Everything was great except the timing of the restrooms being cleaned. They were closed from 8-9 am…very inconvenient time to have the toilets and showers closed!! Staff was very kind and helpful when we arrived!

The campground was comfortable, nestled in the trees, near several wonderful beaches, within a short driving distance. We have stayed here a few times before and noticed that there were upgrades with more graveled campsites, and the snack bar which was opened last year. Overall, the camp is clean and quiet for the number of campers that stayed. We hope to stay again in the future.

Great facilities, clean and neat, and the staff were wonderful. Tent/small trailer sites were actually quite large, and very well kept. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a very well laid out campground and the staff is helpful and friendly. We would love to come back sometime. We stayed in a rustic cabin.

Really liked the trees and shade. Each site is surrounded by trees and had a 'cozy' feel to them. Clean bathrooms, nice hot water supply, friendly staff. Situated between Port Orford and Bandon, we were able to take advantage of each.

Friendly staff and campers! But the bathrooms were disgusting. They need to be cleaned more often (only once per day at a very inconvenient time). The ventilation was broken too-one shower makes the whole bathroom humid and nasty.

Wooded, peaceful and loved the friendly staff and sites. Our adult kids and grandkids stayed in a cabin. It was very clean. Grandkids loved the pool and playground too. This KOA is located near the West Coast Game Safari which is definitely worth a visit. Just note that it is somewhat remote and requires a fair amount of driving to reach Bandon and Coos Bay. We did not travel further south.

Our site was very spacious and the woodsey surrounding gave us a sense of being out in the wild. Staf was extra friendly and the pool and other amenities were clean and in working order. Our first time stay is now our go-to site for camping in the area.

Cathy Davis (Owner/manager) was by far the most amazing host we met on our 101 journey up the coast. Above and beyond doesn't even come close to her hospitality. Thank you for everything. We will see you again. The girls in D03!

Check in good. Site given was unacceptable. Paid for prem. patio adv we had a 32ft 5th wheel w/ 3 slides, site was unlevel, narrow large trees and bushes. Could not use patio or fire pit as we had to put the slide in that area.or we couldn’t get in the trailer. Adv don’t desk and was told too bad in essence. I will be complaining and writing letter with pictures.

The fire pit at B2 was unsatisfactory to use, especially for using a dutch oven. Otherwise, services and the dog area were top notch.

Everyone was very nice. The person at the counter in the store. The person I spoke to on the phone about late check in and the person who delivered our firewood. Very friendly! However I won’t be returning because of a few reasons. Mainly the pool area. It was extremely dirty. The pool was very murky with lots of debris in it. I would not have anyone with a trailer of 30 foot or over stay in E 12 as the tree on the right requires too much room to get around. I should know as that tree Got part of my awning and banged up the back corner of my 30 foot trailer.

It is sad that we could only be there just one night. The spot we had had trees and shrubs all around it. That made it just like the camping sites that we were able to get 45 yrs ago. My son was really surprised because it brought back a lot of fond memories. It would have been nice to have bathrooms that were closer because I have a hard time walking. It was a super great spot!

We have stayed there before and they have really done a lot of work to it. I think we were in the same spot and everything has been spruced up and we enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived, we did not get a full hook-up spot like I reserved. We were going to get a refund and move on, but they worked it out and got us a full hook-up spot, which was great! Nice campground with large, beautiful trees. The only other issue was the water pressure was super low and it was hard to shower in the rig; although. we have stayed there before and did not have that problem.

It was perfect only planned on one night but stayed a extra one. Very clean and such nice host. The pool and hot tub were relaxing. Nice hot showers and super clean bathrooms. Able to laundry at camp that was nice. Rented bikes it was just a great place will be staying there again. They have a dog area and a trail for your four legged friends. A play ground for the kids and billiard. Love it

This is a great stay. The staff is very helpful and the sites are spacious. We met wonderful people and will definitely stay here again. The town of Port Orford is a wealth of fishing history.

Tidy little KOA run by a husband and wife who put so much care in the little details of their campground! Definitely recommend. We stayed in a Kabin while we were there and brought our dog who was warmly greeted by everyone except the Kampground host cat- HE wisely kept his distance- smart cat! (Not that our dog would have done anything, this was a pretty friendly, streetwise cat who was more than happy to come say hi to the new campers- all of them his new friends!) ;) Nice place, highly recommend, even in the off-season!
