Great service. Great views. Lots of activities for the kids. Very dog friendly! Clean sites. Short drive to Cadillac mountain, down town bar harbor, shopping and restaurants. This was our third year and we will continue coming back.

Great setting and location, sites a bit too close together, would prefer a site closer to the water but I'm sure everyone wishes to be in those sites. The "Lobster Cafe" is an excellent feature to this location and the food was perfect.

The staff was amazing - helpful, efficient and professional! Our site, 349, could have had better drainage - lack of gravel/rock.

All staff was wonderful- Sam helped us find our site that was provided as an alternative from an amazing staff member working in the office:( Michelle was exceptional, trying to help us create a plan for next year. When there was an issue with our water pipes, men immediately came to fix them. Excellent stay! Thank you!

Hosts were very accommodating. Campground was in a gorgeous setting. Great little cafe where you could get breakfast, a lobster roll, and ice cream. Fine selections of local beers and wines. All in all great place!

We rented an Airstream for 6 days. Was very clean & well equipped. Folks working at campground were all friendly and helpful. Great location would highly reccomend. Thanks KOA.

Very helpful staff. Bathrooms kept very clean, great location for accessing places to visit. Tent site was very close to water access. I liked the table for cooking.

Your website describes the cabins inaccurately—ours was not pet-free. Most employees were helpful in getting me settled in my reservation, but one was so rude. There was a boil order the 5 nights we were there, and I suspect that's the case throughout the year. Your studios do not have a kitchen sink or a cooktop, which should be highlighted on the website, especially given you have to boil wate

All the workers were very helpful. When we got b to cabin 820 there were a few things wrong. The fire extinguisher was empty & stovetop did not work. This should have been checked prior to check in. Steve was great!! He worked on fixing the knobs on the stove top. We only used stove top 2x. It took over 2 hours to boil water. Eggs were quicker. Overall would recommend.

We paid for a premium space that was 2 spaces together with tents on one side and our camper on the other. It was a shared space that we shared with folks we didn’t know who had lots of kids! They said we had a water view. Had to climb up on the picnic table to see it. not many trees. I won’t stay there again. They do have plenty of kids activities and cooked lobster one night for purchase $36

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins and they were very nice and comfortable. It was really great having a separate bunk space for the kid and we enjoyed having the patio, gas grill, and fire pit. There’s a small kitchenette which is also handy. Kind of weird though is that there’s no dishes or cups or anything other than a few kitchen tongs for the grill. So I guess you have to bring your ow

Been going to KOA for quite sometimes. Not in my opinion a good one..Internet was very weak..boil water/no chorline alert entire stay of 1 1/2 weeks. Get your wood somewhere else, wet not dry. Bathroom sometimes not cleaned expecially in am. Water pressure very low. Employees worked hard and very nice though. Won't come here again. Go somewhere else I would say

stay was very good. We had a RV site & 2 camp. cabins. Problem was parking at cabins. Each has 2 pkg spots. Son with a larger truck was told he could park more diagonal across his two pkg spots (as they only had the truck with them). A different person came by 3 days later and told him he had to straighten truck (despite what he had been told) and not with a pleasant attitude. Bad way to end vaca.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic and grounds were clean. The week we stayed was not long enough! Beautiful sunsets, and a great little cafe. We watched the neighbors kids enjoying all the amenities and then at quiet time is was silent. I will say that the text messaging system was very valuable. The campground felt more like a neighborhood to us, thank you

We have been here many, many times over the past 20 years and it's one of our favorite campgrounds. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. We love kayaking in the bay - especially at dusk. The facilities are impeccably clean and there are always friendly staff members around to help when needed. We really appreciated having a dog park available, too. A fantastic place to stay!

We stayed in an airstream which was very clean. The campground itself was very clean and well maintained. Everyone seemed to respect the quiet hours. We can not wait to return.

Cabin was very dark. Not enough lighting, especially over the kitchen sink and stove. Could use a lamp and small table as well. Bathroom could use some deep cleaning and caulk around shower, and the toilet was loose/wobbly. Could use at least one large bowl and spoon. We had a water view, but was also near the bridge/road so during the day constant traffic going by. Trucks especially annoying.

KOA never disappoints. I have been going to them for 20 years now and have never had a bad experience. The cabin was clean and well-stocked, the staff were friendly and super helpful, and the location was perfect.

Was a nice getaway. Some guest do squeeze a little more space from those around them. (Slide out in our space.) need to ensure pet area grass is cut regularly.

sites are way to close together, no privacy and cant hardly have a camp fire because your neighbors vehicle is right on top of you

We always recommend this campground to others! We had a fantastic time even though the weather was a little miserable and our stay was short. Our oceanside site was fantastic and the kids loved playing in the tide pools as always. The activities director this year was fantastic. She had such great ideas for the kids' activities.

Everything was great! Did notice that the grounds were not kept up as they usually are. We are sure that as in all states, there was a shortage of staffing because of Covid. Also, some of the office personnel did not seem very happy. But it has been a tough year for everyone. We still had a good time and will be back next year. Thank you.

The Lobster Trap is nice. Bathrooms were clean. Unless a forested site they pack RVs so close together with nothing dividing them. No trash pick up at site. Due to a bad bacteria found in the drinking water we had to boil before using and there was no offer for inconvenience. No free bottled water or site rate breaks. All shoulder shrugs when I asked the office. We won’t be back.

Our camp site was great, overlooking the harbor. The campground was well maintained and clean. Everything was thought out and organized. A highlight and unexpected pleasure was the lobster dinner and s'mores at the cafe our first night there. We were grateful for the shuttle that drove us into downtown Bar Harbor.

Clean. Beautiful views. Spaces were a little tight but normal for a KOA. Very quiet at night. Staff was great and friendly. Prices at cafe were a little high but food was good. Great location to visit Acadia.

We camped here for a week and loved it. We had the perfect site and it was pretty close to Acadia National Park.
