We were parked in a spot that was very muddy no gravel, and if it rained. The spots were very tight to get into, no place to park the tow vehicle so that made the pull-ins even more difficult to get to. Ours were back in traffic was allowed to go in both directions. By the time we started to back in there were three or more campers waiting to get in or out on both sides of the road.

The staff is always friendly. Bathhouses are kept clean. Always a great time spent at the Asheville West KOA.

We only stayed 2 nights but overall it was good..our site was challenging meaning to get level side to side..it's all good though you run into that from time to time. Will definitely go back!!

Tha staff - Kelly, George, & Holly - were wonderful as they were professional, personable, helpful, friendly, & worked hard to make sure our stay was comfortable. The restrooms, public areas, & campground sites were clean.

This is a great campground! We even got a spot that the traffic sounds were very light. The park is very clean. Everyone that works there tested us with kindness,

Wanted to say thanks to Kelli. She checked us in & was so helpful answering all our questions and very knowledgeable about the area. When we asked about finding a dog walking service in the area for the day we planned to visit the Biltmore, she even offered to let our pups out on her off time if we couldn't find anyone. Wow who does that. Can't say enough about the customer service we received

Everything was great, especially the staff. Very friendly. Only recommendation is our campsite was surrounded by poison ivy and it got on my dog which got on my arm. It was pretty difficult to keep my kids and dog out of it as they were barefoot and it was everywhere.

God bless the KOA! We had a emergency break down of our truck, they got us a site ASAP and even towed our RV up the hill. We’re so grateful for everything!! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at the Asheville West KOA. The customer service was excellent. We felt cared for every minute of our trip. The Halloween events were so much fun. Clean camping sites and close to Biltmore.

Very enjoyable camping location! We find the location convenient to all attractions/activities in Asheville, Blue Ridge Mtns, Black Mtn, & so much more. This campground is beautiful, the staff was always helpful and friendly. We appreciate all of them for smiling and making our time here relaxing.

Located on small hill above noisy busy truck stop. Loud Wood chipper working at 9am Wednesday. Driveway in poor condition. bathhouse shower water like warm Miscommunication about length of stay- we left Friday am thinking our reservation was done. Koa kindly refunded Sat and Sun nights but not Friday. We pulled out 10:17 Friday morning, staff watched us go. We did not stop to check out

We enjoyed the lodge cabin a our rvspace too. It was a wonderful family reunion. The KOA was close to the Biltmore and to downtown Asheville .

The campground was very nice and facilities was very clean. Enjoyed the nature trails throughout the campgrounds. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again or recommend this campground to someone. Outstanding campground.

Clean and friendly. Site was nearly level and had space between rigs. Need to patch pothole in drive, but not a problem to navigate. Beautiful area. Use the direction instructions in the KOA book/reservation email. GPS maps are wrong.

Great staff! We had been worried about the road noise based on other reviews, but we didn’t think it was too bad - it didn’t stop us sleeping at all. Our site was reasonably large, but nowhere near level side to side. Nothing a few 2x8s couldn’t fix.

We loved this KOA. The property was well layed out, with large sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. Only negative thing was the highway noise.

Excellent park!!! You should hire Kelli to teach all the office personnel at all KOA campgrounds on customer service - she greets you with a smile and the how-can-I-help enthusiasm that you look for with all employees!!!!! Quite a contrast to the last couple I stayed at. Power-water-dump-cable all very good. Showers were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Pool was closed for the season.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I stayed in a basic camping cabin.My only suggestion is to have a small fridge in the cabins.
