Billings KOA Holiday is proud to be an IBCCES Certified Autism Center™, demonstrating a commitment to providing inclusive experiences for all guests. As part of this certification, the campground team has completed specialized training to better support individuals with autism and sensory sensitivities. To enhance comfort during stays, Billings KOA Holiday features a designated sensory cabin designed as a calm, soothing space for guests who may need a break from sensory stimulation. Additionally, sensory bags equipped with comforting and engaging tools are available, helping families create a more relaxed and enjoyable camping experience.

General Store / Registration Office Hours: Sunday -Thursday 8am - 5pm & Friday - Saturday 8am - 7pm
Pool Hours:10am - Dusk (Pool operational from Memorial Day to Labor Day)
Laundry Hours: Open 24 Hours
Quiet Hours: 10:00pm - 8:00am (Please be mindful of your fellow campers with your noise level, especially during quiet hours.)

No Extra People Fees

This KOA doesn't charge extra people fees with your reservation. Each site includes the following in the base rate:
  • RV and Tent sites: nightly rate includes up to 6 people
  • Cabins: nightly rate includes up to the number of people the cabin sleeps 

Please note visitor fees may still apply for guests not registered on the site.

Wilderness Awareness

Connecting with nature and wildlife. Various types of wildlife big and small may be found on and around this campground. Be alert and give them distance and respect. Keep dogs on a leash and properly store food, trash and cooking supplies. Your safety and the future of wildlife depend on you.

Please note that swimming is not advised in the nearby river due to the unpredictable currents.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (Effective for reservations made starting on 10/1/24):
If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the campground before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations will not be accepted.
Cancellation Deadlines:
RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., seven days before your scheduled arrival.Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancellation notice. Call the KOA you made your reservation with by 4 p.m., fourteen days before your scheduled arrival. For guests booking accommodations in California, a full refund will be given for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking, provided the arrival date is at least 72 hours after the time of booking.
 Cancellation Details:
• Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits.
• Cancellations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
• No refunds are given on or after the arrival date.
• Refunds will be processed using the original credit/debit card, with no exceptions.
• The cancellation policy may be amended during a Regional/National travel disruption.
• Holidays and special events may have unique deposit and/or cancellation requirements. Please check with your selected KOA for details.-Special Event & Holiday Weekends:  All Deposits are non-refundable.

Golf Cart Policy

Golf carts are permitted to be driven by licensed drivers only and must be driven at a safe rate of speed.

Pet Policy

Traveling with your furry friend or fur baby? We have a KampK9® dog park onsite so your fluffy friends can stretch their legs. Pets must be on a leash outside of the dog park, and we ask owners to clean up after their pets. Your pets hate it when you leave, so please don't leave them at your campsite unattended. Due to health and safety regulations, pets are not allowed in any buildings or the pool area.

Vehicle Policy

All visitors must register their vehicle and are permitted until Quiet Hours.

Visitor Policy

Visitors are gladly welcome but must register their vehicle at the office and obtain a parking pass and instructions on where to park. If your visitors plan on using our amenities then a fee may apply.  Please check with the front desk if you have further questions.

Speed Limit

The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH.

Trash Policy

Please place bagged trash next to the road at your site by 11:00am for pickup. Otherwise, dumpsters are located around the campground for your convenience.

Tent Policy

Tents require their own designated site and are prohibited on all RV sites.

Campfires

Fire rings are equipped on all patio sites, tent sites, cabins, and lodges. RV sites without patios do not come equipped with fire rings.

After Hours / Emergency Number

If you arrive after the Registration Office has closed, there is a night registration box available with guest information and campground maps. 406-591-2257,
If you have a life-threatening or safety emergency, please call 911.

Rakeem, your Billings KOA Holiday General Manager, has an undeniable love for camping and appreciates the essence of beauty and nature. Fueled by his passion for the outdoors, he has long dreamed of traveling the United States with his Mom in their own rig. Rakeem comes from a large family and embraces the connectedness and sense of family that guests often feel while camping with KOA. Rakeem previously served as General Manager at Ouray KOA Holiday in Colorado before taking his new role at Billings KOA Holiday.
