Very friendly staff. This was our families first camping trip and was it awesome. The campground was clean an enjoyable with all the flowers around the area. We had a wonderful time.

A little disappointing that the camp store closed at 5:00 and the pool at 7:00. I realize that we stayed during the week and that the store is open longer on the weekend. The pool and patio at our cabin was awesome. Overall a great stay I just wish I would have known ahead of time about the hours. It would be great if the cabin had a night light. I am sure we will be back with our camper soon

Campground and cabin was really nice, customer service not so much. The store closes really early and the staff working the store don't seem to know what is going on. We asked 3 times about activities and was told there were none (a first for any KOA we have stayed at) only to find a flyer by the register with a list of activities. Not sure if this is normal or if they are short staffed.

Nice campground. Only one night were people talked until after 1am. Staff very helpful and friendly. When there was an issue with the air conditioner, it was handled quickly!

Terrible management! Very rude! Disrespectful! Not just 1 but a few staff/ management! And not only once but a couple times Staff/ management was very rude ! Will not be returning and due to this visit my family members decided to camp at another campground. And my in laws were considering making this their permanent site but will no longer consider it

We held our family getaway at Angola/Hogback Lake KOA this past weekend. So many things to do for the kids and grandkids. Very clean and the staff so friendly and helpful!

First I would like to say that the fire works show was amazing and that was the high light of the stay. We felt there were way too many golf carts. We were driving through the park and some ppl threw candy in front of our truck for some kids that were on the opposite side of the truck, very dangerous. We also felt the camp sites were way too close together and the pool was always packed.

Although I loved my stay, my cabin was very dirty. I definitely had to do alot of housekeeping before we entered. I also had to continue the up keep because the ants we horrible and invading everything. The soap dispenser, dish detergent, and the shampoo was replaced with water, thank God we brought our own.

The park is clean and family friendly. The new cabins are great! The lake with kayaks, paddleboards and slide was awesome. The open pavilion worked out great on rainy afternoons. 2 thumbs ups!

The folks there were friendly and welcoming. They gave us an amazing location, and were attentive to the needs we had. Totally enjoyed ourselves! Wish that the check-in procedure for after hours was a little more clear. We were grateful that someone else was doing the same and could guide us.

We had 2 campsites and 1 cabin. When we booked, we asked to be together, sites 308-310 were confirmed as all being all together for our group. Saturday and Sunday were great, but on Monday a camper was placed in between 308 and 309, disrupting our group. We were told that they created a 309A out of an old outhouse site, 2 weeks prior, even though it wasn't listed on the site map. Not happy!!!!

Due to the rain we had to spend more time in the cabin than normal so we turned on the tvs. They were AWFUL! Receptions was so bad could barely see the picture!!

Beautiful grounds!! I wish that we had been given more directions upon check-in. For example, I had to grab the calendar of weekend events, it was not mentioned to me. Noone told us about trash or firewood nor did we know the hours of the store. Also, it would be especially helpful to tell people in advance that you do not off tubes for the river, so we can bring some. More activities welcome!

Beautiful location. 3-week old cottage, nice and new however, no water softener so water smelled, 3-week old shower and toilet already rusting, refrigerator wasn’t clean. It had hair in it and wasn’t wiped out, floors were not swept and filthy. Our socks turned black. Not enough towels in the bathroom, still need some kitchen items. The toilet didn’t flush very well. Very little pressure.

The expensive cabin we stayed in backed up to a storage lot that was not well-kept & the cut grass, etc. piled up back there smelled terrible. The wi-fi was insufficient; I planned to work on a weekday, but had to leave a day early b/c it was way too slow (why bother having/advertising it if you know it's not reliable?) while my family stayed. The cabin was not clean (dirty dishes/shelves/loft).

Staff was friendly, plenty of activities for kids, pet friendly, bedrooms in cabin were small, no room for baby pack n play except in the kitchen which isn't great for naps, boat rentals could use a deep clean (didn't look like they were cleaned after winter storage) and maintenance! We went through 2 and gave up on a pontoon for the day.

Cabin was clean and ready upon arrival. Grill was very small for the amount of guests per cabin. Some other sites had a full size grill, not sure why when up to 8 can stay. This was the only reason I gave it a 4 star and not 5 star. Everything else was great. Thought I would suggest a 8pm pool closing instead of 7pm. Although this did not effect my rating.
