My wife and I had a tent site. Quiet hours are supposed to start at 10:00 pm. We were awakened from 10:15 pm up to after 11:00 pm by the campers in next 2 spaces who were very loud, with boisterous young children. KOA had no security enforcing the quiet hours, and no employee on call at 2 numbers posted at office. Only the Sheriff's # worked, but it's not their job to enforce KOA quiet hours.

Everything was great! The environment was awesome. The entire community was clean and well taken care of. There were some wasps around the tables on the camping sites, but not much can be done about that since we’re outside. Definitely will stay again!

Absolutely wonderful. My kids had so much fun and it had a calm and relaxed feel at the campground, which is exactly what we look for. All of the staff were very nice.

There was two bathrooms on the tent end for a whole bunch of campers. We had a group camping next to us that we’re clearly exceeding the 8 camper per campground limit. They had cars everywhere and were so loud until around 1am. There was no one to enforce the quiet time. It was a long miserable night

Super clean bathrooms, loved the bounce pad and playground for the kids! Next to a market and restaurants. We had a perfect stay!

We had so much fun at the lake during the days! We loved access to the bounce pad, basketball courts and pickle ball courts. This is a family friendly place that we will definitely come back yearly!

We love staying at this kOA. The bathrooms are always clean and the amenities make it fun for the whole family plus it’s close to grocery stores and the marina at Bear Lake.

Way too expensive for what you get! Tent sites are in the very back next to a canal and have nothing but a fire pit. Every RV site is so small you are packed in like sardines. The workers at this site were not nice and made the stay very uncomfortable. We will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. If we could give zero stars we would!

The sites were clean and well kept, the staff was outstanding, they had answers to my questions and if they were not sure they found out and let us know. They were friendly and made sure all camper stayed with in the camp rules, I give them a 10 also .

Lack of restrooms/toilets a major issue at this site. Location fantastic, staff very friendly, lots of things for kids/families to do.

The staff at Bear Lake Trailside is outstanding. There was a mistake with our reservation and they worked quickly to accommodate our stay without any issue. We've stayed here twice, and will definitely be back. Absolutely the best.

We had a great time staying here at the Trail side KOA. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly and very helpful. There are a lot of great amenities and the bathrooms were clean! I will recommend this to others and stay again next time I'm visiting Bear Lake!

First time staying at a KOA camp ground. I was glad to have flushing toilets and showers, which were clean. I was just surprised that the camp ground only had three showers. This sight is relatively new and so it has only a few trees. It was a nice place to camp, with a small play ground, volleyball net, basketball hoops, and jumping pad. The workers drove around keeping things clean and orderly.

campgrounds are to close. My babies were surrounded by smokers and got to breath poison whenever we were there. noise levels were not monitored at night. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper 3X And left me crying out for help from strangers multiple times while I needed to wipe and my toddler was crying because she also needed to pee but couldn’t because I was stuck on the toilet. The bathrooms were clean and modern. The people in the office were helpful and took the time to explain things. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

Great staff! Sprinklers were on at our assigned site, Connor gave us a new site and brought us a free bundle of firewood. Despite our tent breaking in a thunderstorm we had a great stay! Definitely will stay again.

The customer service was excellent, everyone I spoke to there was polite and professional. My only complaint is the sites at the end have zero shade, so dont forget your canopy

We usually do VRBO. This was better! We loved being outdoors, all of the activities and the staff was wonderful!! We plan on making this a yearly tradition!

I enjoyed the campground, it is great. You can tell it is young with smaller trees that don't provide a large amount of shade, but over the years the trees currently there will mature and make it much better. I would definitely stay at it again.

Great campsite, we enjoyed our stay. It was great having the camp store after realizing we forgot a few things. It was a very hot July weekend and there was no shade at most of the sites to shield the direct sun.

Had a tent campsite didn’t realize it didn’t have an electric outlet, wish it did. Other than that bathrooms and showers clean. Staff was friendly, would stay again.

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
