The spaces were very wide. Easy access to highways and town. My only complaint would be there were other campers allowing their vey underaged children drive UTV thru the park, not once but several times, very unsafe

Great customer service. Nice quiet area. We investigate the KOA Marina sites and they seemed to be busier and noisy so the Trail Side was perfect for us. We didn't take advantage of the City Pool but it was just a short walk/ The games, courts and jump were all used. There is a great coffee place within walking distance "Moose Buns" that have not only great coffee but awesome cinnamon rolls

Nice campground.restrooms and shower were nice and clean.the young man that works there was very friendly and helpful I didn’t get his name and I should have.

The campgrounds and the facilities were very neat and clean. I used the Laundry and was happy to find that the washers and dryers were also kept very clean. It is apparent that the staff take pride in their job and do their best to keep the camp in great shape. Our site was quite large and very level. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was good. The people working the desk could have been more helpful in suggesting a local beach to enjoy when asked.

Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly and efficient. Site was easy to pull into. Area is beautiful too.

Very friendly people helped us with our check in and stay. Trail Side KOA was very nice, the only thing I would like to see would be helpful if they would update their camping sites. They were not level at all. But over all we were please with our stay.

The campground hosts were the best we have ever dealt with. They accommodated our large group, made a wonderful concession on our additional trailer spot, and were helpful from beginning to end. A+++

Very pretty campground. And the bathrooms was the prettiest I have seen at a KOA. Could use more washers and dryers. We enjoyed our stay. And hopefully can come back again.

The young couple who managed this location were very friendly and very helpful. The camping spots were nice and clean. For Memorial Day weekend this location was quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute of our getaway!!

We were escorted to a site that had become very narrow by the addition of a fence & we clipped the back end of our MH causing $$ damage. There were many available sites that we could have easily accessed. It seems unbelievable that owners/managers don't have a better concept of what size rigs fit in their sites. Campers have reasonable expectations of being able to safely access assigned sites.

We spent two nights here in mid May and enjoyed our stay. The campground seems like it is fairly new with new vegetation planted that has not matured yet. The campground was clean and quiet and the Wi-Fi actually worked. The bathrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. This campground is not within walking distance of Bear Lake which may be important to some campers.

They advertised a pool available that was the number one thing our kids looked forward too then when we got there after 3 hour trip the pool was closed for “maintenance” over Labor Day weekend though we never saw any maintenance being done the whole weekend. No concession given on price for lack of amenities. They parked us next to a toilet and camp dishwashing station. So had people walkin

Construction project within 50' of camp spot was very disruptive. They started making noise at 7 am each day and it was also dusty and not a pleasant site.

First of all the stuff for a grade. The drains were high out of the ground making it difficult to drain our tanks. The restroom facilities were in adequate for peak times. The water pressure was too high approximately 60 pound which required us to purchase a regulator on site. The roads were very dusty and the grass dead. Disappointed that it is a KOA Park, It needs upgrading badly!

We were right next to a noisy dusty construction area. Upon arrival one of the hosts was very rude to my son in law & almost started a fight. He later apologized but it set a bad tone for the whole stay. Very expensive for the services they offered. Might be better for someone that has a lot of little kids.

Very quiet and pleasant. Managers were very informative. Told us about the Pickleville Playhouse. We had a very enjoyable night there. Wish we had known about the construction on the ride around the lake.

We always stay at this KOA when we visit Bear Lake! The sites are beautiful & the staff are extremely helpful & friendly! They make us feel like family each time we stay there!!! They are the biggest reason we tell everyone about this particular KOA and we stay there each time!!

The staff was friendly and great. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The spots were big enough that you felt like you had your own space. We plan on coming back to this KOA frequently.

Koa needs to change their policy on "vans" the require no hookups. We paid 50 dollars for a night stay and I used the bathroom once. No shower, no pool, etc. A tent site for us would have been perfect. Their was no negotiating.

Campground pictures were of Bear Lake “marina side”... but this KOA had two halves... we were put in the “trail side”. Nice bathrooms/showers but thats where it ends. We were in a flat parking lot like environment with very small trees, and gravel pads. The swimming pool advertised was down the street somewhere... and not open on the two days we were there? one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
