The only criticism I have is the strong air freshener smell in the cabin I stayed in. I would have stayed a second night but I couldn’t seem to get it aired out sufficiently.

Traffic noise was all but nullified by ear plugs. Grounds immaculate. Facilities well-kept and in good repair. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and as far as I could tell, sincere. Excited to come again, and utilize more KOAs across the country, as this was a glowing first-impression. See y'all next time!

Can often stay one night in a cabin. Best setup in a deluxe cabin we have had anywhere. You do provide your own linens and towels. Only a basic cabin available on return trip. Very close to restroom and showers. Only place we have seen a central "outside kitchen" with sink and water, stovetop, grill, fire ring, more swings. Heard a complaint about this being shared but a very nice additio

The cabin was very clean and comfortable, but as others have mentioned the road noise is so loud it’s disruptive. I thought the rate we paid was too high.

Cabins are clean with super comfortable mattresses. Cabin porches will keep your gear dry when rainy. Super helpful and friendly staff. This was our second stay and we will be back again.

The host was very welcoming and friendly (loved the welcome goodie bag!). The cabins and bathrooms were exceptionally clean and smelled great. Though we had a short stay and didn't explore the campground much, we were very comfortable. We will be back for our next trip to Asheville!

You have a lady here named Heather that was very rude and unprofessional and I can assure you that I will never stay here again NOR will I recommend it to any of my friends or family. Thank you for taking the time to express your recent experience. The issue in question was due to the fire pit being overloaded with charred beer bottles that ruined the firepit. We checked the cabin before departing due to the way the exterior was left as a precaution and was in no way to be rude.

In addition to our RV site, we rented one of the smaller cabins for our family. It is centrally located to the office and bath house. Although winterized for the season, the camp kitchen in the courtyard of the cabins would be perfect. There is heat and air conditioning in these smaller cabins but was concerned at first of not having water or restroom. This was not an issue.

It was very nice. Very close to 1-40 I recommend ear plugs or white noise for your stay. Honestly sounded much louder at night. Overall very nice stay. Very friendly staff.

GOTTA SAY THE FACILITY IS NICE. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. IT WAS VERY COZY. IT IS JUST THAT IT IS RIGHT ON TOP OF I-40. JUST GOTTA BE READY FOR THE NOISE IF YOU STAY OVERNIGHT.

These folks work really hard at Customer Service. They are aware there is road noise from the Interstate, and can't change that, but made up for it with service. Immaculate campground, responsive hosts, convenient for us for a one night stay in a Camping Cabin - always so much better than a hotel, but better and faster then setting up a tent for one night. Nice to have access to a kitchen area.

My family and I are chose to visit Asheville North Carolina this weekend to take my daughter to Polar Xpress in Bryson city. We chose KOA because we wanted to take our dog with us. We were perfectly satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

We have stayed here several times. When these folks ask you to allow them to help make your experience better they mean it. My husband and I stayed in a cabin a month or so ago and had 2 suggestions. When we returned for Halloween weekend both had been acted on. Cannot say enough good about the staff at this KOA. We will be back for sure.

We had a lovely experience in our cabin. I’m a solo mama with 2 kids who wanted an easy getaway and this fit the Bill. Plenty of activities for the kids. The feeling of being in nature without completely roughing it. The clean camp kitchen and fresh coffee in the morning were an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids haven’t stopped talking about it. Thank you!

We enjoyed the lodge cabin a our rvspace too. It was a wonderful family reunion. The KOA was close to the Biltmore and to downtown Asheville .

The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic camping cabin.My only suggestion is to have a small fridge in the cabins.

We loved the campground and will be back! Movie night was amazing and we loved the trail with the hidden fairy houses.

The management and staff were outstanding. Very enjoyable to see staff go out of their way for their guests. This is the way a Kampground should be operated!
