Very helpful & accommodating for a short notice overnight need. Weather was hot, storm was coming and we didn’t want to boondock. Wanted AC and we got our wish! Really nice KOA, great TV reception too! Nice dog park as well!! Complete with agility equipment! We didn’t Use it but thought that was impressive!

Very clean, easy in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here in a 5th wheel in a full hook up pull through site.

Had an issue with low voltage about 2 am on our last night. My Progressive EMSshut my power off. It came back on when my EMS reset

Really nice CG staff are super friendly, good WiFi had an issue with satellite on site due to trees but several OTA stations. Very close to food shopping and fuel. Would definitely come back again.

Staff were friendly and site was level. Little disappointed that facilities were unavailable for RVs. Wish we had been told prior, to be honest, we would have looked for a different place. Part of travel is once in a while getting a longer shower. Otherwise it was ok

Comfortable, clean, well maintained. Very much enjoy the bushes/trees between each site. It adds a layer of privacy to your home away from home. We look forward to coming again.

Weather was cold, and heaters were available for us in the cabins, thank you! Check in was smooth, friendly. Staff put our two cabins next to one another, which simplified our stay with our large family. Bathrooms impeccably clean, grounds kept up so nicely, and two playgrounds for the kids. Easy access to grocery and restaurants, as well as interstate hwy.

This was just a 1-night stop on my way further west, so I didn’t spend much time there. That said, I have no complaints. The campground appeared clean, the staff was helpful & friendly, and my site was easy to get to. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time I pass thru.

Had a nice experience at Bismarck KOA. Bruce was very helpful getting the water situation sorted out with the adjacent site and filling our propane tank. Online booking and payments were a breeze. Would be nice if concrete or asphalt pads were installed at some of the larger pull through sites. We would upgrade to one of those for sure.

Okay, so the campground is very nice. The cabin is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful, BUT... the instant I arrived, a lady (some crazy guest I presume) blocked my way to the bathroom and asked if I was staying all weekend (I had never seen or met her before in my life). She went on some rant about not wanting to see my face around and some other rude things. I reported her to management and was assured that they would speak to her and that she wouldn't bother me again. Apparently her name is Crystal. It sounds like she might be a regular, and it seems that she's caused issues before. I didn't want to rate the KOA poorly because of one unhinged guest, but I did want to give people a heads up since she was aggressive and incredibly rude. Bismarck is pretty cute otherwise and seems nice to stay in as long as you don't run into Crystal. Safe travels, folks. ✌🏼
