It was our first time at this KOA and it was amazing. ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the extra precautions that were put in place because of covid and also appreciate all the extra work that this caused for you. We are grateful for all you did/do. Ice cream and pizza on the premises is a bonus and we will definitely be coming here again.

The campground was amazing. Staff was really friendly and there is a lot of stuff to do with the kids. Our stay was cut a bit short because we had some issues with people in the site next to us. The park handled my complaint amazingly. They listened to everything I said and they tried to deal with the problem as best they could. They refunded me a night because I left early. Amazing service

so awesome!! our kids loved the pool and the bouncy pad. the park was great! so many fun things for the kids!! will definitely camp here again.

Service was fantastic, (Garbage pick up, wood delivery) dog park (so convenient), cleanest bathrooms, (didn't see one bug in there), great showers, very clean in general, awesome activities to do. Would definitely return!

The ladies @ the counter are very accommodating, its an easy check in process and when you need to purchase something it’s such a convenience. Activity for the kids are nice and the bathroom is clean. Just a suggestion to remove camping site 1 & 2, safety wise it isn’t good and its a shame to offer as this is basically a site on your parking lot.

My wife and I loved the campground and all the dealings we had with the staff there! Even in these restricted times, they went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Just make sure you get a code for the front gate when you arrive! If you happen to be off site after 8pm, or before 9am, you'll need it to get in.

The only real problem that we had was the stairs leading up to the washrooms from our campsite. The were not well lit at all..I felt that they very dangerous in fact. The stairs did not have proper hand rails and at night they were very dark. It appeared that there should have been some sort of lighting and perhaps it wasn't working. Overall staff was really friendly

The KOA in Barrie is very nice. However, my husband and I were NOT happy with our campsite neighbour's as they had their friends' kids and grown-ups from other campsites cutting through our campsite and parking their vehicle in front of our campsite. This isn't a reflection of how we feel about your KOA Campgrounds but just stating that people should be respectful of their camping neighbours.

We (family of 3) stayed in this campground because it was conveniently located a few km away from the place I was doing some adventure motorcycle training. My wife and daughter stayed at the campground during the day and enjoyed all the proposed activities. The staff was courteous and with a big smile on their face. The camp site was big enough and clean.

Starting from the time I walked in the office door, the staff were friendly and well organized. The tent plots were large and roomy. Overnight was quiet and peaceful even though the grounds were full of campers! I will certainly come back again!

As always we had a terrific time. The kids love gaga ball, the basketball court, the pool & the jumping pad. The new KOA kitchen looks terrific and we really enjoyed the affordable menu options. The dog park is always appreciated. What really strikes us every visit is the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the washrooms and the whole park. Also, the flowers and gardens are beautiful!

We did like the fact that the tent site last were right on the main road with no privacy and also the activity coordinators weren’t very into the programs.

Enjoyed our weekend very much. Travelled with our grown up children and their children and so much activity to keep the little ones busy and happy. We all enjoyed our campfires and the ice cream at Barrie KOA.

Staff is great. Campers super easy to connect with. Park is fun. Activities are great for younger children. Sites are closer than I am used to but it allows you to connect with others if wanted and easy to keep on eye on kids.

Camp staff very friendly and helpful. Campground well kept. My granddaughter enjoyed the activities. Not loud at night in my area. Will definitely come again.

This is as close as I want to having a 2nd home. We joke and call it our cottage. The staff are nothing short of amazing!. And the accomodations are perfect for someone with my needs (AC/Heat/Shower/TV).

This was our nicest stay during our two weeks RV experience. The camp is nice, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and the fire wood is dry and from good quality. We would come back for sure!
