My family and I truly loved our stay! The employees were fantastic. They kept the grounds cleaned and maintained as well as being extremely friendly. We will hopefully be able to make another trip in the near future.

We had a wonderful time! There were not enough showers and I think a concrete pad is much nicer for picnic tables and there is the highway... All the employees were super nice and helpful!

Worst KOA we have ever stayed at. The interstate road noise was horrible. We paid for a Deluxe site and was not able to sit outside for the noise. DO NOT STAY HERE. The office is aware of the issue and has a bucket of free ear plugs for a solution. They sell white noise machines too. We hated every minute of our stay. And the fact that we paid extra for a deluxe site just infuriated us more.

My only issue was that I missed the KOA sign. And had to find a place to turn around.

It’s was awesome!!! My family and I had so much fun. We can’t wait to come back. Some many things to do and bathhouses were so clean. Kim was especially helpful and nice! When I go camping again I always wanna stay with you guys. �ϋ�

Convenient to I-40. Clean campground with friendly staff. Interstate noise, but to be expected. Noise not bad when A/C is ran in your camper. Overall great stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, well kept up site, the bath house was immaculate. The site (B13) was very nice, gravel, level longitudinally but we did need the wheel blocks to level our travel trailer laterally. The pool area looked very clean and fun but we didn't use that. Great for access to Asheville, Biltmore, hiking, water falls etc. We will certainly stay there again.

it's ok but the sites are way too close together, and no grass hardly which means an incredible amount of dust and dirt flying around. While we were trying to set up one of attendants came by (5 monutes into setting up) asking why we weren't set up yet because they were bringing another 5 units in there to also set up in very tight sites. If I have to stay there again I will but would rather not.

Very noisy campground right of the highway very difficult to get a good nights rest. We did not stay the second night because we figured we could get a better night rest elsewhere

Not a great place for kids. Nothing for them to do. Mostly all older people. Pool was cold. “Trails” were short.

Site 36,backin site. 1+ foot out of level and uneven, not compatible for 6pt leveling on our 38' 5th wheel. Raw sewage in site from previous camper,really people! Mostly mud and large rock for site. Sewer pipe is @ rear of site, will need 20+ feet of slinky hose. Cable is sketchy. These are all easy fixes, if traveling through like us it's fine, we wouldn't stay long. Hosts were very hospitable.

This was a lovely campground with lots to keep families busy and entertained. The staff was ultra-friendly. The sites were of good size and fairly private. My only problem was the back-in sites were on big, chunky gravel. It was very very difficult to walk on without turning your ankle. It was painful, too. Smaller pea gravel would be much better!

The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Everything was very clean. The noise from the interstate was loud but that can’t be helped due to the location of the KOA.

We ended up just stopping for the night because of the pending storm. The park is easily located off of I-40. Yet, because it is you can hear traffic. It wasn't that bad. We were tucked away in back of the park. The front desk offered us ear plugs at check in.

Site F-17 is a horrible site. The site is located next to the sewer system. The smell of the sewer is constant and very unpleasant. The shower house facility is not the best either. I have seen better shower houses in state parks that do not cost nearly as much per night. This camp ground would be a last resort if we ever traveled back to the area.

Our hosts Janie & David were fabulous! They were very accommodating & hosted fun events. The facilities were nice & very clean. We enjoyed the pool which was very neat & clean. The rating is due to fact of being located right on the highway, it was more noise than will like. The camp sites were a bit close for our liking as well. We would recommend to someone who is OK with that setting.

We had a great stay. We rented a cabin and it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and we had a great weekend. I only wish there were a few more family/kid activities to do.

Our stay was great! Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were clean and we loved the little nature path with the fairy houses :) The craft time and bingo game was so fun for our kids.

I made an error on my reservation and reserved my site for one less day than needed. I thought I was leaving on Saturday morning but my reservation was only through Friday. The campground was full for the weekend, but the staff found a way to provide the next night to me without moving my motorhome. Thank you very much!

Had electrical problems with tow vehicle they worked with us to provide extra days of stay until repaired at local Ford delearship.

Very pleasant stay in a Kamping Cabin. I would have appreciated a communal microwave or tea kettle... Most employees very kind.

They were very friendly and accommodating ,since I had no reservations, and they were pretty full. Other than the Smell from the paper mill down the street I had a good time there.

Super friendly staff, clean restrooms, laundry room and game room. Nice walking trail and a dog run. Great location - close to Asheville, Biltmore Estate, Blue Ridge Parkway and the hidden gem of Maggie Valley. The only downside is it is not a peaceful campground - our site was very close to the Interstate and road noise is pretty loud - they do offer free earplugs.

Friendly and accommodating. Easily accessible for folks travelling thru or exploring the area. Shower house & bathrooms were AWESOME! You can tell they care. Thanks.
