Cabin was nice, grounds were beautiful. Only complaint would be the channel reception on TV was poor, and the internet service was almost non-existent.

Always a lovely time and all staff were excellent and bustling. The friendliness and the aver growing list of kiddy opportunities and good food are a major plus. We will get back for sure.

Our stay was great and the KOA workers were probably some of the nicest ppl I've ever dealt with at a campsite. However, our toilet was broke and so was our shower upon arrival. A worker fixed it ...as in she twisted the knob on the back of the toilet and put a new shower handle on so the water could turn on. The toilet continued to leak. We had to keep a towel on the floor the entire time for wat

I rented an Airstream. Both TV didn't work. I told the office who said they would fix it. After 2 days went by with NO communication I went back to the office and was told they didn't have the parts and you don't go camping to watch TV in front of my grandson. It rained all day as it does in Maine. They had empty campers they could have moved us into or at least text me instead of ignoring me.

Great location. However the showers and bathrooms were never clean, imagine old hair balls, band aids and toilet paper. Showers were cold ever day. A long walk with you belongings from car to cabin. It felt like they had far too many people for the facilities. I didn’t even attempt laundry as only 60% of the machine worked and a huge line of people at all times.

Smelly cabin, long trek to unload car, no hot water to shower, next morning-no Lights to shower, And, cabins way too close to each other( could hear 3conversations while going to sleep), finally, sewage smell on way to bathroom! Thank goodness there was no hassle to getting a refund for our next night!!!!!! Never again!

The staff at KOA couldn’t be nicer. We were, however, disappointed in the Airstream that we rented. There were problems with the rental including a malfunctioning stove, 2 TVs that did not work properly and a leak on our one rainy day. The KOA staff were extremely helpful and accommodating with all of our issues - but it was nevertheless very disappointing.

Great place to stay with kids for our family of 4. They loved the tide pools. Perfect area to base out of when exploring Acadia and Bar Harbor area.

We had an incredible trip and absolutely loved the KOA Deluxe Cabin #817! Our Moyen Poodle felt right at home. The ice cream at the Snack Bar was awesome! They had GF Moose Tracks for our daughter and sorbet for our granddaughter. Beautiful sunsets, and campfires with S'mores! Close to Acadia. Quiet at night, too. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Bar Harbor/Oceanside KOA. The setting was beautiful. The campground was very quiet and clean. The staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. It was a very pleasant vacation!

The staff are excellent and very attentive. I loved the text notification system, it was such an easy way to know what's happening, ask questions and make requests. Lobster, fire wood and ice delivered straight to your campsite was a really neat experience. Thank you KOA staff!

Excellent!!! Staff was helpful and friendly. The accommodations were great. The only complaint we had was the ceiling fan in cabin 11 was not secured properly to the ceiling so when it was on it was loose and made a lot of noise. However we tried to stay an additional night because we had so much fun. We will be back this fall.

I enjoyed my stay at Bar Harbor. Very nice staff. Owners seemed to enjoy mixing it up with the guests. I stayed in a Kamping Kabin. Most f the Kabin were clustered together. I liked that. They had a cute VW Van coffee/Ice cream shop. I wish I could have stayed longer

Beautiful area and a wonderful campground. Only downside was the nearest bathroom to the rustic cabins is quite far, especially in the middle of the night.

We had difficulty with our hot water heater on the camper. Took a VERY cold shower until they finally got the hot water going again. The first morning I used the central showers and water drips on you from the ceiling during and after your shower due to condensation (vent does not work well, at all). However, the staff were very pleasant.

We loved our stay in cabin 805. If I could change one thing it would be to fix the employee golf cart that was very loud. I ruined the peace & quiet numerous times. Thank you

Our stay was great. Only complaint and is there was no indication that the rustic cabin were haul your stuff in. We stay at these cabin type very often and it would have been good to know as we usually leave many items in the car for access all day ie cooler during the day but here we could hike everything back and forth and it also made the cabins VERY close together with lack of privacy.

Beautiful location and very clean . We had rented a waterfront cabin for 5 days . Close to Acadia and restaurants. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the proximity to the highway. It was loud enough to hear in the cabin . Just an FYI you can't hear the highway in most of the camp.

Beautiful location, not far from Acadia NP. Common restrooms were well kept and clean. Kamping Kabin was clean and all things worked.

Overall it was good stay.. staff was helpful.. location is perfect.. restroom and bathrooms were clean.. cabins are little old and picnic tables have molds. Bathroom had cold water in the late evening so take showers in the morning. When we visited temp was 90 so not a problem. Cabin has ceiling fan. We enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic campground. Loved our CLEAN cabin, friendly staff, and amenities. We wished the food selection at the camp store was better, and the firewood was cheaper, but overall it was a great experience! We would certainly stay at this campground again.

Cabin was fine. Bathrooms and showers could use some additional ventilation. Staff at checkout was unhelpful when I was asking about reservations for the next year.

Stayed in a basic camping cabin. Very cute, all amenities were kept very clean. There is a nice view of the ocean and cute store available for drinks and snacks if you needed them. Will stay again!

Clean. Beautiful views. Spaces were a little tight but normal for a KOA. Very quiet at night. Staff was great and friendly. Prices at cafe were a little high but food was good. Great location to visit Acadia.
