Our cabin was not clean when I used my Lysol wipes on the mattresses they came out very dirty the counters where the same there was still part of a bees nest on the porch roof and you where in the sand as there is no grass at all

Cabin and furniture were both clean and fresh upon arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Always busy keeping the grounds tidy and clean but had time to wave and acknowledge me. Staff are professional in all they do which set a safe tone for all holidaying in your park. Thank you for a wonderful glamping holiday.

Our stay was amazing! There were a ton of activists for the kids. The only disappointment for them was that the Jump Pad was out of order. Super friendly and accommodating staff, we will definitely be back again. Thank you!!

So our stay was good and the cabin was nice and clean. Our only issue is that the bed mattress was older and super uncomfortable. Also the cabin is on a bit of a tilt so when you we’re sleeping your head was lower than your feet. This maybe wouldn’t be a problem for most people but not good for people with reflux. We slept in a different cabin at the start of the summer and this was not an iss

Loved it for my first stay. Was excited about the coffee machine but didn’t use it. A little dirty a good clean would have been good. Only thing I’d change is the couch that’s in the room. One that would be easy to wipe down and clean would have been greate especially during COVID. Wasn’t comfortable sitting on it. Otherwise great stay lots of activities for the kids. we stayed in the deluxe cabins as usual. No concerns. Looks like they have done some landscaping over the break and it’s beautiful. Ended up leaving a day early as the weather was too hot, and COVID protocols were not being followed in the pools and our young son was unable to swim at all due to this (unable to be vaccinated this time). We had an awesome time at the Barrie KOA. The cabins were clean and well maintained. The facilities and grounds were well kept. And the staff were incredible. We will definitely be coming back. ����������

First time staying in one of your cabins. A little more info on what is in each cabin (i.e.- what is actually in a partial kitchen) Also you should really change out the sofa bed mattress once in a while - the one we had wasn’t even usable - had to take matresss off of bunks ��

Everyone is a so efficient and so very friendly all the time. Such a pleasure to camp here. I bought some water in the camp store. My back is sore so I asked if they could deliver it to my sight. It was there before I was able to get there myself. That's service!

We rented one of the biggest cabins here, the queen bed was decent enough but both the bunk beds were uncomfortable and in a very cramped space, the pullout was just as bad, couch itself was stained and did not look clean at all. BBQ propane tank was empty on arrival, an umbrella a 2 for either of the tables at side of cabin would have been very beneficial as it was so hot, overall very good!!

When we arrive for our 5-day vacation . All the staff was very friendly and helpful anything you need it could be delivered to your site my 5-year-old son is autistic and was able to use the handicap bathroom so that he did not have to wait. Unfortunately the bathrooms were not kept up as good as they could have been for hygiene but overall our stay was 110% satisfactory see you next year staysaf

Our family has been camping here for years and it is well kept and lovely. This year, we had a wild group next to us and it really put a damper on our vacation. I was disappointed that staff drove by the (clearly drunk in the middle of the day with children in their care) group without saying a thing. I realize that it was not yet quiet hours, but they had to know that it was bothering others.

Everyone was pleasant. The ladies bathroom was down to one stall and no toilet paper. Looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all on the Saturday. A table was removed from our site while we were away and we had things on it. We saw it was dragged to the cabin beside us but a heads up would have been nice. Had to put a nice of wood in the window over the couch to keep it closed.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! So much fun for the whole family. The staff was friendly and the grounds were well taken care of. We will definitely be back! My kids had a blast!

Friendly staff. Our camp cabin was not completely cleaned, however, as there was a yogurt cup stuck in our bunkbed and a couple of jujubes lying around. Other than that, the campground was great and we appreciated the amenities and activities.

The staff were all so pleasant and ready to make our stay a great one, and they succeeded above my expectations! The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the amenities, the workers=5 stars! Seeing the workers wave, saying hello and smile puts a smile on others. All the other campers were jolly as well. Thank you Barrie KOA. We have been to 4 different KOA who do not present the same atmosphere and rate!

Always an amazing vacation camping at koa. The staff are the best! Super friendly and accommodating. Barrie koa is the cleanest campground we’ve ever gone to. The on site store has everything you would ever need and we always enjoy pizza delivered to our site with ice cream afterwards. Camping life couldn’t be any better than camping at koa Barrie.

We weren't advised that we had to share the laundry room. We had rented 2 sites, so we had a lot of washing. A lady walked in while our laundry was washing, she was very upset that we took 4 of the six washing machines. The lady was extremely rude. It could have been avoided if we had been advised from the begining that we had to share the laundry room.

It was fantastic again and we are coming back in Oct for a weekend. The only complaint I had was the mattress on the big bed was very uncomfortable. We stay in a different cabin in July and the bed was fine. Lots of fun times and the pool is fantastic!

This is as close as I want to having a 2nd home. We joke and call it our cottage. The staff are nothing short of amazing!. And the accomodations are perfect for someone with my needs (AC/Heat/Shower/TV).

This was our nicest stay during our two weeks RV experience. The camp is nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the fire wood is dry and from good quality. We would come back for sure!
