KOA employees were excellent! The sites were level but were muddy and very close together. Roads in cg were uneven and difficult to maneuver. We were right next to I-40 so had lots of interstate noise. However it is in a very convenient location for sightseeing.

Original site assigned not good due to steep angle so we were happy when office could allow us to change sites. Sites are not very level overall as we found by talking to other guests as well - we had to use 3 leveling blocks which is very unusual for our 18' trailer!

Beautiful campground even though it rained all night. Will definitely be back to visit!

As they describe, they can’t move I-40! We had the pull thru site closet to the interstate. Some times it felt like the ground was shaking! Entrance/exit out of the park a bit steep but not a problem. When turning east to get backed on highway, be careful!!!

I had a tent site for 2 nights. I liked how I could set the tent up tucked a little into the trees. It gave some privacy. The site next door was not too close. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The fairy garden was adorable. I had no problems there.

Great folks in the office. Went the extra mile for us. Nice sites. Clean and well maintained bathrooms. We had a great stay and could easily get to Asheville and several hikes from there. Thank you very much!!

We have stayed here twice. The first time we had full hookups and were OVERWHELMED by the traffic noise! We were MUCH more satisfied on the water and electric side! Much quieter. Over all the park is nice, other than the traffic noise!

We only stayed one night but the camp has a pool and a couple of playgrounds. The spacing is ok between sites. There is a large dog pen to let your dog stretch her legs. Close to the highway so you will hear some traffic

One night stay for us, had to unhook due to unavailability. Very tight driveways. Deluxe gravel Site was level.

Very Friendly, the nicest bathrooms I've ever seen in a campground, campsites were also very clean with picnic tables that were like brand new. They obviously take pride in the campground and it shows. Highly recommend.

We were just an overnight but were very pleased. It was a little tight making the turn to get out of our row, but with a little back & fill we kept the tires on the ground.

We had a nice stay. We loved the location, staff, cleanliness, layout and amenities! The noise from the highway was a pretty big negative though to prevent us from returning unless it was mitigsted. A simple barrier amongst the trees would be a great improvement. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Campground was clean and easy to get in and out of. We were only there for a day, while we brewery hopped in Asheville. We were on a gravel pad on site F17. F17 and F16 share a water line, which was fine - we didn't have any issues with water pressure, but was a little annoying when flushing the tanks (the hookup is on F16 site). Will stay again next in Asheville.

The park was nice, the staff was amazing but the road noise was awful. We were in the last row right by the tree line and we could not carry a conversation without having to yell over the noise. They have a great laundry room, nice store and some fun trails but will probably not return because of the noise.

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to help us with car issues. Big thank you to Janie and Kim. Our site was spacious but quite unlevel and mostly rocks and dirt. Pretty setting. Would return but ask for a different site.

Staff was very friendly. Restrooms and showers very clean, although showers are very small. The camping sites are really close. Campground should invest in some gravel for the roads and campsites. Our upgraded space was nothing but mud and dirt.

No escort to site, that would be fine if signage to site was clear. Was told I came in the wrong way when a campground representative approached us? If the sign had been clear and installed so it could be read not facing the 4x4 post it was mounted on it would have been better. Trees at the dump station are in need of being trimmed also. Trees rubbed both truck and camper. Not happy.

We enjoyed the park and all of the attractions nearby. Thanks for keeping it very clean. It was very noticeable the lady who was going around each camp site after people left picking up and sanitizing the picnic tables. I normally have to do that when I arrive.
