The staff were great—my complaint is with the bathrooms—the showers need a bench in them, so that there is a place to set a bag or to sit on when getting dressed—also , a rubber mat to stand on when getting out of the shower, a mat with slats in it so the water can drain off of it—I am 63, and it was hard to dress and undress, without my pant legs dragging in the water and hair on the floo

The office people were very nice. We were told a tent could no rent space next to rv, when we arrived, three spots taken with tents one of the spots taken with boat and truck! Thats a rental space? We were sorry to see all the tents there as we thought area on side and back for tents, we were up half the night listening to crying babies, they had like 20 kids, manager explained why.she was nice

Nice wide pull thru spots and clean restrooms. I like how they rv spots aren't so close like some other KOA's. Will stay here again!

We had a great stay. Even though we don't have any kids, the rocket launch was fun and the root beer floats were yummy.

Not enough restrooms. Long lines all day and all night at toilets. Pool being closed on a Sunday is a joke.

The campsites themselves were good. The problem is that there are not enough toilets for the amount of campsites and amount of people staying there. We had to clean up many accidents because of the long lines. There was rarely paper towels also. I will not stay there again. The bathroom situation is a joke!

The KOA staff was so great. We had some campers that were making everyone's stay hard with their loud music and partying. The night security handled it well and the day staff had to clean up the restrooms they trashed right before they left. Once these campers left, everyone was much happier. Thank you Bruce and Robin for an amazing stay there at the Garden City KOA. We will be staying again.

The worst experience we have ever had at a KOA. Guests were expected to wear wristbands at all times. Our space was 15 yards away from a manure pile. It smelled so bad after a light rain that we left a day earlier than planned. Hosts were not concerned that were had a very unpleasant stay. They did not offer to move us, refund the night we didn't stay, or try in any way to make things right.

We had lots of plans to stay other places but ended up staying at Bear Lake KOA for almost 2 weeks. Everyone was so nice and kind. They were great to my children and even wrote a sweet note to my nephew whom came up for his birthday. We look forward to returning soon.

Worst campground on our trip. Paid for 50amp service got 30amp. Had medical emergency, campground staff unconcerned and untrained for recognizing an emergency. Grassy area is weeds over gravel. Don't send anyone there! Corporate needs to review this location as a continued franchisee.

It was outstanding, we have stayed there in the past with previous owners, this by far was the very best, we were very pleased with all the employees their kindness and courtesy their personal touch in caring, it was one of the best experiences we've had in that area in years. Thanks again we will definitely return.

The only issue is with our dog. The dog barks, this cannot be helped. However, I would not allow pets at any KOA site shoukd continue to be of concern. Aside from this issue, the staff was exceptional and they went out of their way to be accomdating. Regards, TE6 (Ronald)

We have stayed at the Holiday KOA in Garden City in the past. We stayed at Trailside because Holiday was full. I am so glad we did because I like Trailside so much better. Much smaller and less crowded. Bathrooms are clean and not busy and the campground is so much easier to get in and out of. The kids loved playing pickle ball and jumping on the trampoline. We will definitely stay at Trailside!

Unfortunately half our group pulled in and decided not to stay. While at the counter canceling our reservation on 2 of the 4 reservations we had. The lady at the desk told us we would forfeit our deposit due to the fact someone else could have rented them. While explaining this multiple calls were answered by another lady looking for spots being told to tell them no while 2 had just opened

Great new KOA in the area. Very clean bathrooms. Always someone in the office to offer help. Each site was clean and well maintained. A little slower and quicker then the other KOA in garden city. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff!

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
