Monthly RV site rentals start at $875 per month plus metered electric. Monthly sites are generally available between November and April, though a limited number of monthly sites may be available during the summer season. Rates and availability are subject to change. A: No. Electricity is metered separately and billed based on your usage per kilowatt-hour.
Q: Are there age restrictions for RVs?
A: There is no specific age restriction for RVs at Asheville West KOA; however, RVs should be well-maintained and in good condition. Monthly stays for guests with units older than 10 years may require prior approval, and guests may be asked to provide photos to ensure the RV meets campground standards.
Q: Do you offer RV storage?
A: We do not offer RV storage at Asheville West KOA.
Q: Do you require a deposit for monthly stays?
A: Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to one month’s stay.
Q: Where are the closest grocery stores?
A: Asheville West KOA is located between 2 Ingles Grocery stores, each within 15 minutes from the campground. One Ingles is in Canton to the west, and one is in Candler to the east. Ingles is the largest grocery store chain in the region and also has a pharmacy. You’ll also find a Dollar General less than five minutes away.
For a more local option, consider shopping at the WNC Farmers Market located at 570 Brevard Rd, Asheville, NC 28806. The Farmers Market is open every day and is just 15 minutes from the KOA.
