funky smell to it. Other than that we absolutely love staying in the cabins there when we go to visit our daughter at college.

The park is lovely, we’ve stayed before on our way through and that’s why we went back. This time the water was Terrible! It was rusty, smelled and was undrinkable. We had to flush our system at the next park. Fix this and this park would get 5 stars.
