We were in spot 918 with a 33 ft. trailer. It was not a good fit. We had to pull up our trailer almost into the road so our neighbors fire ring wouldn't be burning the back. Our front neighbors plug in was just outside our door. Office staff was just ehh. Lots of seasonal rentals so we were just an annoyance it felt like. This was our second time staying. On our way out West and our return back east. The ladies in the office were awesome and the campground outstanding.

I’d like to give a 5 but Internet was a chronic issue. With so many people working remotely you need a good, strong internet connection. I find packing up & taking my work to a different location (& away from home) is energizing. But sadly due to lack of connection (on again, off again) was quite stressful. While the IT department tried to accommodate my needs, it did change the situation.

We stayed 3 nights. All was really great! The pool and lazy river were great. My husband and I decided you need at least one more pool. � The staff was very friendly. We stayed on the water and that was pretty great.

It was a lovely campground,but when it came to taking a walk or leaving the site absolutely terrible when did pedestrians loose right away, the golf carts run this place,you can't enjoy a walk. We had a seasonal intoxicated camper encourage his son to to run over our 8 lb dog telling us that camping grounds are for kids not dogs.Can your camp ground get by on seasonal people only?Somebody will get

The campground was very nice and clean. How ever it seamed to be more for permanent campers not travelers. We stayed at a lot of KOA campgrounds and this was the first that did not escort you to your site. Our site was right beside the highway. Traffic noise all night long.

My reservation was for a pull through site for a 34 foot RV. The site I was given was labled as a pull through site (217). We got to the site and it was easy to pull in, but there is no way it is a pull through site. You can't pull through, there is a hugh drop down that an RV or even a car will bottoming out and a tree almost center of the pull out lane. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Rocky start of our site not being big enough for our camper which was rectified right away our stay was very nice we had never been there before and we pleasantly surprised by the service and amenities looking forward to our next stay in July

The garbage truck beeping for 2 solid hours at 9 am was super annoying. The campers smoking weed ALL day long and having to have my family smell it ALL weekend was annoying! I think the store should definitely be open later especially on the weekend. They need bath/showers by the store for temp. Campers. It seems the seasonals are the priority. The beach and pool were amazing! WAY to expensive!

Just a place to rest our heads with our load of pets on our move to Pennsylvania, but it was so delightful and relaxing, I wish we could have stayed longer.

Due to the rain we had to spend more time in the cabin than normal so we turned on the tvs. They were AWFUL! Receptions was so bad could barely see the picture!!

We had one of the patio spots on the lake and loved it. All of us loved the lake floating stuff. My only complaint is the fire pit was right up against our neighbors trailer and I didn’t think that was very safe place for it. Other then that we will be back for sure.

Very nice! Clean and neat. Love the convenience of a pull through site and the concrete pad. Definitely will come back! Thank you for having us. KOA is the best top rated campground. We are joining the club today!

Too many gulf carts driving around faster than speed limit posted. Same with vehicles. Pond had trash scattered around that my daughter picked up! Girl who worked at the KOA store could have been nicer! Didn't seem like she wanted to work there! Had an attitude when she was dishing up ice cream to the customers, including me. She was rude and snapped at me. She has long red hair and glasses. RUDE!

Beautiful grounds!! I wish that we had been given more directions upon check-in. For example, I had to grab the calendar of weekend events, it was not mentioned to me. Noone told us about trash or firewood nor did we know the hours of the store. Also, it would be especially helpful to tell people in advance that you do not off tubes for the river, so we can bring some. More activities welcome!

I'd like to give a 5 star. However, the roads are very narrow, golf carts all over the place, extra vehicles parked partially on roads. We got in after hours and golf cart blocking turn. Other campers helped us move it. Barely able to back into our site due to guest vehicle in the way limiting turn axes. Too crowded and congested between long term and short term campers in the same areas.

I love this campground. I have many friends that stay seasonal here. The staff is always friendly as can be. There are two people in particular that are over the top helpful and friendly. That would be Tim and Mary Ann. My only complaint would be that the WiFi is not all that great. But it won't stop me from camping here. See y'all soon!

We arrived at 5:02 office was closed. We had to locate our site ourselves in a very large, unmarked campground. Very limited signs. Our site was 329 (map marked 339) which is right by the road and very noisy all night long. There were many open sites away from the road we could have been given. It's very obvious this KOA caters more to seasonal campers than overnight campers.

Beautiful location. 3-week old cottage, nice and new however, no water softener so water smelled, 3-week old shower and toilet already rusting, refrigerator wasn’t clean. It had hair in it and wasn’t wiped out, floors were not swept and filthy. Our socks turned black. Not enough towels in the bathroom, still need some kitchen items. The toilet didn’t flush very well. Very little pressure.
