Excellent service and very clean. Due to mechanical problems we had to extend our stay over a busy weekend . The office staff was very accommodating and found space for us. Everyone was friendly.

It was a pleasant stay. Small quaint Campgrounds with very friendly and helpful staff. We only spent 1 night on our way to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains in TN.

Kelli was very knowledgeable and friendly park was very clean The grill was fairly new and clean. The only draw back was site B3 not level slopped to the rear

Some truck noise on the interstate but the campground is pristine, well maintained and clean and the staff is so helpful and nice. Thanks for a good stay.

Campground was clean and orderly. Everything worked as expected. Staff was great to work with. We had to leave early as as a result of a medical situation and staff was most courteous and helpful during our departure. I’d stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice level site. Restrooms, showers and laundry exceptionally clean. Easy access to Asheville and surrounding places of interest. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We initially had a beautiful site but we were unable to hook up our sewer due to slope issues. The office was wonderful at relocating us. Also gave me change and a bundle of fire wood after the office was closed. Very nice people!

The staff are amazing and the park was clean and neat and lots to do! The only downfall to this place is being so close to I40. Was not an issue for me as the ac is usually loud enough I don’t hear anything! But overall a very nice place!

Very nice and clean campground. We had a great spot, very long to accommodate our large camper and tow vehicle. It was the only site in the campground that shares water with the adjacent campsite. We would have kept the site but would have liked a heads up that we needed more hose and that we had to go under the camper to get to the water. We would stay here again.

We stayed in a tent. The staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. We are going back in 2 weeks to stay in a cabin as well as the weekend of Halloween. Can't wait.

Very friendly staff and campground was very clean. Our site was pretty level. The only complaint we had was noise coming from highway close by which they have no control over. We literally can’t think of one complaint about the campground. Campground is also very close to a lot of nearby attractions.

The park itself is good. Hosts are great. Clean bathrooms, showers and laundry room. In comparison, there are other campgrounds I have stayed in where the spots are further apart. Wifi was spotty. Freeway noise/TA truck stop is constant. The smell of the paper mill on some days. The rate should to be lowered to be competitive with others in the area.

Different sections for pull through and back in sites. Our site was pull through which was not long enough to park truck except angled. No level place for picnic table. Other sites were more level. Large open grass area near back in sites. Large fenced dog park. Several nearby gas stations and a Dollar General. Laundry was clean. Pool is pretty far for the back in sites.

Too close to the interstate, NO SOUND BARIER TO KEEP NOISE DOWN, Didn't like they said they would give ear plugs for noise (that is not a fix). Internet only worked partly, kelp dropping signal, Tv signal, was not strong on channels over channel 30. I finally went to antenna to get tv signal that we could watch. I will say there was a young Lady between 18 & 24, She help in anyway that she could.

This is the 1st KOA we have stayed at and it has set the bar high. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive to any needs. Although we didn't get a chance to take part in all of the activities, there were several fun ones to choose from. The traffic noise from the nearby interstate was not as bad as some people have posted. We will be back.

Too expensive for what you are getting….and it smells:/ We also came in late & read on the sign that it is a minimum of 2 night stay, then in the morning were told it is actually not the case. We would have stayed only 1 night.

Extremely friendly folks. Our stay there was very enjoyable. This location is not too far from surrounding attractions, golf, shopping and the casino. Recommend this one. MSN

Way too much highway noise!

Unfortunately, because we are conveniently located off I40, we do have uncontrollable highway noise. If you had spoke with a member of our front desk about your concerns we could have offered ear plugs or even moved your site if it was available. We thank you for choosing KOA West

First time here Campground is immaculate entire staff including owners are very friendly they all go above and beyond to provide assistance with anything that comes up my hat is off to them would definitely recommend this Park to others

Campground was in a wooded area, very nicely kept. The young lady that showed us to our site was very friendly and sweet. Would love to go back and stay more than two nights.

Visit as always great stay. Down graded this visit to no water hook up on a full hook-up site. Some previously had broken the spiked but not been replaced. The next site had a splitter in theirs and told me that was were the previous occupant connected. Nothing from the KOA staff or on the site to tell me that… good thing I had extra hose with me.

Very friendly/helpful staff. Entire grounds very clean and well kept. We had a deluxe site and enjoyed the deck, patio, and firepit and a surprise gas grill for cooking. Convenient to everything we wanted to do. You could hear the highway but a/c drowned most of it out and we were offered free earplugs if we chose to use them.

So many friendly folks here. Common areas are very clean. More than enough showers and toilets even on Labor Day weekend. Washers and dryers are commercial grade and clean. Place to wash dishes. Quiet hours are adhered to, outdoors sounds are soothing. Trails in and around the campground are wonderful. I was worried about bugs but had no issues. My husband enjoyed the pool. I would stay here agan
