The sites at Belvidere are spacious pull throughs which is amazing when you are just stopping for the night. The children's playground is fantastic and up-to-date. There was a small arcade we did not use, but it looked cool. The restroom/shower facilities are outdated, but functioned just fine. The front-office/store was well stocked for our needs. Overall this was a good stop!

This KOA has very big sites. Friendly staff. Yummy smoothies and frappes they make in their cafe and deliver to your site. They have a huge pool but it’s torn up and they can’t get anyone to fix/finish it. Also, they charge $15 to check in before 1, not knowing we were crossing a time zone, we had to pay it.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable....but-- the facilities were crap. Shower house and bathrooms should be torn down. The pool is STILL a broken HOLE! NOT worth the cost charged.

Thank you for staying with us again. Sorry that the pool is still unrepaired. We are experiencing difficulties finding a contractor to assist us since Covid has begun. We are still in the process of trying to locate a repair company to assist us with the pool renovations.

We stayed overnight on our way to Gillette, Wyoming. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Our site was clean. The rest of the facilities looked very nice.

Owners and staff are down to earth friendly people. Everything is clean. They have a restaurant with a take-out menu. They deliver to your site. Would definitely stay again.

Campground is typical KOA. We stayed 1 night passing through on our way to Yellowstone. Didn’t use the showers or laundry. Was charged an extra $15.00 for “early checkin.” We didn’t realize the time change to MDT and we wanted off the road due to high wind advisory.

Ken and Mike were very helpful and full of information about the area and it’s culture. The cafe’ was very helpful for breakfast. They offer delivery to your campsite!! Great place to stay.

Thank you for camping with us. Sorry to disappoint you about the pool not being opened. We have been trying to find a repair technician and with Covid going on, we are not having any luck. We have put an alert on our KOA website about the pool closure.

Wasn’t happy that the pool didn’t work, that is why we booked to stay there, we have a granddaughter that would of really enjoy it

Thank you for staying with us. We have tried alerting upcoming guests of our pool situation by putting an Alert on the KOA app and KOA website stating our pool problem. We have removed all references of it in current directories since we have been unable to find a contractor since Covid began.

Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Clean laundry facilities. Needs sites leveled and regraveled. More trees!!! Would be nice if there was access to the lake, even just a dock to walk out on. Pool was busted. Nice playground and dog area.

Very friendly staff! Love that there is a cafe with delivery!! Very nice touch to have for those that pull off of the road and don’t feel like cooking! Nice selection of Rv items and souvenirs at the store.

Ok for a night stop over, needs some serious renovations!!!

Thank you for staying with us. We are a KOA Journey and are set up for overnight stops. We have long pull thru sites so people are able to pull off the expressway and not have to unhook to continue to on to their destination. We don't have as many amenities as a Holiday or Resort.

Cement pad was perfect for a level trailer. A quiet campground with a beautiful pond. Very pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated garbage pick up at our site.

Restroom has paint peeling on the ceiling, shower shelf is rusty and falling apart with a piece of it on the floor. Also had a dead mouse in the shower stall.

Nice people. Needs some upkeep instead of sitting around. A pool would’ve made a lot of difference. Overall, great home base of seeing the badlands. Kinda far for Custer state park (2 hours). I would stay again. But advise for all you travelers, make reservations about 6 months out. For any campground out in South Dakota.

Thank you for staying with us. We have been trying to get a pool for two years now, but with Covid we are having a problem locating a contractor for the replacement. Many projects are in the work at the campground and I am assuming you noticed my workers on their breaks during the 100 degree temp.

This was a spacious, clean and quiet park with access to The Badlands, if you don't mind a 40 mile drive, which we did not. Nice big sites, clean failities, an interesting and well stocked store. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

It is a very nice KOA and is our normal stop on are our trip west and back. We have stayed there several times and have always had a pleasant experience. I would recommend this KOA and will stay there again.

In the middle of the night, the wind shifted and we were overcome by sewer smell from the open sewage lagoon. It woke us up it was so bad. Next time we will stop at the next place down the road. Also, it would be great if the pool was repaired. Otherwise very nice setting and super friendly staff.

Thank you for camping with us. Unfortunately at times we do get smells for the surrounding cattle since we are in the middle of the prairie. We are trying to get our pool repaired but due to Covid, we have experiencing difficulties finding a contractor. We are upgrading numerous items on site.

Stopped here on our way to the Badlands. The owners and staff were so very kind and clearly they are investing back into the park with improvements. We enjoyed the pizza they delivered to our site. The sunset on the prairie was beautiful. Very dog friendly and convenient to I90 and the 1880's town (also very dog friendly). Very good WIFI

We loved it here. Staff is exceptionally friendly, the camp restaurant is great, close to NP, very dog friendly, beautiful night sky.

The folks who run this place are exceedingly friendly and helpful (and they have a cute dog). We stayed in a comfy little cabin for two nights and had a great experience. No big stores nearby, so make sure you pack all you need for your stay. The camp store has some extra food, small supplies, and souvenirs.
