Horrible WIFI service. Noisy next to highway. Too many full time residents! They should put the full time RV residents in a secluded section. Very messy looking!

It's hard to rate this place it's a beautiful place, the people are nice but our room marijuana so bad that I was vomiting most the night with a headache and also when I mentioned it to the front desk the person smiled at me and said it's Humboldt very unprofessional a lot of us don't smoke marijuana and it makes us sick so I would not recommend it to families or friends that have asthma.

This is a beautiful, quiet campground located right by the Avenue of The Giants ~ a gorgeous drive through the redwoods with small towns and shops along the way. I really enjoyed our stay at the Benbow KOA!

Disappointed. Paid extra for a prime site. Site not maintained. Extra lawn furniture/table covered in wet rotting leaves. We tried to build a small charcoal fire in fire pit. Under the debris was full with water. Fire no go. No hot water in men’s showers except handicapped. And that one didn’t drain properly. Ladies restroom had backed up sewage in toilet. Beautifully kept park in a wonderful location close to the Benbow Inn. Only drawback was there were a few "long term" or permanent residents who aren't keeping up their area, making those areas look very Beverly Hillbillyish.

A lovely setting! Highway is close, but noise is minimal. During our overnight stay, the wi-fi was not functional. They said they were having problems. A bit spendy. I would stay here again

We had a great time. The place looked very well maintained. The guy doing the yard work was working real hard. We will definitely be back.

This is a beautiful place to be in the fall with all the trees of color. We have stayed here several times and always enjoy ourselves. Lots of room to walk and breath the fresh air. The only thing that needs work is the WIFI. Maybe several boosters would help with coverage.

Overpriced and no AAA discount. Staff was rude. We were not impressed. Way too many permanent residence that bring down the park’s ambiance. Loud Thumping music playing that should not be permitted. Definitely a disappointment.

Staff were very friendly, campgrounds clean, and we really liked the two bedroom cabin and all the kitchen amenities. The power went out on one side of the cabin just before we went to bed and the heater didn’t work at all in the cabin.

Wish the wifi was better & the pool was heated. Plus the jacuzzi was not cleaned or ready. But overall, friendly staff & great location near the redwoods for RV full hook up.

Bathroom very dirty ... wifi did not work. Pleasant campground but bathrooms are a dealbreaker. Facilities nice, just not clean. People nice too.

About 10 miles from the avenue of the giants and offered full hookups. Friendly staff. That's where the good stops. To many permanent residence in rvs and cabins. Lots of noise day and night from loud music, cars, and squawking bird. The worst was the filthy bathrooms, especially showers. We won't be back.

My only real complaint is that the electrical outlets were installed upside down and as a result we weren't able to use our heavy surge protector without propping it up. The rest was fine for a one night stay. The convenience store was small but useful and the staff were nice and helpful. It was a little loud when we initially arrived.

The WIFI was as slow as dial up used to be. In the back of the park it did not work at all.

Very pleasant and well maintained KOA. Although ours was only an overnight stay, we will definitely come back to this KOA to spend more time exploring the redwoods. It was very nice to have a decent sized site as so many parks now place the RV's much too close together. Thanks!

Pull thru was tight. Went on grass due to lack of space. Had to disconnect car to leave again lack of space to make corner. We were by the club house. Hours of loud music. Guy said part the next night? How can you have a party with covid rules? Why hours of music the day before?

Except for the site we were given #52 being muddy, and the occupant of #9 playing ready loud music from his porch, at dinner time, we were very happy once again to be here. It's a beautiful Park with immaculate bathrooms.Masks wearing was a little less than ideal in the office. We’ll be happy when the golf course greens aren't toasted!�We’ll be back for a 5th year!

Enjoyed stay, but we would have preferred better site. #42 and 400’s (where our two friends were assigned) were too far back. Would have liked to know if we could have got sites more to the front with lawns. Staff was friendly. Looks like facility could use a little TLC. Golf course very bad shape but layout is well done.

It was a nice park. The sites are clean, love the grass and rose bush. The campground has mature trees. The bath house was clean. Thanks for the nice, relaxing stay!

Nice place , clean, help was very friendly. Like the asphalt pad and cement pads. Looked like a lot of long term campers. Had a pair bike in and stay next to us .

On a long trip and used only overnight stay for sleeping in a safe park. Did not have time to enjoy the activities offered. Will in the future!

This place is very nice. If you are a tourist traveling threw take my word as a local for 44 years. This is one of the best RV parks around this area. And it's central for all the cool stuff around. It is always clean and the grounds are always very well kept. On the east side of the park is a nice golf course (as long as we are not in a drought and they can water properly) on the west side of park is a beautiful river. Plus they have walking paths all over as well. I would highly recommend this park for just you or the hole family.

This was our second trip to this location and it won't be our last. The staff is so friendly and the property is so clean. Make sure to check out the hand made bennies and jewelry. I highly recommend this KOA!!!
