The folks who work there are great. The site worked out well for our 45 ft motorhome. There's lots of road noise from I-40. Not sure what could be done about that.

Our stay was great!! But the cable TV when out several times during our visit. The KOA team was so helpful and respectful of there guests.

The WIFI didn't work too well, other than that, it was very nice.

It was pleasant and quiet. We found the bathroom to be clean and tidy, and the showers were functional. All of the staff were helpful and pleasant. Would consider staying at your facility when in the area.

We only stayed one night. Staff was friendly & accommodating when we checked in. We were happy with our spot, the park was clean & nice. We liked the treats they gave us & our dog!

Everyone was so nice! They had a scavenger hunt for my 7 year old, which she LOVED! The bathrooms were extremely clean. The smell from the paper mill was definitely present but that is not their fault and we will absolutely be back despite it!! Highly recommend this KOA!!!

Love this campground! Beautiful location. Great people. The walking paths were an extra added touch. Lots of common areas to hang out in if you want or need some extra space. I would recommend them and plan on going back!

Wonderful staff, they were able to accomodate us on short notice during a busy period, going out of their way to move us around as cancellations became available. There is a wide variety of campsites, each different. The facilities were humble but spotlessly clean. Very well run. We'll go out of our way to stop here again.

Holly was the MOST helpful, cheerful, pleasant KOA host EVER! And we have been to a lot of them. Goes out of her way to make your stay enjoyable and assure that you have everything you need. Will return if we visit Biltmore (very close) again.

Very friendly helpful staff. Very nice camp store. Utility equipment old and inconveniently close to the ground. Hard to plug in and electrical service panel door fell off when I opened it. But we got power. Would stay here again.

Most wonderful place and staff. I wrote a public review on Google. The staff here knows how to do business….they’re kind, attentive, and welcoming. Super, super staff and campground. We had a death in the family and almost had to cancel. They left a beautiful sympathy card on our vehicle. Wow! Just WOW! We’ll stay here again later, for sure. Thanks KOA

Very convenient to highway for overnight stay. We got there late and left pretty early. Just wanted to spend the night and continue the next day. Check in was very quick and easy AND they gave us treats! This was our 2nd time staying here. Will do so again.

I can’t say enough for the people who work here. We had a reservation In Hendersonville at JayMar on Thursday. We got stuck in Charlotte traffic and called to tell them the situation. The woman told me to, “Find another place to stay, the office was closing at 5pm and it was raining!” I was in shock and we had nowhere to go with. 30ft trailer and pets! I called KOA and they gave us spot!

The staff was nice. No problem there. My disappointment was with my assigned site. Granted, I asked for a low or no amenities site, as I was camping in the back of my truck under a topper, was self-sufficient, and would only be staying one night, arriving late and leaving early. Still, for $42, site T-1 was muddy, and the road noise from the nearby Interstate highway was unpleasant.

We travel in a 42 Ft coachmen Chaparral with 5 sides. Our site was sufficient for our RV. The ground was somewhat unlevel and the sites were fairly tight but were clean. The staff was very pleasant and helpful in giving directions. If in the area we would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. Site was clean and welcoming. It was great for the Halloween festivities, even with a little rain. As I mention with most KOA's, it would be great if the WiFi was better than 1MB. Unfortunately during the rainy part of the day, we wanted to watch a Halloween movie and it's almost impossible at any KOA. Fortunately, this location is close to a Cell Tower.

We have stayed here several times. When these folks ask you to allow them to help make your experience better they mean it. My husband and I stayed in a cabin a month or so ago and had 2 suggestions. When we returned for Halloween weekend both had been acted on. Cannot say enough good about the staff at this KOA. We will be back for sure.

Camping Cabin was very clean and close to the restrooms. Showers and bathrooms were always spotless. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely stay here again!! Thank you!!

We had a lovely experience in our cabin. I’m a solo mama with 2 kids who wanted an easy getaway and this fit the Bill. Plenty of activities for the kids. The feeling of being in nature without completely roughing it. The clean camp kitchen and fresh coffee in the morning were an added bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids haven’t stopped talking about it. Thank you!

Staff was wonderful and very friendly. We only did an overnight stay and did not use the public restrooms, or laundry.
