Very nice stay in cabin. Facility very clean and well cared for. Check in organized and convenient even though we were late. Glad to have a KOA to stay in even though it was so late in season.

Staying at the Bismarck KOA was a highlight of our two week road trip! The folks that run the campground are incredibly helpful! Mark went out of his way to help us when we had some car problems, as well as going above and beyond to set us up with firewood and ice for the night. I cannot say enough good things about our wonderful stay at Bismarck KOA. We will definitely be back!

We regularly stay at the KOA cabins and have never had one that did not have air conditioning. It was 104 when we arrived and we were told sorry but we gave you a fan. The fan was an old cheap box fan that hardly put any air out. This cabin was dusty and definitely not close to the standards of other KOA’s. Very disappointing for $80.00.

We enjoy staying at KOAs. At this KOA we stayed in a cabin. Unfortunately we stayed during one of the hottest days in Bismarck. We really wished the cabin had a/c.

Mark was great & got me switched over to a Cabin on our last night. A pole on our Tent got bent from a storm. The only thing that would have been great was a small A/C unit in the Cabin. It was over 100° degrees the whole stay. Add a Shower/Bathroom by the Tent Area would be nice.

Overall nice campground. Stayed in the basic cabin and it was very spacious. There is no refrigerator, no flyswater, a window didn’t open up, no air conditioning but overall the stay there was good.

Clean, friendly, nice pool. Loved the location near downtown, yet lots of trees. We had a family of hawks nesting in the tree near our KOA cabin. Fun to watch!

I've enjoyed the Cabin the 1st nite. I was happy that Mark & his Crew could switch me to a Cabin that 1st nite. I think this is a great KOA. I wish they had a Handicap shower that was larger & that had grab bars. I would have enjoyed my stay more if it wasn't 107°!!! Man was it hot. Thanks for letting me switch to another Cabin for our last night. Thanks!!! ���

Very friendly staff. Handled our late arrival very nicely. Very flat/level wide space. Only drawback was no fire-ring, but not needed or wanted. Definitely would stay again and longer.

Mark is awesome. Cabin was be very clean. This is the 1st cabin we've stayed in that did not have a TV. A tv is very relaxing after a day of travel. Catch up on news, watch a movie. Also very noisy. Loud music until 11:30. And a lot of traffic during the night.

We stayed in a Camping Cabin and it was perfect! Very clean! It was well worth the drive up from Florida.

Weather was cold, and heaters were available for us in the cabins, thank you! Check in was smooth, friendly. Staff put our two cabins next to one another, which simplified our stay with our large family. Bathrooms impeccably clean, grounds kept up so nicely, and two playgrounds for the kids. Easy access to grocery and restaurants, as well as interstate hwy.

No issues with our cabin, but compared to other Kamping Kabins we've stayed in at other KOA locations, it lacked some of the other basics they included. Also, I don't know if the employee I checked in with was having a long day or what, but a smile and friendly tone go a long way when customers have been on the road for hours (and days).

Best KOA (of the 3) we stayed at on our vacation. Friendly host who was knowledgeable of the area. Campground was very clean. Also, had the best mattresses of the 3 we stayed at. Definitely would stay again.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
