Shoulder season visit. They were open and had a spot. Very friendly. All services were curtailed for winter. Electric only. Worked good for me.

Nothing on the website indicates that the bathrooms and water were shut down. I got zero value out of staying at this location as a result--you are paying for electricity I guess. This should be clearly indicated (if it was anywhere it was buried in the terms and conditions); burning $43 would have been more satisfying than my stay.

Very nice stay in cabin. Facility very clean and well cared for. Check in organized and convenient even though we were late. Glad to have a KOA to stay in even though it was so late in season.

Nice pull thru sites, reasonable priced with all the amenities. Best of all VERY nice restroom /shower area, was heated and clean and lots of hot water after a long day on the road.

Check in was over the phone with Mark. Very helpful and fast. After hours check in and left at 8:00 am the next morning. Never had interaction with any staff except over the phone. I wish there were more KOA"s along the interstate highway system. Also stayed at Sioux Falls KOA and it was a positive experience. Thanks

We arrived after dark and were soon greeted by a gentleman who not only guided us to our site but also helped me navigate to put my rig in place without incident. Sites are a comfortable size for my 34 ft 5th wheel and truck. Easy access to the water, sewer and electric. The showers were secure with a passcode, very clean and warm. A little noisy from the highway. I'd stay here again.

Is this really a KOA?! Very industrial feel. Uhaul rental yard. Still limiting use of restrooms due to Covid.

The front counter people were so awesome and helpful to us. They even gave us time to complete our washing as it was closing time for the counter. Our drive thru spot was ideal and we wish we could have stayed longer but the storm was coming.

We love the Bismarck KOA! Great camp ground, clean and safe! The staff is awesome and always accommodating! Would recommend staying here!

2nd time at this KOA. Both times were great. We've been on lots 54 and 58, 41ft 5th wheel with 5 slideouts plenty of room. Staff is great and accommodating. Park itself is well maintained. We did not use pool or laundry. We have friends and family in Bismarck, this will always be our preferred stay. Lots of trees where we were so did not bother setting up satellite. Convenient location to Bismar

Mark was awesome to work with. We stayed there a long time due to our new house being built. Family is coming to town next summer and they are staying here due to our treatment

A well maintained park and the owner personally escorted us to our site when we arrived around 7:30pm. I would have given 5 Stars, but they do not allow washing of RV's at the sites and they do not provide a wash pad or wash area. More and more RV Parks are offering a dedicated wash pad for washing RV's and most charge a surcharge to use. It is a huge benefit, somewhat like offering WiFi.

We had a wonderful 10 days in Bismarck, the only problem at the campground was the speed limit (no one seemed to follow it). You drive in and the sign says 15mph, but it seems that is ignored. With it dry, the dust was always flying. We were very happy to see the rain, at least it wasn't dusty than. We love going to Bismarcks KOA and will continue going there. Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
