We only stayed one night on our way home, but the check-in was quick and courteous, Our site was very nice and I really enjoyed the large area for walking the dog. The location was also very easy access off and back on the interstate.

As always KOA properties step up to help our stay the best. Bismarck didn’t fail us. The great staff made our stay enjoyable.

Not all sites had privacy bushes between sites. Some shade around swimming pool would be nice

I stayed here 2x on my trip out to Yellowstone in June 2021, outbound & return, for 1 night each. I was tent camping. While the accommodations/facility themselves are fine, on both stays there were very loud campers close by me. They were making noise until midnight each time, one group w/a lot of profanity and drinking. There seems to be no supervision from the staff and no Host to help. Not OK.

We were a late arrival the evening of our stay. They were accommodating and it was an easy process to find our spot. The grounds were well kept. Would definitely stay there again.

Great overnight stay. We were in a site close to the nearby highway so there was some traffic noise, but not too bad.

Mark was great & got me switched over to a Cabin on our last night. A pole on our Tent got bent from a storm. The only thing that would have been great was a small A/C unit in the Cabin. It was over 100° degrees the whole stay. Add a Shower/Bathroom by the Tent Area would be nice.

Awesome! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool was warm and clean. Enjoyed our stay!

Overall nice campground. Stayed in the basic cabin and it was very spacious. There is no refrigerator, no flyswater, a window didn’t open up, no air conditioning but overall the stay there was good.

Clean, friendly, nice pool. Loved the location near downtown, yet lots of trees. We had a family of hawks nesting in the tree near our KOA cabin. Fun to watch!

Everything is well maintained and clean. The people are very friendly and helpful. They go way beyond in trying to make sure everything works and to keep you satisfied. We did not have any problems at all.

This was one of the best KOA park I ever stayed. They made us feel like family and were there when we needed anything. I have told all our camper buddies about how great they are. I miss being there

The park had garbage in it along the shrubs. The staff in the office was rude, had an attitude when asked questions. The gentleman on the golf cart was super friendly and very helpful.

Love this KOA! We stay here a couple of times each year because it is close to family! Excellent facilities! Restrooms are clean and well kept. Pool is great. Very friendly staff! Campground is close to local attractions and shopping. I would highly recommend staying at the Bismarck KOA!

The campsite was beautiful, clean and well maintained. The campground host was very nice, friendly and helpful. The showers in mens restroom could have been better with more water pressure. Connecting to wifi was a little hassle. Overall, enjoyed our stay. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Most is a lovely tree-shaded area, welcome relief in the 100-degree heat we had. Pool seems nice, although we didn't use it. Laundry facilities were fine and air-conditioned. It would be nice if the carts drove at the indicated 5 MPH, particularly when leading trailers. Excess speed raised dust. We were there for a week and it was good spot to be.

Stayed at this KOA on many occasions. Our spot this time was NOT close to level. Would recommend that they try to level some of the sites that are not level.

I enjoyed the stay @Bismark KOA. It's too bad the weather was so Hot (107°-Heat wave 3 days). It would be nice to have an additional Bathroom/Shower house in the Tent area with a Sink area. Pool looked great. Will stay here again. Thank you for switching me to a cabin from our Tent site. Have a Great Summer. �

I enjoyed the swimming pool, for those extra hot summer nights. Nice clean showers and bathrooms, as well as the laundry area.

We had a full hook up site but appreciate being able to use the campground facilities. Otherwise everyone was really nice, helpful and kind. Very busy place but quiet at night. ���

Our campsite did not have sewer and we had to stop at the dump station. They have a few WiFi links, however, we could not get WiFi at night.

Nice KOA with beautiful green lush campsites that even had hedges in between as separators. They have a nice pool and a decent store. Four out of five stars for the less than stellar Wi-Fi. But all in all nice camp at a decent price.

I've enjoyed the Cabin the 1st nite. I was happy that Mark & his Crew could switch me to a Cabin that 1st nite. I think this is a great KOA. I wish they had a Handicap shower that was larger & that had grab bars. I would have enjoyed my stay more if it wasn't 107°!!! Man was it hot. Thanks for letting me switch to another Cabin for our last night. Thanks!!! ���

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
