Cabin was nice, grounds were beautiful. Only complaint would be the channel reception on TV was poor, and the internet service was almost non-existent.

Always a lovely time and all staff were excellent and bustling. The friendliness and the aver growing list of kiddy opportunities and good food are a major plus. We will get back for sure.

Our stay was great and the KOA workers were probably some of the nicest ppl I've ever dealt with at a campsite. However, our toilet was broke and so was our shower upon arrival. A worker fixed it ...as in she twisted the knob on the back of the toilet and put a new shower handle on so the water could turn on. The toilet continued to leak. We had to keep a towel on the floor the entire time for wat

Not a bad facility but could definitely use some updates. There is no pool, the bathroom facilities are very old and could use an update. Parking spaces are crammed in, very close to neighbors. For the rate charged I expected nicer sites, spotty gravel and dirt. It is waterside, good bicycling roads, nice camp store and nice snack bar that operates out of an old converted camper.

We had another fabulous stay in site 373. This was our 17th year at Oceanside KOA. Each year adds to our wonderful memories. The improvements are delightful. We are looking forward to 2022! Thank you very much.

Our 7 year and counting. Love everything about Oceanside, the views, the helpful, courteous, and accommodating staff. Only thing lacking now is a pool. Can't wait for our eighth year.

You pay for the location next to the bay. The sites and the campground are not up to the standards of most KOA facilities.

I rented an Airstream. Both TV didn't work. I told the office who said they would fix it. After 2 days went by with NO communication I went back to the office and was told they didn't have the parts and you don't go camping to watch TV in front of my grandson. It rained all day as it does in Maine. They had empty campers they could have moved us into or at least text me instead of ignoring me.

Great location. However the showers and bathrooms were never clean, imagine old hair balls, band aids and toilet paper. Showers were cold ever day. A long walk with you belongings from car to cabin. It felt like they had far too many people for the facilities. I didn’t even attempt laundry as only 60% of the machine worked and a huge line of people at all times.

Great little getaway to a perfect little cabin on the water. Quiet, relaxing, and the staff was wonderful.

Nice resort with a good location on the water. Sites are very close together which was expected. Great staff that all seem happy. Unfortunately the amount of dogs in this park is a big draw back. Seemed like every site around us had dogs and they all barked. Quiet by 11p usually.

Site 125 TOO small! Couldn’t even use the fire pit. No space. Noisy place.No one cares if a dog is barking inside a camper left alone. For $100 a night, it’s not a good deal. Also, cable TV advertises, but reception was terrible. The only thing good was the distance to Acadia. You guys take advantage of that by cramming people in. Smelly cabin, long trek to unload car, no hot water to shower, next morning-no Lights to shower, And, cabins way too close to each other( could hear 3conversations while going to sleep), finally, sewage smell on way to bathroom! Thank goodness there was no hassle to getting a refund for our next night!!!!!! Never again!

Loved the waterfront sites. Would not want to stay in a pull through. Sites much too close together. Bathrooms very clean and everyone was friendly.

Loved our site except for the fact that berries kept falling off of tree and covering our site. Very messy! Also, there was a dog that barked constantly. I called and complained- if anything was done about it it was hard to tell.

We were very disappointed in the campsites, price, dog feces everywhere. Staff was friendly. Campsites we’re far below average and very pricey.

The staff at KOA couldn’t be nicer. We were, however, disappointed in the Airstream that we rented. There were problems with the rental including a malfunctioning stove, 2 TVs that did not work properly and a leak on our one rainy day. The KOA staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our issues - but it was nevertheless very disappointing.

Great place to stay with kids for our family of 4. They loved the tide pools. Perfect area to base out of when exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor area.

We had an incredible trip and absolutely loved the KOA Deluxe Cabin #817! Our Moyen Poodle felt right at home. The ice cream at the Snack Bar was awesome! They had GF Moose Tracks for our daughter and sorbet for our granddaughter. Beautiful sunsets, and campfires with S'mores! Close to Acadia. Quiet at night, too. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Bar Harbor/Oceanside KOA. The setting was beautiful. The campground was very quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. It was a very pleasant vacation!

The staff are excellent and very attentive. I loved the text notification system, it was such an easy way to know what's happening, ask questions and make requests. Lobster, fire wood and ice delivered straight to your campsite was a really neat experience. Thank you KOA staff!

Excellent!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. The accommodations were great. The only complaint we had was the ceiling fan in cabin 11 was not secured properly to the ceiling so when it was on it was loose and made a lot of noise. However we tried to stay an additional night because we had so much fun. We will be back this fall.

Location, location, location! Staying right on the bay was amazing. We did not have a view from our sight but were right around the corner. Love that campers are not packed in but each have some space. Fellow campers seemed like-minded as they were quiet and respectful but chatted with several of them. Becoming stranded in Bar Harbor, we were so thankful that a staff was willing to get us.

Absolutely wonderful, had a great water view and the entire staff is great. If any management reads this the staff at Bar Harbor should be highly praised and used to train other KOA’s. They are a joy!!!!

This is our favorite spot! We are here for the entire season & love being right on the Atlantic Ocean with delightful weather. The Lobster cafe has great food w/specials, & there are always activities!

We loved our view from the campsite. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. When booking the site, I was told to book excursions upon arrival. However, when checking with the booking agent all the excursions we were interested in were already booked. I would recommend that staff tell guests to book activities in advance.

Clean. Beautiful views. Spaces were a little tight but normal for a KOA. Very quiet at night. Staff was great and friendly. Prices at cafe were a little high but food was good. Great location to visit Acadia.
