I requested a site that was level because I have a prostectic knee and had to hold on to the railing to make all the connections because of it rolling down hill. The site is also so close to the interstate that traffic and trucks shook the camper all the time even jarring it so hard things fell off the counter tops. We stayed 4 days and nights and was not able to sleep hardly any.

Thank you so much for your recent stay. The site you were in was 75' and the longest site we have to allow plenty of wiggle room so it could be level. In the future, please let us know the second you are unhappy with your site so that we have the chance to address it then and you can enjoy yourself.

It was very nice. Very close to 1-40 I recommend ear plugs or white noise for your stay. Honestly sounded much louder at night. Overall very nice stay. Very friendly staff.

Booking is easy and convenient. The staff are friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular and the location is perfect. We will be back!!

Stay was great. Bathhouses were very clean, and warm. On site B27 there is a small tree that prevented me from parking properly on the spot. I had to partially park on B26. I suggest removing that tree.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated firewood brought down to our campsite the first night of arrival. The restrooms were clean and warm. Site was nice since we had the covered cement picnic table area with light. Was disappointed that the dump station was shut down the day we left. We would have done it the day before if we had known. Also, needed to avoid a few nasty potholes

GOTTA SAY THE FACILITY IS NICE. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. IT WAS VERY COZY. IT IS JUST THAT IT IS RIGHT ON TOP OF I-40. JUST GOTTA BE READY FOR THE NOISE IF YOU STAY OVERNIGHT.

Enjoyed our stay, staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean park, the restrooms and office spotless. We noticed whenever a camper left, staff was there to rake the site, clean out the fire pit and cleaned the site table. I mean they sprayed and wiped off the tables. Outstanding! Only down side was the road noise from I-40. Very close to Biltmore Estate. Will stay again.

Very friendly and helpful. The campsites were close together but very clean. The bathrooms and laundry rooms were very clean and well kept. The only negative was the very loud road noise but they did offer free ear plugs. It was a great place for a stop over to our next destination.

This was my first camping experience. Didn’t know what to expect but when entering and going through the short check in I felt comfortable. Clean and organized. My motor home had an issue with the e-brake. The owner managed to get it to release. I will be staying again throughout this next year when visiting the area again.

The sites were terrible. Unlevel and backed up to the road. Very crammed in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store and laundry were very clean as were other facilities. However, the grounds were just gravel and no lighting at night. We dealt with the highway noise because it was winter but would not want to deal with that noise in the summer. Although, it was a good location to visit Asheville.

We love this KOA! The staff are always friendly and accommodating, and go out of their way to assist with anything we have ever needed. When we're planning a trip to WNC, KOA is our first go-to when reserving a space for our RV — KOA's the best in WNC!

I was there for a week through Thanksgiving. The location was perfect about 20 minutes from Downtown Asheville. My dogs and I loved the dog park and trails around the campground. The sites themselves were a nice size and lots of space between the other campers. The entire staff there was awesome and very helpful. Thank you so much for a great experience.

These folks work really hard at Customer Service. They are aware there is road noise from the Interstate, and can't change that, but made up for it with service. Immaculate campground, responsive hosts, convenient for us for a one night stay in a Camping Cabin - always so much better than a hotel, but better and faster then setting up a tent for one night. Nice to have access to a kitchen area.

Love the campground and the location. Beautiful Mountain views with numerous trails for hiking. Great staff too. This was our third time at this KOA and highly recommend them.
