From IH-35 (Northbound): Exit 231 for TX-71/290 toward Bastrop. Take exit for FM 973. Turn North/left on FM 973. Cross FM 969 and in 1.3 miles turn west/left on Decker Lake Road. At the stop sign (1.2 mi) turn south/left on Blue Bluff Rd.
From Hwy 290: Turn South on Decker Ln., turn east/left on Decker Lake Rd., turn south/right on Blue Bluff Rd..

$950 | Premium Back-In Site (Premium sites have more shade and are closer to the Clubhouse and Pool)
Rates are equivalent to $27.95 per day for a Regular site and $31.23 per day for a Premium site. Rates are based on Double Occupancy (2 people). Each additional Guest over 12 years of age will incur an additional monthly charge. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests per site. Electricity usage billed separately each month. Electricity cost is not included in Monthly Rate.
