Cabin was nice. Bathrooms were a disappointment. I don't think they were ever attended to during our stay. I even called and said that things were empty and needed to be replenished and the person on the phone just said 'Okay' but nothing was replenished (that I could tell). Also, showers had poor drainage so the bathroom floors were always wet.

I have stayed here for an overnight a number of times over the past 10 years on my way back and forth between RI and IL, usually in one of the basic cabins. Always a pleasant stay, most definitely better than staying at a budget motel. I had not stayed here since the renovations...your place is a gem, the individual bathrooms with a shower in the bath house are private and spotless, love it.

Our cabin #2 was not very clean this stay, almost like it was never serviced. Beds had crumbs s d hairs all over them. Shower shelves had dirt/dust and bugs on them. Microwave had fingerprints all over the from of it. Floors were never mopped, literally BLACK when I wiped up some water I spilled. With Covid I hoped this was a more important task that would have been completed before our stay.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at your campground. We love the cabins and there is tons to do. The bathrooms are big and private and are kept nice and clean. There is plenty of parking and we never feel like we are on top of other campers as we like our space! The fishing is great! The pool is great (also nice and clean).

This is our third time at Bellefonte KOA and we always have a great time and making new memories. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the facilities are clean, and there are plenty of activities for the kids. I especially love the fishing pond! KOA Bellefonte is our go-to campground for the summer and we will definitely be coming back to make more s'mores and memories (and catch fish)

KOA is nice and amenities are very nice. We were disappointed in our cabin. Definitely needed a few updates, specifically the mattress. Usually when we stay in a deluxe cabin it is more updated and the large mattress is much more comfortable.

The only disappointment we have ever had in our 30 years of camping there was the fact that this past visit included new neighbors every day because we were in a pull-through near the office. That wasn't as much a big deal as the fact that they had to hook their water up while practically standing under our awning because the hook-ups were shared. We are confident our unit was parked correctly.

Casey, Dad and staff went well beyond accommodating us when our M/H Hydraulic system failed. Center RV, (recommended by them) assisted in getting parts and repairing M/H. We spent a week in a great cabin while M/H was repaired. Can't say enough about how thoughtful and friendly camping with them is, They are the type of people that give KOA a great name !! We had a wonderful time for a weekend that went by much too quickly. We thought our Kabin had just the right amount of amenities and space for our family of 4.

This place is amazing! Well kept, clean and SO much for our kids to do. The pool, grounds and bathrooms are so clean! The weekends are packed full of fun activities. My family can't wait to go back

I have been camping here since I was little with my grandparents. After their passing my parents and neighbors started making it a yearly tradition. I now have kids of my own and have made it a yearly tradition. We love Koa it’s always clean the staff are friendly and it’s just such a nice getaway with lots of child friendly things to do!

We love it there but there are prob l ems with cabin # 8...mattress..electric outlets in the bathroom and the broken shower head.The deck and outdoor furniture need a power wash also.thanks

We stayed in K1. The cabin was very nice but the queen sized bed made ALOT of noise anytime you moved in it. Maybe place some baby power under it or something to quiet it down. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you

Cabin was clean (minus the dirty wash cloth behind the bathroom door) and the unit met our needs. Signage was good. We had another cabin in our party and both had deadbolts that were not installed properly. In order to lock the door we had to pull up on the door for the dead bolt to clear. The older members of our family could not do this and actually I wouldn't be surprised if keys break off.

Bathrooms needed cleaned first day we arrived on a Friday they were clean. Saturday we saw someone go in them but only quickly in each one when we used the bathrooms later in the day it was horrible! I would suggest checks on the bathrooms more than one time a day and to thoroughly clean them in the morning not just a paper check.

The cabin was dirty and the windows were left open rather than the ac being on prior to our arrival. It took 5 hours to cool the room down. We had dead bugs caught in spider webs hanging from the ceiling. The bathroom area was also disgusting and was only cleaned once the entire time we were there. There were also other guests setting off fireworks late into the night and sending sparks everywhe

We were overall happy with everything during our stay. Our daughter loved the jumping pillow and the pool. I thought the cabin was very spacious and was extremely grateful for a stocked kitchen. Our main complaint would be that the cabin was not safe for a toddler. The loft stair access, low unlocked drawers containing knives and blind cords were all hazards we had to creatively work around.

This was the 5th year we have stayed at this campground and we absolutely love it! The only complaint is that the main bed in cabin 9 is like sleeping on wood. Out of the 5 years though, that’s the only complaint I had. Can’t wait to come back!

I love this KOA for staying in a cabin. I"ve stayed there a few times. The Restrooms & showers at the Bellefonte KOA are some of the cleanest I've ever seen at a campground. The entire campground is well groomed and every employee I've come in contact with has been very friendly and professional. I wish the tent campsites were tucked in amongst the tress more, for more feeling of privacy.
