There was lots of activities for the kids. It was extremely clean. And all the staff and other campers were kind and respectful.

Amazing place for children! Lots of activities amazing customer service cabins were just the right size . Clean camp grounds just overall great experience this will be a yearly booking for my family of four !

Wonderful stay and staff. I had two cabins. Unfortunately one was full of ants to the extent that we had to wear shoes inside. I told the woman at the front desk. She told me her manager would contact me. Noone did. It was my first time at this KOA. Ive stayed at many but never had ants. Otherwise it was a great place to holiday!

Had an GREAT time, we stayed in one of the 1 bedroom cabins. The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and efficient. The prices for things, fire wood, ice, extras, not the pricey and everything can be delivered right to your site! We were sad when our time was done, will definitely be back forsure!

We stay here all the time. The place was clean. The common areas were always kept in great shape and very sanitized. A few upgrades and face-lifts were noticeable and improved the experience. The staff here is topnotch. We paid for wood delivery and walked back to our cabin and it was there before we were. A pleasure.

It was perfect,so friendly and spotless clean,We were right under the gypsy moths,that wasn,t nice,but That is nature and can,t be helped.My friend won,t go back,but I definitely will.

The staff was lovely, everything very clean, and my 6 year old had a blast. I would encourage activities staff to engage with kids more as activities were a bit lack luster - this may have been covid related.

This was our first time at this location and I have to admit it was awesome…everything was close and I was able to keep my three kids entertained with the mining adventure was a hit and captured their interests without letting go. they were amazed and intrigued by all the articles they were finding… I also noticed the place was in credibly clean ALL THE TIME. We will be returning.

We always love staying at the Barrie KOA. The accommodations are very good and the staff is knowledgeable. We stayed in a deluxe cabin with bathroom (KT2). The only problem was the mattress of the pull-out couch. It is very thin and sags in the middle which made it uncomfortable. The cushions of the couch were stained so it did not look very clean. I would prefer a bed to a pull-out couch.

We rented the cabin. Great staff and very clean. Need someone at the pool to kick people out when their 30 minutes is up. Miss the Sunday breakfast.��

Our cabin was nice and clean–the perfect size for 3 of us + 1 small dog. We know it's the pandemic, but it should be made much clearer there are next to no kitchen supplies provided. No utensils. No dishes. No cups/mugs. No coffee filters. No can opener. No cutting board. No knives etc. We had to drive to Midland and spend over $100 so we'd be able to prepare basic meals.

Pretty good overall, firewood took an hour to be delivered. They need to get debit machines at every station in the main store, it’s 2021, you should be able to pay for ice cream where you order it and not have to wait while the ice cream melts to pay somewhere else. Great accommodation and activities for kids

The staffs were accommodating and attentive to our needs. They are very respectful and they are always happy and smiling (even through the mask!). The cleaning crew are PHENOMENAL and so is the maintenance people! I am definitely coming back to this KOA location again

Clean bathrooms! Clean camp grounds. Organized pool times. My kids made friends - we felt very safe there. ALL staff were extremely kind and knowledgeable. All questions were answered expertly. My daughter left her necklace at the pool and it was retrieved immediately. It was a fun and stress free vacation! Thank you!

The Covid restrictions on the pool were a little disappointing but obviously needed - this was our first time and we LOVED it, we were sad to leave. All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.

My two kids and I enjoyed all the facilities and the cleanliness of the place. Lots of activities to do. My only complaint was the bags of wood. Kindling is usually something that helps start a fire but hardwood cut a little smaller. Other than that it was great.

Deluxe cottages are anything but deluxe. Has anybody from the staff team tried lying down on the couch bed? They are full of lumps and probably 10 years old. Having paid more than 200$ a night, I would at least expect to sleep in peace. The staff was great and the park was very clean. The cottages were a little too close to the RV parked right next. Was an OK stay, nothing to brag about.

I stayed for 2 nights with my 3 children and our dog. We had a great time! Everyone was super friendly, everything was very clean and overall our stay was 10/10. They had lots of great activities for the children and they really loved the cabins. We will definitely be back throughout the summer!

It was amazing! Despite the rain and covid restrictions. The cabin was absolutely perfect. We've already booked another 3 stays over the next couple of months. Many things to do as a family in and around the parks and a such a safe and secure place to stay.

disappointed the deluxe cabin had not cutlery or dishware. Should be there, regardless of Covvid, as soap and water very effective. Plus, surprised no stove. But clean and well appointed otherwise.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin, which was nice visually however the tub was clogged with hair and the pocket doors were either broken or swung open and very hard to lock. Fortunately we only stayed two days which made it fine for the short term. The "fishing" pond was a bust! Not much for older kids to do.

this koa has such good customer service and so friendly. I was supossed to stay at cookstown koa and when i got there they said they were closed no phone call or email. So i called koa barrie and asked if they had anything for me they were so nice and helpful plus they had something for me. They worked with my and saved my hubbys birthday i would would tell anyone that like to go camping to stay

This is as close as I want to having a 2nd home. We joke and call it our cottage. The staff are nothing short of amazing!. And the accomodations are perfect for someone with my needs (AC/Heat/Shower/TV).

This was our nicest stay during our two weeks RV experience. The camp is nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the fire wood is dry and from good quality. We would come back for sure!
