Due to COVID (CCP Virus) and leftist governors too many things remain closed. A hiking trail to the beach would be a great addition to this KOA. Otherwise this is a nice small site.

Nicely kept, quiet KOA with beautiful tall evergreens. Sightseeing in the Bandon area. Owners very informative in directing us to favorite sites.

Parking was very tight. Ended up scraping the bottom of my car on a tree root because of the lack of space

The sites were a mess. There was lots of mud everywhere. Our particular site E12, had very large size gravel and it was not even close to level. Very had to find a spot to park where it was somewhat level and even. When I did find a spot I had observed after day 2 that my parking levelers were actually sinking into the gravel. Amenities were more than most places. The firepits sucked.

Always enjoy staying at bandon/port orford Koa very clean and friendly facility unfortunately this last stay there was a group in the adjacent campground up past the 10:00 pm quiet time it was close to midnight when they finally settled no consideration for other campers plus they did not have there dog on leash at all times..I purchased a 2 bags of firewood and both bags were pieces of flat cedar

The staff was friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of puddles in spaces, due to rainfall. The host was accommodating with changing the space as available. Staff worked diligently unloading gravel to fill the puddles.

very muddy, your email stated no trees....nothing but trees.no wifi, or cable at site. pit run rock at entrance to site(could /would not pull a trailor over it. it was nice you had new gravel, but not packed down, trailer ,truck, and feet sank into gravel, very dirty. thankyou for allowing us to move to another spot. ,

The cabin we stayed in was comfortable, they had a space heater this time. My daughter found a hat in her bed but we had our own sleeping bags so it was fine. There was a cat that came to have breakfast with us every morning and it was so nice. The kids loved it! Just to warn you it doesn’t eat hotdogs or sausage but does like bacon and eggs

We got there n unloading n power in cabins goes out n breakers didn’t trip.cabin was dirty n I wiped down the mats and my towel was dirty afterwards. floor was gross n needs to be scrubbed by hand in slot of places where grime has accumulated. The grounds need a lot of gravel our site was so muddy n made cabin so muddy n rainwater collected around picnic table. Owners very nice bathrooms clean

Family of four; stayed in the loft onsite which is above the office/check in area. We visited in late March when its still cold and wet outdoors in Southern Oregon, so we had a lot of the KOA public areas to ourselves. The path to the only bathrooms is thru the common outdoors areas. Overall a good trip. Kathy is a good and gracious host and lovely lady.

Everything was great, hardly anyone else there MUCH quieter than last we visited. They turned off the water on us during the day without telling us and we had to call to get the bathroom code which was a bit annoying, but other than that was very clean and tidy and an excellent location.

So many negatives. Firstly, there was no one in the office to speak to concerning our placement or a contact phone number at check-in or out. Our site was not level for our 27-foot trailer, which, by the way, the reservation asked for size, etc. Had to overextend our jacks.The electrical box and sewer hook-up were down a slope and so far away from our trailer, we could not use. We left.Refund!

It was a quick getaway for peace & quiet with my dog. We had a great time. The office people were very accommodating & friendly. We played a little in the dog park but mainly ventured around the area & found a cute lake about 8miles or less away. They even put a heater in my cabin so when we arrived it was very cozy. Can’t wait to come back.

The KOA management was very accommodating and welcoming. The campground was quiet and bathrooms were very clean. Plenty of doggy waste stations, washers and dryers. Beautiful location, 5 mins from the blacklock trailhead.

Beautiful grounds on a lush forest close to the beach. Clean, updated bathrooms and showers with hot water. Hospitable management and tidy property.

No hot water for showers. Luke warm maybe. Went at different hours even when not used. No difference. No hot tub.... Thank you to Covid and our POS GOVENOR.

Very kind friendly and helpful staff! They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The wooded campsites are magical. The grounds and facilities very well maintained. I look forward to staying again!

Tidy little KOA run by a husband and wife who put so much care in the little details of their campground! Definitely recommend. We stayed in a Kabin while we were there and brought our dog who was warmly greeted by everyone except the Kampground host cat- HE wisely kept his distance- smart cat! (Not that our dog would have done anything, this was a pretty friendly, streetwise cat who was more than happy to come say hi to the new campers- all of them his new friends!) ;) Nice place, highly recommend, even in the off-season!
