Awesome place to stay! Literally do not have a bad thing to say about this campground. The girlfriend and I had an awesome time camping here. Campgrounds and all facilities were clean and well kept, all the staff were very helpful and super friendly and the prices at the campground store as well as the cafe were very reasonable and very convenient. Will be coming back here again! Thank you!

The staff was very friendly, the campground was clean and well maintained. The facilities (showers bathroom, cabin) were clean. The location was great. They have gnomes a lover the place which is really cool. We got a cabin that came with a propane grill and they provided the propane. Didn’t expect that. It was so beautiful, very clean, peaceful and staff are friendly. It has been our second year to camp and we will do it again, highly recommended to our friends and relatives, in fact they are already planning for next month to stay there.

Iris and Ken have always made our stay at Willapa Bay KOA very enjoyable, that's why we keep coming back. The cabin that we stayed in, and have stayed in before, was clean and very comfortable. We love returning to Bay Center/Willapa Bay KOA every year and will continue to do so. Thanks so much Iris and Ken, you are the best!!!

Was good. First time staying in a cabin, and we really enjoyed it. Only think that could use improving is the bathroom doors to the stalls were sticky and the showers could use improving.

Very nice. We stayed in a yurt. It was clean & comfortable. A space heater and fan wete provided. Love the covered area over the picnic table. The campground was quiet. Staff helpful friendly. Showers were a welcoming hot. Wine tasting on Thursday eve a fun.addition. Thoughtful touches everywhere.

We had a wonderful time at the Wilipa Bay KOA. The facilities were clean and well kept. The hosts and staff were friendly and helpful. The access to the beach allowed us to enjoy the natural beauty of Wilipa Bay. We look forward to our next visit.

it was the first koa that we stayed that felt unwelcomed . every other koa has let us check in early. if we arrived early. . and were never told we had to leave the property for a hour. we wont be back to this koa

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Our check in times for cabins/yurts is 3pm. It is communicated on the website and e-mail confirmations. Unfortunately when you arrived 2 hours early your cabin had not yet been cleaned. Early checks ins are not possible due to Staff, workflow & limited parking space.

Great location (in trees with a short/cute walk down to the bay) with friendly staff! The coffee was watered down (and we were charged for it) and the bathrooms could have been better kept.

We always enjoy our stays at our local KOA. Ken and Iris are great and have done wonders to with the grounds. The new renovations make it so easy and hospitable. Can’t wait for our next trip down!

The camp ground was beautiful and peaceful. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The store had a great little selection. They even did a candy hunt for all of the kid campers! The beach was so nice. We stayed in a Yurt, which was so spacious and amazing. My family and I absolutely loved our stay here. We will be recommending this camp ground to everyone and we plan on coming back in the future.

We were a woken at 11:30pm until 12:15 am by a child throwing a tantrum the first night, the second night the ppl in the yurt next to us were screaming and partying until 1am. 10pm quiet time was not enforced. Left at 630am to go home to get some rest.

We do our best to ensure that quiet time is being followed. When we were out and about things appeared to be fine. Sorry that this occurred. Please know that you can call us anytime and we will come out to address the situation.

Super cute KOA! Very clean, helpful folks, great trail to the beach. We’ve used KOAs for years on road trips as a pit stop for an “easy evening” - showers, laundry etc. Nicest KOA I’ve ever seen!

Our stay was perfect. The staff at Bay Center did a great job about masking and social distancing. The bathrooms and cabin were very clean, they delivered fire wood and the ice cream at the store was perfect. This was my third visit and I’m coming back in June.

We have been coming here for 6 years multiple times a year. It is a perfect spot for our young family. Ken and Iris are always inviting, kind and helpful. We can’t wait to go back again in a few months.

Everyone was friendly and helpful when we had questions. We stayed in the cabin and it was great. When I found out the cabin was heated I was glad as I get cold easily but I was disappointed when it was a tiny heater not something bigger. Another thing I noticed is the curtains were moldy. There were spots in the corner of the cabin that were moldy as well.

We had so much fun even though it was raining. The hosts were spectacular, always smiling, helpful and kind. The campground was clean and full of family friendly activities. We enjoyed it so much we'll definitely be back!

I am impressed overall with the facilities at Bay Center KOA. I would like to rate my experience a five star but I rented the deluxe cabin and found the main bed to be very uncomfortable and the one ply toilet paper definitely needs to be upgraded. Very clean and quiet campground overall. Thank you.

The Yurt was marvelous. The bathrooms were super clean and staff were very friendly. Nice short trail to the uncrowded sandy beach for walks, clamming (with permit) and sunset views. The camp ground is treed for nice shade and sunny areas too. The owners (for 10-years) have pride in their place with fun things for families to do. The area is very quite since it is not a "tourist destination".

Our stay was very pleasant! The cabin was very clean and tidy! The staff were all very cheerful and helpful! The bed needs to be replaced. It sounds like it will break in half! Not comfy. This KOA had a restriction on marijuana use. It is recreationally legal in WA. I understand some people don't want to smell it. I'm also disgusted by cigar smoke, but Im fine with it because tobacco is legal.

Thanks for the feedback on the bed we will get that fixed. Marijuana is legal in the State of WA in your private residence. It is still illegal in public and in view of the public. In addition the KOA is private property, and our guidelines don't allow smoking marijuana on the KOA or our beach

Stuff alone are worth to stay! they are so nice and go out of their way to make sure that you were enjoying yourself and have everything you need. The grounds are amazing. They have a GaGa ball pit and a playground and an RC course volleyball and basketball a trail to the beach and a great store. I especially loved the happy camper curtains in the cabin . We can't wait to go back.

Our family had a great time staying here. They had games for the kids on the weekends and it created a real community feel. We tried the clamming and it was pretty fun. We will definitely be back!

Super nice and super clean. Very quiet. Our site was secluded and close to the beach trail. The beach was wonderful! We had a nice long walk.
