First time back with new owner's. Staff not very friendly the concession trailer was very disappointing out of almost everything and not very organized. Still a nice place to stay love all the trees. Sites not very level (thats nothing new) Would stay again because of location

Rebecca was the most hospitable camp host we have encountered thus far while camping. She went above and beyond- and served with overflowing joy. Although the camp was very smoky (we have a family member with a smoke allergy)- the camp itself was well run and fun for kids! Great job, everyone!

I had a great camp experience. I was just surprised about the cleanliness not being to good standard of the cabin. the floor was not clean especially under the beds. I will come back next august because I know things happen and can be over looked. Thank you for your service and look forward to seeing you again.

This was our first visit, the camp ground was well maintained and all the facilities were nice and clean. ALL of the staff were super nice and helpful. I was not expecting so many trees that you never had any sunshine unless you were up front by the pool area. Now that I know what to expect I will prep the trailer accordingly if we stay here again.

We were in space E08. The space was very tight and looked more like an afterthought. Our fire ring was very close to our neighbors slide, probably about 5 feet or less. We only built one very small fire to roast some marshmallows because of this.

Very nice staff. The bathrooms were pretty messy but the water was hot. Sites were very tight.

Staff: friendly; helped by a younger lady after hours. Grounds seemed maintained. Negatives: no fire pit w our loft cabin, our oven was dirty & set off fire alarm, broken blinds on window, someones soda was left on the floor, no place to put your toiletry bag in bathroom, no nightstand by master bed, garbage area under sink dirty, some unclean dishes, porta pottie very smelly during walk.

The two people at the front desk were very helpful and did there best to make my stay enjoyable. The store is well stocked (maybe add burger patties and buns, but grateful for the hot dogs) and it's very dog friendly. Hope to be back soon!

Very helpful staff. Well maintained campground. A little tight for larger rigs but they went out of their way to get me into my site. Would stay there again and more than likely will.

It was so peaceful and fun camping out here. The only thing I would have to say is that the showers were a little dirty from those that werent really following the rules of no washing off in them which left tons of debris in them once they go out. But other than that everything was wonderful. Just bring shower shoes and youll be good. :)

Our overall stay was safe and functional. The common restrooms, showers needs a lot of improvements. Overall it was quite disgusting all time: - Hand soap, paper towel were out most of time - floors were dirty (even in showers, toilets) - showers weren't comfortable - tissue papers all over the floors - no proper ventilation - laundry, game area was congested, not social distancing fri

What an absolutely wonderful time. From the cleanliness to the way the staff made us feel A one! Also we were a bit of a pain with one night reservation and needing to have a place to stay for 3 more nights. The staff did an amazing job helping us jump around so that we could have a place to stay! THANK YOU!! Staying here has made us come to realize our new favorite place to stay.

The lady at the front desk check in is extremely rude and not professional at all. Additionally she was dismissive of my insistence that we social distance and the fact that I was wearing a mask. I’ll never stay there again.

Among the best! I no longer have children but children here are in 7th heaven!. It's nice to see them having fun the old fashioned way vs video games, etc. Showers were great. It rained first night but not KOA's fault! Laundramat, swimming pool, hot tubs, pedal buggies, horseshoes, frisbee golf, etc. FUN

Good points: relatively private site with lots of forest undergrowth for privacy. Dog park and poop bags provided. Pool and hot tub. Cons: there was a strong and distinct sewer smell on our end of the campground. The place feels over priced. We felt nickel and dimed with the costs of things such as checking out 2 hours late ($20) and $10 firewood. Food truck strobe lights and clown decor, ick.

There were so many good things about this campground: the showers were hot, the bathrooms clean, the pool and hot tub and playground were a lot of fun. The hosts were flexible with our reservation. The not so good: port-a-potties stank really bad which made it hard to relax, the sites are very small and the location requires getting in the car. There’s nothing to explore within walking distance

Our spot was small..it was like a turn around in the road. Our table was nearly on top of the neighbors sewer line. Our power receptacle D-11went out the first morning. It was repaired by afternoon . The sewer smelled very strongly one evening making it very unpleasant/ impossible to be outside. The wooded setting was lovely.

Everything was great except the mattress in the cabin. My back hurt for days after. However, the campground was clean, cabins were cute, hot shower was amazing, staff were friendly and the kids had a fabulous time. Perfect for our family reunion. Thank you KOA��

* Check in parking and room is very tight and tough when multiple coaches or trailers are arriving * Wifi was really spotty and inconsistent, we couldn't even log in after the first day. * Spots are very tight and driveways are very narrow. Difficult for longer coaches and trailers to maneuver * Port-a-potties needed to be serviced, they had a 100 yard smell radius!

Was not impressed with the Bandon KOA. Dirty. Bathrooms didn’t look like they were cleaned the entire time I stayed there. Tried to make a reservation for a tent site with electric, but was told they were taken...but numerous sites were open. Been to a lot of KOAs, and it’s quite normal for them to offer breakfast, coffee, wine tasting, etc for free...this place charges for coffee! :(

The customer service was a breathe of fresh air from what I had experienced from a Hotel in Crescent City,Az. I reserved online, the amenities were nice and my children enjoyed the pool. Only down side was being the far back corner had a strange ordering the air and the porta potties were over filled. Other than that we enjoyed out stay.

The people working at the desk and food stand were overall rude and acted irritated in all interactions. The bathroom was very dirty, which was especially concerning during a pandemic. I have been to many KOA’s and had good experiences until I stayed at this one. I do not plan to return and would not recommend

Sev. staff were rude and gave poor service. The worst exp.was defi.with the snack cart--hours were 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Uponarrival at 7:40 p.m.,were told that the cheese had already been turned off for the nachos and she only had 1 order avail.---upon receiving it, the cheese was coagulated and cold. She repeatedly told other employees and someone on the phone that she was trying to go home early

The campground isn’t very private and the sites are cramped together. Also expected to have an in ground fire pit and instead had an old rusted above ground metal fire pit that wouldn’t keep the wood burning. Had to buy fuel logs to have a lasting fire, but then fire restrictions were raised. All in all it was just an ok place to stay. Not amazing.

This was our second stay, the first one a couple of years ago. Because of our previous good experience we expected another good one. Unfortunately we were next to a group where one man's voice could literally be heard throughout the campground. I can't imagine that the staff couldn't hear him. As they were getting ready to go they made sure to say good bye to the hosts by name.

Tidy little KOA run by a husband and wife who put so much care in the little details of their campground! Definitely recommend. We stayed in a Kabin while we were there and brought our dog who was warmly greeted by everyone except the Kampground host cat- HE wisely kept his distance- smart cat! (Not that our dog would have done anything, this was a pretty friendly, streetwise cat who was more than happy to come say hi to the new campers- all of them his new friends!) ;) Nice place, highly recommend, even in the off-season!
