We have been traveling to the Bear Lake KOA every summer for the last 15 years. A few of the camp hosts this year were awful. One male host was very aggressive and rude to a family who didn't speak English very well as they were playing volleyball. They clearly had there bracelets on, but he continually questioned them about staying there and said he was going to call the sheriff.

Way too expensive for what you get! Tent sites are in the very back next to a canal and have nothing but a fire pit. Every RV site is so small you are packed in like sardines. The workers at this site were not nice and made the stay very uncomfortable. We will never stay here again and don’t recommend it to anyone. If we could give zero stars we would!

The sites were clean and well kept, the staff was outstanding, they had answers to my questions and if they were not sure they found out and let us know. They were friendly and made sure all camper stayed with in the camp rules, I give them a 10 also .

We have been staying here every year since it opened. It’s always clean and well cared for. Our family looks forward to our next visit!

Nice clean, well maintained RV park. need more shade trees for south side spaces, better access to pool facilities and overflow parking for boat trailers and such, the dusty dirt lot at the marina KOA that is being used is horrible.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Campground and restrooms are clean. Only complaint is poor water pressure and temperature fluctuates in the showers.

Workers were very friendly! Please don’t run the ace truck up and down the road before 8 am...we want to sleep and it was loud! Also require garbage truck to be after 8 am ..rude awakening! Bathrooms including showers need more frequent cleanings on busy days!! Price was a little steep for cabin with no bath

The only green grass was at sites that are seasonal. It would have been nice to have some grass at our site but since you allow tent camping right next to the trailers, grass is not likely to grow. I didn’t like the fact that there was a tent right next to our trailer with a screaming baby all night long. Not your fault about the baby but we didn’t like the tent situation.

The staff was great. We loved all the activities to do on site. Inconvenience but not end of the world, Only 1 bathroom on the far side was unlocked. Loud neighbors with barking dogs and crying kids was a bummer.

Property was well maintained and the hosts were nice. It was awesome they have a deal with the community pool next door for swimming. The property is newer and needs better shade, hopefully the trees grow fast. Also the laundry room was super small and hard to move in and not the cleanest. Overall great place to stay.

We stayed for three nights. We enjoyed playing Pickle Ball, hiking in Logan Canyon and paddle boarding at Bear Lake!

please replace the gas powered host vehicles with electric. The gas powered vehicles used to patrol the campground are noisy!

Me and my family love this campground. We stay there many times through the summer. The staff is amazing and very friendly. My only issue is that they are driving around gas trucks to water and clean up the campsites. These vehicles are loud and annoying at 7:00 in the morning when your trying to sleep in or throughout the day as the take campers to there campsite.

Staff was great and check in smooth and easy. However, there are not many trees (none where we were at) and RVs are extremely close to each other in twos (typical of KOAs I believe). We had to be offset with our closest neighbor inorder for both of us to extend our slide outs. Our views were the other trailer on one side and large storage units on the other.

Always a pleasure to stay here. Campground is clean and hosts are friendly. We love being able to drive our ATV right out onto the trails. This is one of our summer go to campgrounds. A+

We had a good time. Everything was clean and staff was nice and helpful. Only complaint is we requested to be by family when we booked earlier this year and they split us apart. They explained we need to lock it in and call in next time. That wasn't very clear when we booked online that we needed to do that. Overall the stay was fine.

Didn't care for the location of the KOA but it had great amenities. Basketball, horseshoes, volleyball, a jump pad, ping-pong, and access to the city pool next door. We only stayed one night in an RV spot with full hookups. The site's sewer did not have a cover, open to the air. It was over a holiday weekend and the town was CRAZY busy. Would not stay at Bear Lake again. Not because of KOA.

One of the worst experiences we have had with KOA. Was told it was quiet & oriented around adults. We reserved a pull through site, so we wouldn’t have to unhook. The site assigned was to short for our 28 foot pull behind Rv & rig, & told to unhook.This was after registering & explaining we didn’t want to unhook for 1 night stay. Instead of moving us, our rig set extended in the road 6ft “U

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
