This was our first time staying at KOA, or even going to Utah and it was incredible! The staff members were so kind and helpful, we are definitely going back, the camp ground and bathrooms were so clean and kept up with, it was really a memorable experience. Love KOA!

For the first time staying at a Koa I really enjoyed it! Would definitely stay at another Koa in the future. Restrooms and showers were cleans at all times .

Very well kept campground close to the water. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to any stores you might need.

The staff were awesome. The campsite was nice, but a little small and there were too many people during a pandemic -- shouldn't not be filling to capacity right now.

The campground was so loud all night long until around 3 A.M. The shower facilities were dirty and no space to get dressed in after showering. I would not recommend this campground.

I got a tent site. I lover my stay every year that i come i always come here and pray there's space. Tent site clean and nice and Bathrooms always clean and with nice hot water. Staff always willing to help and very kind. KOA team were awesome. I will continue to come here and bring my family friends here. This is the place i recommend everyone when coming to bear lake.

Everyone was super helpful and accommodating checking in. We definitely enjoyed our stay and felt safe even with new COVID-19 restrictions taking place. We’re all extremely happy with our stay and with the staff as well!

Great staff. Great camping sites that are well maintained. Bathroom areas kept very clean. Fun play areas for the kids :)

Great tent sites. Lovely green grass patches. Loud at times due to arc trailhead near the tent sites but that cant be controlled by koa. Not as much for kids to do at this site compared to koa marina site. Jump pad and playground are in good shape. Friendly staff. We would stay again

Tent-only sites are way too close together. Fire pits nearly unusable because of this + can hear everything around you -- hope you don't get put next to a large family with screaming kids/babies/dogs. Bathrooms kept clean, apprrciated. Friendly staff. Snacks and misc items available at the office if you forget or need anything.

I have 4 kids under 10 and was charged extra. The stay was just as much as a hotel room. Would rather stay in the mountains for cheaper and be closer to the action.

Stay was not good. It started out fine, the staff was friendly and helpful, however a group came in late at night, made a lot of noise, truck lights shining in my tent and setting up right next to me. Woke me out of a sound sleep. I packed up and left on Friday night. Never stayed on Saturday. I don't expect a refund, but it would be nice. If you have an RV, this would be a nice place to stay.

Check in was easy and the staff was kind and informative. The tent space was adaquate, but needs more shade and little more privacy from your neighbors. bathrooms were clean. There was a lot to do with the kids. One of the more expensive KOA tent sites i have paid for.

Very nice place for camping i have been camping there every year for like 7 yrs already but since that place is under new management and new landlord is a little bit different i mean more restrictions but still a good place for camping. Just the service guy was a little grumpy about being like 20 min late checking out that's all

Quiet tent site on grass near a beautiful lake. The bathrooms for the tent site was convenient and accommodating. Manager was helpful especially since the full staff were not present yet for the season at Bear Lake. But all information was communicated and we had everything we needed. The bounce pad was an extra fun quality for the kids!

The campground was very full on Labor Day weekend, but we felt like we had plenty of room in our campsite. I was worried that it was going to be noisy at night, but the staff lets everyone know when they check in what the quiet hours are and we didn't have any noise problems. The campground is clean and well maintained. Our kids loved the playground and jump pad. We would stay here again.

All the staff was so very friendly and easy to work with. The bathrooms were spotless and beautiful. The tents sites were a little close and I wish had more trees. The neighbors coming in at 11 p.m. made the night very long as they were setting up tents until midnight. I think that people with tents should be required to arrive at 9. A drone ruined breakfast and our privacy in the morning.

This KOA had nice bathrooms that were cleaned constantly & a whole army of staff that were there to help w/anything we needed. Lots if extra games and activities available. Not a lot of shade so it was warmer than expected and the grass was full of thistles. Quiet time is super early & enforced.

we really enjoyed the stay at the Campground. we had a lot of Family there as our reason for being there was a reunion. The camp was really clean the activity area for the kids was great and of course a hot shower at days end is always good. Our only problem was checking in and that seemed to take longer then it should. Over all we had a good stay.

the only time I’ve had a complaint with KOA. We usually have a great time but we were frustrated this time as we had been double booked and they told us, we’d get 2 cabins 1 for our family and 1 for a friends. When we got there it was 1 cabin and 1 tent site. No one had a tent and we had to cram in 1 cabin. Friends left 12 hours into our weekend. We will return hoping just a fluke this time.

First off you charged me double on my cabin stay even after showing you my confirmation email for that stay with a COMPLETELY different amount and no one seemed to want to fix the problem! Second off I was there with family and when you have a host coming to your campground breathing down your neck every 10 minutes at night and they way they approach you is RUDE (WERE NOT BEING LOUD AT AT ALL)

one night here. this was our first encounter with buddy sites, had never heard of them before. at check in though staff knew the park was sparsely populated on a Sunday night so we were offer a site not next to someone else. Great folks but was absolutely amazed the on duty staff was out working until after 9pm, cleaning, watering, moving things around. Grassy sites that are mostlyflat. If I have one thing to suggest is to mow the grass in the dog park shorter, makes cleaning up easier. We'd stat here again
