The dry, dying grass is a detractor because it’s unsightly but you drag it into your coach too. Bathrooms are clean, little store is nice, people are awesome. The only thing that could be improved is to water the grass.

We may decide to stay there again but we are definitely looking for options for our next yearly visit. The price has jumped quite drastically since our visit 2 years ago. For that price my expectation was green grass and cable news. We do like the location. The construction was annoying too but we know that wasn't your fault.

Super friendly staff. Very clean bathroom/showers. Many activities for the kids. No pool on site, but given a wristband granting free admission to Bear Lake Cities indoor pool immediately next door. Trail access to hundreds of miles of Idaho/Utah trails directly beside park entrance. Spaces are a good size and not extremely close together. We will be back!

Friendly reception. Nice toys for the kids. Sites lack a bit of shadow and privacy.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful with questions that we had and attending to them. We had a very pleasant stay and loved our time there. We will definitely be staying here again.

It was nice, the grass is dead almost everywhere which can be improved. I feel like we pay quite a bit so the grounds should look better. The bathrooms were kept very clean .

THe grass was pretty burnt up. Not much shade. And construction right next door wasn’t ideal. Owners were nice though.

Space is wide and long enough , however, there was construction very close, noisey, and dirty. We had to keep our windows and door closed to prevent dust coming into our 5th Wheel. The pool and hot tub that we were supposed to be able to use was closed on the days we were there. For what this facility offered, we felt the per night price was definitely too high.

Charming campsite with fabulous bathrooms. Extremely clean with pipes in music. Lots of fun games for kids.

Staff & facilities were great. How ever the grass & trees were very dry. The Rv sewer dumps were to high built the pvc pipe didnt allow us to dump our sewer properly. The cap was very hard to get off. The fire pits were great. The site was not the one that I booked I stayed in the one facing west which was incorrectly told during my reservations of 9 months prior, the hosts were very nice.

It was a good visit. The staff was friendly & helpful. The bathrooms were clean & very nice! I feel the sites need to be a bit bigger & definitely needs more shade.

We had stayed there when it was Travel Land. This was so much better and there was many upgrades. We took our family and had 2 trailers. We had a blast. It was nice to have the use of the city pool it was a bonus.

With this KOA, you are just a street back from the larger KOA Bear Lake, a much more private and quieter camping experience. Close to town and lake activities but more laid back!

Glad the laundry was open 24 hrs. since there are only 2 washers/dryers. Had to wait until LATE p.m. to use this facility. Being a new KOA, it lacks shade trees so sunny days are real hot. Staff was very friendly and helpful! They provide many family activities on the premises along with the option of using the city pool facilities located nearby.

The staff was friendly and bathrooms were a 10! I didn’t consider a pool when making my reservation. While you do offer the community pool next store, the hours of operation were terrible!! I’m not sure why that’s even an option. The construction noise at 7:30 wasn’t ideal either. Overall we had a great stay and were able to walk to all our destinations. The lake/ beach area was a sho

not very good this year. New rules and changes were not communicated at time of reservation, so we were not prepared for them. Why are campfires not allowed at all after 11 pm?

Things were great. There were quite a few earwigs though and maybe they need to be sprayed. Also, the pool was closed due to not enough staff the sign stated.?? The kids wanted to swim so that was annoying. Other than that things were nice.

Everyone at the Bear Lake Trail Side KOA was awesome! The activities for the little ones were so much fun and kept them busy when we weren't at the lake.

It was good until our dog got ran over and died. Then it was hard to be at the campground. the 5 mph was not enforced and there was too much Spanish music playing loud, they should have respected others.

The office people were very nice. We were told a tent could no rent space next to rv, when we arrived, three spots taken with tents one of the spots taken with boat and truck! Thats a rental space? We were sorry to see all the tents there as we thought area on side and back for tents, we were up half the night listening to crying babies, they had like 20 kids, manager explained why.she was nice

Nice wide pull thru spots and clean restrooms. I like how they rv spots aren't so close like some other KOA's. Will stay here again!

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
