Check in was easy and the staff was kind and informative. The tent space was adaquate, but needs more shade and little more privacy from your neighbors. bathrooms were clean. There was a lot to do with the kids. One of the more expensive KOA tent sites i have paid for.

Site was ok. Very little shade. The lady in the office was not at all Friendly. Would not sell any ice to our granddaughter as she was closing and could not verify who she was. Man who works there was very friendly.

Quiet except when they are making concrete across the street. But the car wash across the street is very handy. Very friendly, remote and very well taken care of

Looked like a pretty new KOA. Only complaint is that there are no benches in the shower. For us older folks those are invaluable. Thus the 4 stars

It was a nice campground with very nice bathrooms and showers. Store was small and limited, but they had a jump pad and games the kids could play. We had a Stephen King "It" moment when birthday balloons by the dozen started floating by our site and through the campground. Only reason I was unhappy was due to the poodle next door to us. It kept barking and setting my dog off.

We stayed at the super site with our friends (who stayed at the campsite on the other side) and we had a wonderful time. The campsite far exceeded our expectations, the kids had a blast in their own little yard, and the adults could relax, grill, soak in the hot tub, and enjoy the campfire. Definitely will be coming back as this was our first time at Bear Lake.

Couldn’t level my Class A, never had this trouble before. They moved a family of 9 next to us in a 5th wheel and a tent. We came back and the kids where all over our stuff. They campground was a 1/3 full, so there was no reason to put them next to an older couple. Never stay ther again.

The KOA Bear Lake was clean with helpful personnel. The biggest disappointment was the lack of a swimming pool. The community pool was only open two of the four evenings we were there.

Staff is helpful. Amenities aren’t as good as the marine side and they don’t allow you to use the lay amenities over there. Good if your ATV is not street legal the trail is next to the campground

It suited our needs as we were there to ride UTVs. Site accommodated our motorhome and trailer so we didn’t have to put our trailer elsewhere. The couple working when we arrived for the first couple days were incredibly nice. Need to enforce dogs on leash rule.

Close to town..great staff...no pool, but didn't need it. Bike trails two blocks away.. quiet at night..no traffic noise.. Sweet!!

Too crowded, Cason, the employee that assisted us on check in was great. The campground was very quiet at 10PM.

Noisy due to highway, concrete plant noise and ATV use. Facilities are nice and bathrooms are newly updated. Great for families and kids—lots of activities and games available. Adequate if you are not looking for a long term, quiet camping stay.

The spaces were very wide. Easy access to highways and town. My only complaint would be there were other campers allowing their vey underaged children drive UTV thru the park, not once but several times, very unsafe

Great customer service. Nice quiet area. We investigate the KOA Marina sites and they seemed to be busier and noisy so the Trail Side was perfect for us. We didn't take advantage of the City Pool but it was just a short walk/ The games, courts and jump were all used. There is a great coffee place within walking distance "Moose Buns" that have not only great coffee but awesome cinnamon rolls

The campgrounds and the facilities were very neat and clean. I used the Laundry and was happy to find that the washers and dryers were also kept very clean. It is apparent that the staff take pride in their job and do their best to keep the camp in great shape. Our site was quite large and very level. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good. The people working the desk could have been more helpful in suggesting a local beach to enjoy when asked.

Very nice place for camping i have been camping there every year for like 7 yrs already but since that place is under new management and new landlord is a little bit different i mean more restrictions but still a good place for camping. Just the service guy was a little grumpy about being like 20 min late checking out that's all

Very friendly people helped us with our check in and stay. Trail Side KOA was very nice, the only thing I would like to see would be helpful if they would update their camping sites. They were not level at all. But over all we were please with our stay.

The campground hosts were the best we have ever dealt with. They accommodated our large group, made a wonderful concession on our additional trailer spot, and were helpful from beginning to end. A+++

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
