Facility wise everything is nice, like a KOA should be. However, when we arrived we were put in a spot up front between two roads. I asked the staff if we could change since I saw many open spots, she said, "no, we are all sold out". Later that day my husband asked another staff and she moved us, no problem. When we left the next morning, we counted 10 open spots.

It was amazing besides it at time being to kid during the night. But it was a goldfish weekend and was understandable! We will be back! Great for kids and family!

I was very disappointed!! We drove all day to get there. Excited about getting out of the car and enjoying the hot spa. We were in 5 minutes and asked to get out because a bunch of us rowdy kids were able to reserve the spa. Very sad that you close down the amenities you advertise so a group of college kids can party!

Such a cute sweet place. Loved all the trees and the amenities were great and team was super friendly and helpful. Cutest KOA we have ever stayed in. Felt like a state park but with all the amenities and services of a KOA

This was our first experience at a KOA and I was impressed. Even dealing with COVID restrictions it was fun and inviting. There was also extra cleanings and good signage of expectations. We will come back for sure.

The inner tent sites were the smallest sites we have ever seen. Our tent was almost in the road to be able to accommodate our car and the adjoining site’s tent.

The two people at the front desk were very helpful and did there best to make my stay enjoyable. The store is well stocked (maybe add burger patties and buns, but grateful for the hot dogs) and it's very dog friendly. Hope to be back soon!

It was so peaceful and fun camping out here. The only thing I would have to say is that the showers were a little dirty from those that werent really following the rules of no washing off in them which left tons of debris in them once they go out. But other than that everything was wonderful. Just bring shower shoes and youll be good. :)

Among the best! I no longer have children but children here are in 7th heaven!. It's nice to see them having fun the old fashioned way vs video games, etc. Showers were great. It rained first night but not KOA's fault! Laundramat, swimming pool, hot tubs, pedal buggies, horseshoes, frisbee golf, etc. FUN

Was not impressed with the Bandon KOA. Dirty. Bathrooms didn’t look like they were cleaned the entire time I stayed there. Tried to make a reservation for a tent site with electric, but was told they were taken...but numerous sites were open. Been to a lot of KOAs, and it’s quite normal for them to offer breakfast, coffee, wine tasting, etc for free...this place charges for coffee! :(

The customer service was a breathe of fresh air from what I had experienced from a Hotel in Crescent City,Az. I reserved online, the amenities were nice and my children enjoyed the pool. Only down side was being the far back corner had a strange ordering the air and the porta potties were over filled. Other than that we enjoyed out stay.

The campground isn’t very private and the sites are cramped together. Also expected to have an in ground fire pit and instead had an old rusted above ground metal fire pit that wouldn’t keep the wood burning. Had to buy fuel logs to have a lasting fire, but then fire restrictions were raised. All in all it was just an ok place to stay. Not amazing.

Expensive items, pool super crowded and no social distance going on. Loud music late at night, and people being loud walking by our site. We did have a good spot though. Most staff pretty nice.

Staff was very friendly and helped fill my tire with air when it was low. Only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is due to measures taken outside of their control due to covid based purely on some of the amenities not there for now. Overall had a great time!

The pool was heated.it was verry nice. The firewood was too expansive and verry hard to light...bring your own wood!!! And no water spicket to rinse hands or dishes..bring extra water for use at sight Great bathroom and free showers. . horrible coffee!!! ..even though it was sight right next to sight every sight had a surrounding of trees so it had an air of privacy...

Cigarette smokers next door meant three days of headaches, people driving too fast meant food covered in dust, and campsite tables way too close together - has nobody heard of COVID?

You can tell how well managed this KOA is. I had a tent site and also the cabin above the store. The bathrooms were so well tended, the staff was friendly, but not just lip service ! They were on top of everything.

The staff are all great, the pool is awesome. The bathrooms and especially the showers are disgustingly filthy. With the COVID-19 scare right now, you would think cleanliness would be a priority.

nice location, service was stellar, helpful and welcoming. These people work very hard, long hours and try to make the stay enjoyable. great for kids....Some tent campsites are close together but otherwise the facilities were well maintained and clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The campground was very private with very tall trees. Gravel in sites would help keep dirt out of tents or other rigs. The pool and hot tub were a popular destination for families. We appreciated the dog park and the constant cleaning done by staff.

Helen accommodated us last minute which we appreciated. She mentioned she would put us in a grassy area “near the pool” with plenty of room for our second vehicle. No grass - not sure there was a pool and the second vehicle barely fit.

The campground was beautiful! The spots have a nice private feel with all the trees. The campground was quiet and calm and everyone was so so friendly. The other campers all say hi and are nice to each other! The pool and hot tUb were excellent and the bathrooms clean. Thank you so much!!

Very nice staff and clean area. A little expensive for the upgrade tent area as there was not regular plug in and WiFi did not work, which is why you pay extra. Also, the space was not big at all. I would not pay extra to upgrade. I did not like they charge for each person to stay including kids.

The hosts were very helpful and forgiving even after I ran over and burst a water spigot during a late night arrival. They're made of gold!

Tidy little KOA run by a husband and wife who put so much care in the little details of their campground! Definitely recommend. We stayed in a Kabin while we were there and brought our dog who was warmly greeted by everyone except the Kampground host cat- HE wisely kept his distance- smart cat! (Not that our dog would have done anything, this was a pretty friendly, streetwise cat who was more than happy to come say hi to the new campers- all of them his new friends!) ;) Nice place, highly recommend, even in the off-season!
