4 not 5 is due to our table. Center boards were badly warped and the edges curved up enough that they could spill glasses. Park was the best equipped we stopped at on 2 wk trip

Love the location, clean restrooms and great customer service. Wilma helped me out and changed my reservation to get me a pull-through site.

My Wife mistakenly made our reservations for July 24th and not June 24th. When we arrived to check in, we found our error. The KOA host at check in, worked wonders, and found us some spots for our camping trip. Thank you so much for handling it the way you did. Excellent work!!

The campground is very well kept and the majority of the hosts are very friendly. The cart they drive around is VERY LOUD and starts up promptly at 7 am. You should look into getting an electric cart. The cement plant across the street runs every weekday until almost dark, more noise. Add in the constant ATV noise and it’s not a restful place

The staff at Bear Lake Trailside is outstanding. There was a mistake with our reservation and they worked quickly to accommodate our stay without any issue. We've stayed here twice, and will definitely be back. Absolutely the best.

The facility was nice, however the laundry room left much to be desired. Only two washer/dryers and one dryer was broken. The working dryer didn’t dry well. We had requested to be near a friend on our reservation. They said there was no way to accommodate that. Later that night, the guest next to us told us that they were only there 1 night (same as us). They totally could have made that work!

Great location to large lake. Nice playground for the young ones. Pool available next door. Stayed 3 nights over weekend. Was very quiet. Only downside it was windy with strong gusts at times.

The staff were wonderful! The bathrooms were nice. The office was very inviting. The fact of no pool was a disappointment. The property was nice too.

Site and campground were just OK. The campground needs work and to be updated. The host needed to water the grounds, but areas were so wet it was pretty messy in several areas. Our water hook up leaked badly.

This KOA is much smaller than the other KOA in town; however, we like this one as it is quieter than the other. We would have preferred to be away from the pickleball court as it quite popular and the balls make noise which is iriatating early in the morning. It would be nice to have a hot tub.

We were put in space #1 - which is right at the road - which is right across the street from the car wash and LOTS of construction - and is right where all the vehicles drive into/out of the park. For a 4 night stay it would have been nice to be back into the park a little more than right up front with all the noise. The only benefit to this spot was we were able to watch all the Pickleball.

We booked a cabin and were very pleased with our stay. Well laid out grounds and some of the best bathrooms I've run across at a campground. We will definitely be back!

My family and I stayed in one of the cabins, it was the perfect size for our family of six. It was clean and well kept. The bathrooms and showers were updated and very clean. The refund things to do for the kids like play on the playground and other games. We definitely will return.

We loved our experience at this KOA! The staff was super friendly and helpful! They returned our call to make the reservation in the first place. The campground was so clean and fun! The playground, the oversize games outside, the restrooms, everything! We loved going to the Bear Lake community pool next door! We are happy we stayed here versus other places we considered. Thank You! Very happy!

Very nice! Kabin was well-equipped and quiet, beds were comfortable, and the air-conditioner was a nice "extra". Also, the managers were very pleasant and helpful. It was a little hard to find and get to, especially with another KOA in town.

The microwave oven was dirty and the floor in the cabin we stayed in was sticky but the cabin was nice. The bathrooms were nice and clean.

Very pleasant. Easy access to town shops, eating establishments, etc. Very friendly, helpful staff. Very good access to lake, boating, fishing, etc. Would definitely stay again.

The restrooms and camp area were clean and nice. The shared areas are small, which makes it awkward if you aren't camping as a group. All in all we would stay again.

The surrounding scenery left a lot to be desired. That’s not their fault, BUT! The thistle bushes hiding in the grass IS. Several of us got stung multiple times. That is unacceptable. The only reason I’m giving it an 8 is because the staff was excellent and very friendly and attentive. Get rid of those thistles and you may get a 9 or a 10.

It was absolutely wonderful! The staff was extremely helpful and nice. They were so helpful with getting our water sprout repaired. The nice gentleman did it immediately. We played pickle ball and the lady who helped us was so cheerful and accommodating I highly recommend this KOA!!!

very disappointed on the landscape, several old trailers/motorhome eye sores no one occuping them, grass was dead weeds growing everywhere, would have been nice to have a pool outdoors not the community indoor pool, jump pad was worn and not useable. Just not a welcoming place to spend 5 days. Went thru the marina Koa and it looks like all the $$$$$ went there. And this is the ugly stepchild.

Small campground, but you have access to the amenities in the larger marina side campground. The staff is wonderful, very friendly and helpful.

We loved the pair-share sites. My sister's camper and ours were able to have the doors facing each other so we were able to use the common area between us a lot. We loved that! We were super impressed by the whole KOA staff. They were very friendly and more than willing to help us with any needs we had and answer any questions. It is such a beautiful area and there was so much to do.

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
