The staff was so friendly, it was so well run and organized, the bathrooms and showers were very clean, and most important it's a beautiful facility :-)

Couch pullout linens were filthy. We were a late check in and called for new linens, she was Not happy to have to bring them to us at 9pm (9/19/21) All other staff were very helpful and friendly. Rest of stay was nice.

Enjoyed and the staff was great! Fun activities they would text out and just a great time. Only reason a 4 not a 5 is it is hard to pay over $200 a night for a cabin that the hot water goes out when one person takes a shower. You can’t do back to back showers and if someone had actually 4 people there, they would have to wait forever to shower. Would still come back!!

Clean facilities, except portapotties didn't get regular attention for the amount of use. Smelly and unclean. Convenient to nearby attractions, restaurants, stores, and Acadia National Park. Very tight RV spacing. Comfortable cabins, love the porch swings. Great knowledgeable and helpful staff. Well-stocked store. Would recommend as reasonably priced alternative to hotels in the area.

Everything was great! We aren’t experienced JOA campers so checkout was unclear and confusing. There weren’t any instructions on where to leave the key for the airstream and since we were leaving before the store opened we didn’t know what to do with it. Luckily someone came along and let us know what to do. :) We would definitely stay here again!!!

I love our 1st ever camping trip camping staying in Bar Harbor KOA. All the staff were wonderful, helpful and welcoming. It's a perfect location. I hope to be able to come again to this location. I like the cabin and camp fire every night. So much better then hotel.

Disappointed that the cabin we stayed in did not have a screen enclosed porch. We were told this cabin was exactly the same as the previous one we stayed in when the reservation was made. Unfortunately it was not. Besides the lack of the screen porch the stay was wonderful. Will just be more specific when booking our next reservation.

Our stay was great but we wanted to stay an extra night and was told it would have to be two more nights bc our cabin was booked but there were other empty cabins. Also would’ve been nice to know that you now need a reservation to go to the top of Cadillac mountain. I would’ve booked it the day prior Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but more accommodation would have been nice!

Cabin 805 was clean and comfortable!! This is our 25th year staying at this campground. We started with Pop Up rental in 1996. Once we bought a Pop Up we camped in various sites along the water. Then we bought a trailer and stayed on 341 or 342. Now we fly up, rent a car, and stay in either 805 or 804 cabins. We just keep coming back! Great experience and love the upgrades KOA does each year!

Everything was very nice with the cabin and the campground. Two comments I would make the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it sank upon sitting. Also we paid a pet fee of 25 so expected that the previous pets fur wouldn't be all over the porch. Better cleaning needed there.

We renTed an airstream for our daughter to visit us (we were in a park model) and it was loaded with dog hair. Not a good start to her visit. We told staff the next morning and they vacuumed it and made it better. None of this should have happened. Koa staff gave us an adjustment on the bill which was appreciated

Love the planned activities, lobster cafe, smores, and viewing areas open to everyone. Location is great, easy to get to places like Acadia, with wonderful local food places close by.

Nice as usual. We come every year. Only complaint was neighbors in next Airstream were smokers. They smoked a lot which was quite offensive. Maybe KOA should consider non smoking campuses!!!

Loved the location, and all the people we met were super nice.But a HUGE negative: we opened our cabinet under our sink and found a small mouse trapped on a glue strip. I work with animal rescue. This is horrible and inhumane! It was panicked and hurt and I will never forget it's poor eyes scared and tortured. I will never recommend a facility that tortures animals. PLEASE STOP USING GLUE TRAPS!!!

We have recommended this KOA to others and they booked their vacations and loved it as much as we did. This year, the cabin did not seem to be cleaned. There was food in the sink, dirt on the top bunk, mold in the AC units and in the bottom of the trash can. We bought our own Lysol wipes to clean. With the Delta variant of COVID being extremely contagious, it was disappointing & dangerous!

Didn't get deluxe cabin we wanted. No one answered the phone in may when I made reservations. It did not discribe the room very good. Same price as full deluxe not fair. Way to small. Didn't bring what we needed because our last stay had a full kitchen, and had a queen bed. This was a double bed Not big enough. Room was very cramped. For what we had it was over priced. I felt they just gave us one

Everything was pretty great! Wished we had picked a site closer to the water and wished the wifi worked better (did not get any reception or wifi in the cabin). We also were not alerted about the boil water warning when we arrived. Luckily we saw the signs before we went to drink any water. Very friendly staff!

our stay was absolutely wonderful. we stayed in a deluxe cabin with our 2 pups, the cabin was spotless, well kept and had everything we needed. the staff and general manager were awesome. the customer service and attention to detail was superb. in a year of stress, heartache, turmoil, it was so relaxing to have a friendly face just say hello how are you today and actually mean it! well run ship!

Clean. Beautiful views. Spaces were a little tight but normal for a KOA. Very quiet at night. Staff was great and friendly. Prices at cafe were a little high but food was good. Great location to visit Acadia.
